Great on the customer service. But let me tell you I tried the chili cheese double meat and it was YUMMY. If you like frito pie you’ll love this burger. Don’t forget it does have onions, so you will have onion breathe the entire day. Other than that it was good.

Ordered 2 number ones. One with grilled peppers and one with added mayonnaise. The food came and their er peppers were not grilled and barely any mustard or mayo. I got cups of mayo and mustard from the counter and asked a manager to fix the pepper thing on future visits.

Not the best Whataburger. The food taste like and looks like Whataburger. But their customer service tanked. First I try drive-thru. Got half way through one person order before she rang us up, pull to 2nd window. So we tell them we still got another person to order. Decided on going in. Hardly can hear the person at the cash register. But at least she didn't rush us. Picture is of the just a burger kids meal. The meal I was able to order at the window. It felt left out to get cold

To say I was frustrated would be putting it nicely. The picture says it all. Is this a hatch grilled chicken sandwich? It was late in the evening. The order taker read me back the order perfectly. When I paid at the window, she read me my order perfectly. I drive off, check my order. It's a cheese burger. (Can't eat beef or it would not be a big deal - dietary restrictions). When I went back for the refund, the manager acted as if I was the problem. After giving me the refund, he asked what else did I need from him? Ummmmm courtesy? respect? to address the issue with his crew? Not an apology because it's not sincere if you have to ask for it. I will say this....the person who took the order - on point. The cashier - super friendly and pleasant. Even with handling the complaint, she was pleasant and I wasn't rude. I did eat the fries and drank the coffee. Said I would pay for that part of the meal. They did give me the full refund anyway. Overall, management and the line were a sheer disappointment.

Just needed to let everyone know that eats at this Whataburger. They served me raw chicken last evening and showed no severity in the situation. I spoke with the Area Manager who then said that his boss Jose would be giving me a call to discuss this issue further. Still waiting on that call. Be very careful when ordering from this facility. They have new people running stations and they are to blame, but where is the trainer that should be there showing you how to correctly check the food prior to sending it out the door?

I ordered a double cheese burger to go and once I got home it was only a single meat and that’s not even the first time it happened last month I also ordered a chicken sandwich and once I arrived home there was nothing in the sandwich. Another thing to mention is the inside is completely empty and you have to wait about 10 minutes until an employee actually helps you. Meanwhile there’s like 6 employees in the back doing nothing but talking and when they actually come to serve you they are extremely rude and disrespectful. Just a tip always check your food before you leave this whataburger.

I got salmonella food poisoning from here from contaminated food. Update: had to go to the hospital to get fluids and bring down my temperature. Not salmonella but doctors said timeline matches up with eating at this restaurant and likely due to unwashed hands or meat sitting out. Hope nobody else has to deal with this and your restaurant teaches your employees how to properly wash their hands and store the food.

Well first off let’s start by saying I’m a dasher, walking in I had no greeting no one even acknowledged me at least every one in the building looked over at me not one person even asked anything if I wanted to order pick up a order etc. finally a young man asked me what I needed and asked if I had been helped while the cracked out manager sat there and made 3 orders looked at me 3 different times and proceeded to go sit down and go eat as if I was not even there the customer service is horrible at least of some sort of equiette behavior being a manager I mean I’d literally give yall 0 stars then I get my food handed to me and the guys like “ WOOOH” the drink, why is the drink not in the bag or made with the food before brining it, that is how order are messed up, do better.

We were not given straws for our drinks, we were given the wrong size drinks, and the cherry on top was a fat black hair sitting right on top of my fries. Absolutely disgusting.

My food was horrible. My fires was cold and my burger was put together in the worst type of way. The hamburger meat was so flat on the sandwich. I went for lunch. Didn't have time to return the food. I was so disappointed in this place today.
