Whenever I get to Texas, Whataburger is a must have. The bacon and cheese with grilled jalapeño and the patty melts are my favorite. I don't do them with fries, just a chocolate shake.

I love the food! The people are awesome and I love the decorations in some Texas restaurants. The lone star in the chairs is great for photos!

Great spot for lunch! Went and met my husband for lunch here, and it was a great choice! Very kind people at the register and serving! There was also plenty of room for our baby stroller! In addition, they have high chairs! Good spot to stop with the kiddos!

I live an hour and a half away so I was in a panic and I noticed that a manager had the same truck as I did and seen that he was going into work at the Whataburger. I came in to see if I could get some help from him to jump my vehicle off unfortunately, he did not have any jumper cables, but was a tremendous help still by calling around trying to help me solve my issue.After spending quite a bit of his time helping me, he offered me and my family a meal on the house. I’m very grateful for Mr. Clay and the hospitality of this team. Everyone was very nice and the food was hot and tasty! I enjoy coming across people who is kind and helpful, we don’t have enough of this in the world so A huge thank you to the Whataburger team. Merry Christmas to you all and your families.

Man Whataburger is my spot but the experience here at this location in Tyler was one of a kind. Very clean, and polite, and seems like people really enjoy their job. The manager Nick is phenomenal. You can’t find a better personality. Very caring and encouraging to all worker. They have fun which makes the experience that much better. He even made sure to double check with my little brother that any not normally kid friendly fixings were ok on his burger. He also brought me my fruit snacks I forgot to grab and checked in with other guests in the dining area. I ordered curb side pickup. The manager brought my order and it was perfect. It even included napkins. Sonic rarely puts napkins in the bag. I recommend the Whataburger on FM 1960 at Jones Rd.

I was there at 2am had asked for biscuit with egg & cheese only (no bacon & no sausage) Despite telling them they put the bacon in it Their behavior showed that they don’t wanted to work today but they are here doing to somebody

Older tattooed lady at the window was yelling at me because I took 2 seconds to roll up the window as I was attending to my toddler. Very rude just like the rest of the employees, worst location I’ve seen.

Waited 40 minutes in line…. Get all the way home and no salad dressing or eggs on salad. Have never had this issue with Whataburger. This one is terrible.

Young African American girl with nose ring slammed windows picked up straws off the floor and put back in the straw bin to give them to customers. I refused a straw she became more furious. I asked for a manager she said she was the manager. Yea whatever. This was the behavior pulling up to the window. This isn't a safe environment. All I did was pull up to the window.

Horrible employees. The woman on the mic in the drive through mumbled half of a sentence, and stopped. I said "oh excuse me ma'am?" And she replied with "what can I get you" in a horrible tone like I did something to upset her. I told her what I wanted to order, and proceeded to scoff at me, and say "ohhhhhhh, what a wonderful choice" in the most sarcastic tone I've ever heard. At the window, she proceeded to scoff, "here" while handing me my card. I asked her "it has no cheese, right?" And she asks me "on what?" I said "oh just in the burger I ordered" and shuts the window on me. I get my food after a few minutes and the ticket dosent say no cheese, so I politely wave and say "there is no cheese on this, right? It dosent say it on the ticket" and she once again, scoffs at me and in a horrible tone once again says "there's no cheese on it" in the shortest way possible.

Place was crap. David the night manager said another manager by the name ‘she is’ was in charge. Yall gave the ugliest service. Handing naked food out the drive thru window with no bag. Getting your employees to come creep. I work in fast food and this is disgusting David and ‘she is’ will be getting a report tomorrow.

On 1-8-26 about 5:00 my son and I went in and waited a good 5 minutes and no one came out to take our order. As we were leaving to go to Dairy Queen 3 people came in and a guy sitting in the chair got up and walked around the counter to take their order. This person should not have a job !!!

We ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and taquito. We sat in the drive thru line for well over 20mins only 2 cash in front of us. We finally get to the window 3 different people ask what we ordered we told them. Well they had to still make our food, when we get our food after telling 3 people sausage, egg, and cheese. We received both the biscuit and taquito were bacon, egg, and cheese place is an absolute joke

I spent $20 for my meal alone only to have the bag of food basically thrown at me and the window slammed in my face. Not to mention that none of the condiments I asked for were not in the bag and my large fry was only half full. Only go to this location if you want horrible service and young rude entitled kids to treat you like its a privilege to order food from them.

This is the newest Whataburger location in Tyler ... and easily the WORST ONE. After back-to-back bad experiences here in the last couple weeks, I'm done with this place. On a previous visit, I went inside to dine only to find a line of customers and no employee at the front counter. Come to find out, the manager told their employees to stop taking orders and simply ignored us for 10-15 minutes. When we finally got a chance to order, we bought a coffee. But when we went to get it ourselves, the coffeemaker empty. As you'd guess, the food also took forever to get out. On the very next visit, I waited at the drive thru for 15-20 minutes for breakfast despite only one other car being in line. When I did finally get my food, the eggs were super salty. This is a poorly run franchise location with terrible food practices to boot. Go to one of the 50 other locations in Tyler and AVOID this place like the plague. No amount of old lunch boxes can save this sinking ship.

Honestly who ever is running this place needs more training. Every single time i go here my order is some how messed up. I ordered a cobb salad off the mobile app. I received a salad with chicken and apples? Not even close to what I ordered. This happens every time I’ve been to this location. They can not get your order correct. I won’t be back this was the last chance.
