I just want to say that I have been to many Mcdonalds in my life and have never came across a manager who is so sweet, kind and happy. Mariano tool the time to greet us have a quick tiny conversation and kept on working. He made my visit very pleasant. I wish every McDonalds had an amzing manager like this. He went out of his way for us. I know if it would of been super busy ot might go a lil different. But either way he made our day. Thank you Mariano. You should definitely get a raise.

None of the kiosks worked and they took forever.
Lines seemed long at first but they kept us moving. Just around lunchtime so no wonder it was busy. They have 2 lanes and both are open unlike other nearby locations. The blueberry frozen drinkneas very good too. 👍
They do seem to be shorthanded but most of the workers are friendly and they make you feel at home by using your name when you come in

The drive thru here is quick and the staff are very friendly. Wish they could improve the intercom a bit to make it more clear but that seems to be a problem at most McDonald's drive thrus. The quarter pounder is very good especially since they've changed the recipe. Not too many places you can eat for under $5.
Coffee is no longer good. It tastes weak. Diluted. All 3 MacDonald in the area have declined in the coffee flavor. Customer service skills are good at Artesia and Downey MacDonalds. Others need to improve.

A rated restaurant. There's only 6 parking spots next to the drive-thru. But on the other side the main entrance plenty of parking. Also they have a room that says reserved. I drove to this McDonald’s because it was the closest one to me on my way home. I waited in a long line I ordered 40 nuggets bundle, one large coke, 2 McDouble plain and an Oreo McFlurry. I just got home and my boyfriend’s son opens up his burger and they aren’t plain. He’s highly allergic to onion and pickles! This is a big concern to me. I get it there’s a long line and it’s busy but I have worked in a restaurant for over 7 years and if you have to repeat the order over and over again to make sure you got it right then do it because all it takes is for someone like my boyfriend’s son to take a bite and swallow it and he’s not breathing. Please be aware of these little things. I’m not giving a one star because this has only happened a few times at different locations and I understand it’s high volume.
Drive-thru wasn't cool at all long story short waited too long left lane was slow I had to bump my music and sorry not sorry but they must of hurd how upset I was when i got to order! specially with little kids in the car. 😡 and I had to go infront of the cars who was behind me who move to the other lane and yet order before me obviously when I get to the window they new what car was next but when I told him that my order was the one he just took 🥴... next time I'll take pictures for a better rate!

My first time visiting this McDonald’s. The receipt machine was out which wasn’t a big deal, but since my meal was terrible I had to factor that in. My chicken sandwich was dry, hard, and difficult to chew. I ate half of because I was hungry, but I won’t be back.
I patiently waited for 10 minutes for my French fries. I had to remind them about my order and promptly brought it out. It seemed like they were already aware that I was at the counter, waiting for my order. Let’s ensure a smoother experience next time!
Very slow place and your gas is wasting just waiting for your food...the average drive thru time here is 10 minutes. Food is like warm at times and you gotta check your order before driving off or you might get jip.
This is probably one of the slowest locations I have ever been. I used to work at a McDonalds, and we were usually fast to get I orders in and out in a timely manner. Someone in management does not know efficiency. There should be more workers at the front taking orders.
French fries are absolutely never fresh, withered or cold, always asking you to park and wait for your drive thru order, and food is still not fresh, maybe it's management, I have tried giving them chance, after chance since it's near my home, but obviously it's not made after ordering, and sitting too long under light.
Drive thru review: the drive thru is always long. I kid you not every single time my order has been wrong. I wasn't done ordering and she already gave me the total...uhh okay? But usually when I get to the window the people are nice and courteous.
No one except for one person was inside eating, and I waited almost 15 min for someone to take my order, and they saw me standing there. No one in line. Now I work customer service before, so I know how the drive-thru can get, but we never let our inside guests wait for so long. I was about ready to walk out and leave. There wasn't really an excuse for it, and I'm not coming back to this one. This is the only mc.donalds closest to me from home, so it kind of sucked.
The fries were Terrible! The only reason i give 2 stars is because the Filet-O Fish was Super crispy & had just the right amount of sauce.. it was good. Big Mac was cool. Everything else was garbage. Cheeseburger.. Fries. Yuck! Too chewy!

They completely lost control of their drive through orders. I used to go her all the time for food but lately I'm not sure what happened because their staff is completely lost. I went through they drive through and they had to park all the cars that were ordering because they couldn't get their food out fast enough. After I parked they forgot what order goes to what car so it completely messed up the order of who ordered food first. At the end I ended up getting half my order. Once the other half came out the first bag of food had gotten cold. So I asked them if they could remake my food because it had gotten cold. They did but meanwhile everyone else got their orders and left. This whole thing took like 30 minutes even though it was a drive through order. Definitely recommend not going to this McDonald's.

Fries were old, and NOT even filled up halfway for 2 fries. My daughter's happy meal did not come with extra fries as requested... or yogurt or apples in its place. Ordered 2 mcflurries but only filled up 3/4 of the cup. Didn't even mix at all just filled with ice cream and put oreos and m&ms on top. DON'T EVER COME HERE!!! I bought 2 drinks since it was a very hot day and decided to stop by and get something to drink. The lady said my total was $2.25. I gave her a $20 and she only gave me back $0.06. She had the audacity to tell me that I only gave her $2.25. I have requested uber eat 2 times for this place . Let me just say this the first time I order breakfast I had my little one sick and when the uber got here and I open the bag the forgot my little one breakfast I was so mad , I called and. the person the I spoke with was very rude and said he couldn’t refund the money that I had to in person or get my food . Staff ignored everyone when I was here. I waited 10 minutes before a kitchen manager said I don't have your order. Another person waited 10 minutes for an orange juice while the cashier stood behind the counter and chatted with a coworker who was eating a mcflurry behind the front counter.
Terrible service. For the second time in one month, my drive-thru order twice missing some of the items I’d paid for. Make sure you check your order while still in the drive-thru, so that you can claim if there’s missing with your order. Don’t be like me trusting the lying McDonald crews saying everything’s inside the bag… then come home to find out you got ripped off and your order is not complete. McDonald in Lakewood Blvd. sucks. I was in the Drive thru 1st line next to building at 7:37pm 10-12-22 (Wednesday). No one was in either lines. I was waiting for an employee to take my order. Couple minutes pass by and no one. Observed a customer on the other line and a McDonald's representative took his order. A minute or two passed by and another customer arrived on my line and the other. They took his order and this just added my frustration that no one took my order. I kept on talking, but no one from McDonald's took my order. I left and called. Female Assistant Manager named DJ answered. Explained my disappointment on what transpired this occasion as well on a different occasion when they take an order from the other lane and ignore the other. As a result, I left and will not go there again. Very poor service and will speak to the Manager Briana to express my concerns.
This place doesn’t train employees on how to properly handle food!! I ordered 20 pieces chicken nuggets and two vanilla ice cream cones. I saw 3 people handle the ice cream cones before handing it to me, and it was never held by a napkin. These are people who are handling money so their hands are definitely not clean. When I refused to take it and explained that it was due to germs, they denied that it was bad and both ladies inside gave me a nasty face when I asked them to redo it with a napkin. I left instead of taking it. This is how people get sick by spreading germs!

I found a mouse in my food and then when I tried to call the supervisor no one awnser and the manager Kimberly came outside and told me to fight her but to throw the first punch because she isn't gonna get fired for throwing the first punch and they are ok with that here while her little friend record it and laughed
During the day it’s cool, but after 10pm prepare yourself for at least a 45 minute wait at the drive thru...the lines are insane and the orders come out so slow! I live around the corner from here and unfortunately the only one nearby so I’ve experienced this numerous times
I've gone to this location at least 10 times. However no matter when I go, they either sell me refried chicken nuggets, abs they always forget things in my order. Not to mention, frys were suppose to be a large, only filled half way plus luke warm. Very bad service. I won't be back
We ordered, got to the first window to find out their system was down. Did not think nothing of it till it was at least 3.minutes later looked at the girl she said give me another minute. The manager was next to the cashier I asked for some compensation she denied anything said that's why I advised our system was down I got home did not get my extra mac sauce, after I asked before leaving if It was in their they replied yes. Gave me the worse batch of cold fries I ever had. Cold fries are always a bad look for fast food joints like McDonald's. Especially in the drive thru. We want Fresh Hot French fries 🍟. This place just didn't care. And they don't pay attention well in the drive to simple 2 or 3 item orders. I asked for a mocha frappe with no whipped cream and a shot of expresso they gave me whipped cream on that. I also ordered a kids meal double french fries and chicken nuggets not fresh or hot and....the fries were cold as the frappes. Passing this McDonald's up next. Just hitting the freeway n finding more quality for my money. $15 for what? Mistakes, letdowns n disappoints!!!
I feel like no matter what time I come and what I get, the staff take FOREVER to hand out orders ( drive thru) It's honesty ridiculous, I've been to many other locations with the same traffic and they are much quicker than at this location. If I were to come for just a few drinks, it takes just as long as ordering a few meals. Only reason I continue to come is because the soda is usually always fizzy, and not flat like I've encountered many times before at other locations. Please, fix what needs to be fixed to get things moving much smoother.
Let's be frank McDonald's is Delicious, but this location is totally trash we got employees who are so quiet for no reason and the food presentation is Garbage. My Chicken Sandwich had pieces of hair and tasted like soap, i ordered my wife a Crispy Spicy Chicken sandwich too and they only put the chicken between 2 buns, My "Large" Fries only have like 10 fries in them, Yall got to get rid of these employees and hire some that actually do their job right. just this one location..Several visits left me disappointed in one way or another. I keep giving it another chance thinking maybe the staff or something was just off. the order was simple but totally incorrect. Our order had the correct labels..no onions..it had extra! I have never felt such disappointment while being served at McDonald's drive thru. As we approached the window to pick up our order we noticed that the young man was not happy to be there. To cheer him up we asked him for his name so we could give him a compliment on the survey and he refused to give up his name. And, to make things worst he said that working at McDonald's was WHACK! We were in shock and disbelief of his response. I honestly hope that he finds a job that fits his needs soon.
The young kids working tonight were all fooling around while we all were waiting. A client came to ask for their food inside & asked how much longer he had to wait. The employee basically scolded him for not being in his car and then they started to talk about the client as he walked away. If they don’t want to work there they should find another job
This is my first I've encountered an issue at this McDonald's with the young lady who took my order just now. She had a bad attitude and was rushing by order and I was telling her I wasn't done and she kept saying okay? What else? What else? What else? Like it was a joke? I had to go inside and voice my complaint to the Manager as I've never been disrespected like that. If you're having a bad, maybe you should leave work and start again next day.

The people at this location in the drive-through can never seem to get the order right! You always have to double check your order at the window and politely ask them to make it right! instead of making you a new order, they renovate and redo the order that you already received and return back to them, and then they give it back to you again, which is wrong they should make a new item that was wrong to begin with. This location is very convenient, but it is the worst. McDonald’s fast food that I have ever eaten at.
11am, and I waited for 20 minutes just for a mcdouble and a chicken sandwich. The wait was so long I did even have time to wait for my order and we'll as another customer was tired of waiting and took odf before me. The to have the cooks not be seen, how would you know if the food fresh or are they just going to give you someone else ordered that was left behind due to how it take to get the customer food. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any food chain. This location needs new management and crew for how the would be paying customer is treated and to be across from a donation center where people need to eat soon to feel well. Literally messed up my order with the wrong things I wanted. The sticker was on the burgers on how it should have been and still they mess it up. I know it’s my fault for not checking but how is it to read and understand it was suppose to be plain and it had then sticker on how it should be and still mess up a plain burger and add the things to it.

I placed a mobile order, told them my mobile order number, was told to drive ahead to the first window, was not given a receipt and was told to just drive to the second window, and after being in line for a half hour at 1AM, the manager on duty tells me that my order wasn’t received so they can’t give me my food. Mind you, two previous staff members had already confirmed my order. If my order wasn’t processed, why wasn’t i told that before wasting 30 minutes in line for nothing. What a joke of an establishment, an employees and management.
I stopped by 11/28 at around 9:50PM and the staff was very rude, had interactions with 2 staff members and they both had bad attitudes. All but one of the self order kiosks was out of order, druve thru was closed. Over all bad experience.
slow as heck . Customer service sucks . Every visit I encountered here waited at register for about 15mins while all employees focused on drive thru first
My experience at McDonald's was bad because I accidentally went. Actually the water 💧 cup 🥤 was handy.
I’d give zero stars if I could, placed a mobile order, waited about 30 min in the space I was checked in at and called the number on the space marker, rang and eventually said no one was available. Then went inside and was told to order on the kiosk before they even asked me anything so told them I had been waiting 30 min for a curbside order. Miraculously it was ready, then had to remind them about the drinks on the order. Not even a hey sorry about the wait. Lots of other unhappy people in the store also waiting on their order.
I ordered breakfast meals with 3 large coffees. I asked for 8 creams and 8 sugars for each of my coffees (yes we like our diabetic coffee 😂) anywho, we got to the window to get our food and we reminded them to make sure to add 24 creams and sugars. They said “ok” we leave and notice we only had 13 creams and 13 sugars for 3 large coffees. We call and spoke to the manager Her name is Martha. She got rude. About us complaining and we told her our food was going to get cold by the time we went back for our missing items. She said “ do whatever you want, if you want to bring the food back then bring it and make sure to bring all the drinks and food and receipt” and never tried to help with the situation. She said the receipt only said 15 and 15. But we weren’t even given that. Also, their system only allows them to put 15 in the system that is why we reminded them to add more. Anyway. She was offended and didn’t try to help us. Instead she chose to be rude with her disgusting behavior toward us how is she a manager ?
Just super slow and lazy. Myself along with four other people including a door dasher picking up stood at the front counter for 15-20 minutes. They had plenty of people working so lack of staff wasn’t the issue. Two men came in wanting to use the bathroom room, staff gladly went and opened door right away, but every single one of them walked by and never acknowledged any of us. The door dasher kept trying to get their attention in the back and nothing. Another guy walked by and I finally yelled can you get a manager out here I/we been standing here waiting for 15-20 minutes. The door dasher said I’ve been waiting a long time to. He showed him the phone the guy said ok as if he was going to get the food, and never came back with the food. When the manager came out I said help him first, he showed her the phone she went to the back and finally got his food. She say with absolutely no type of enthusiasm how can I help you. I say I/we all been standing here for 15-20 minutes and we haven’t been helped … she had no remorse no friendliness, a very poor apology. Honestly, she didn’t care . You would think the manager would compensate us a cookie for the long wait, but nope she didn’t . She needs to be straight FIRED including everyone in the back. The service SUCKED! There should be absolutely no reason why the person working the front should be in the back talking and laughing with the people working the back. I wont even mention the drive thru line. Long af . Again they had plenty of staff members working in the back. If they would stop holding conversations amongst themselves and having care about who needs to use the bathroom and do more work they wouldn’t have this problem. If your in a hurry DO NOT COME HERE
I was just here at this location last night, and this rude guy was very unprofessional in taking my order, and rushing me to take my order. He gave me my change and was short ($0.01) Yes, 1 penny, and I asked for it, looked around the floor and found a penny on the floor and slammed it on my hand..... You charge people for extra sauce, and when get mad for asking for a Change in Full, Even if it's 1 penny? I didn't even eat my food, as I wasn't sure if they did something to it.
I endured a prolonged wait of over thirty minutes for my meal. I repeatedly informed the staff representative three times about the status of my order. Consequently, customers who arrived after me were receiving their food. This situation was causing me to lose patience. During the fourth attempt, I raised my voice as the young representative who had taken my order was walking back and forth, serving other customers while attempting to engage in conversation with female patrons in the diner. I expressed my dissatisfaction by stating, “Please, you can make up for this later. I would like to receive my order immediately.” I shared my experience with MyLove, who had no disagreement about how I felt. This was the worst McDonald’s I had ever visited. It is important to note that the diner was not particularly crowded at the time of my visit. The staff was too busy talking to females rather than doing his job.
I'm at the drive through, order cookies and one coffee with 3 cream and 3 sugar. I wait 15 minutes in mt car after they asked me to wait by the number 1 they have by the drive through. Ok. For what I ordered I guess they took long. I get down and tell them, to find out they're barely going to start it . ONLY CAUSE I CAME DOWN. 19 minutes in there and I finally get my cookies. They give me a gift card for taking long and I'm like, ehh that's ok thanks I guess. Get in my car, leave. I take a sip of my coffee....... and it's just black coffee with no sugar or cream. That seriously is messed up.
UPDATE:12/19/22 ALRIGHT THIS IS DOWN RIGHT DISGUSTING!! HOW ON GODS GREEN EARTH DO YOU ALLOW YOUR TEAM TO SELL THIS KIND OF PRODUCT IS VERY DISTURBING AND UNBECOMING OF A MCDONALD'S FRANCHISE!! I AM 100 % ALLERGIC TO MOLD AND IF I WOULD HAVE EATEN THIS GARBAGE I WOULD BE CONTACTING A LAWYER TO SUBMIT A LAWSUIT!!! C'MON MAN!!! BE BETTER MC DONALD'S!!! IM HEAR FOR ANY FEED BACK OR EVEN MY MONEY BACK!!!!! UNREAL.....SMH....LMK.... OLDER REVIEW A YEAR AGO: Fries were Fresh like ordered. Burgers as well. But the Cinnamon Roll was OLD & HARD. Not Good as this is the second time regarding the Cinnamon Roll.
Ordered a large #3 through the drive thru and was told to wait. A couple mins pass which was not to bad, I see large fries and figure it’s all good. Once I get home I see that it’s just a plain cheeseburger, which is me essentially losing $9 of my $11 meal. I think screw it let me go back cause that’s me missing out on 90% of my total. I get back there and let them know what happened and the window cashiers were nice and helpful, and even agreed to ask if I could have something for the troubles. But the reason I’m giving the McDonald’s a 1 star is that once I got back home again I try to pick up my sandwich and it only has one bun. Hoping it wasn’t intentional, I still have to say I simultaneously felt Frustrated, Annoyed, GREASY, and done with it all. Thank you for the 10 extra nuggets but it didn’t make up for my order being jacked up a second time.
