It was a great experience they were closing the lobby but they us eat inside.
The employees were so nice and made sure my order was correct before handing it to me. Everything was hot and very good. This location is my new favorite!
The food was hot, fresh and as ordered. The store was clean with plenty of parking. The employees were professional and polite as expected from CFA.
I came to chick-fil-a on my lunch break in kind of a hurry and my drive threw worked, Parker, was so patient and helpful! He gave me some good recommendations and always had a smile on his face! Would probably come back just to see Parker! Great job 👏🏻👏🏻
Very nice, attentive, courteous, and efficient. The ne drive thru lanes labeled #1 mobile pickup only and other is drive thru is hidiously ridiculous. Creates more of a back log. Have the mobile come inside or designate a parking spot for Hof sake.
Place is always busy but never fail to receive quick service and good food.
Got my order in quick very nice staff. Truly a fast food restaurant got my food quick, even though you may think damn the line is big they get you in and out with the quickness.

Today my wife and I decided to try this new location out. We chose to dine in and try the atmosphere out. We walked inside got in line and it didn't take long to reach the cash register. Ordered our food and sat down. Our food was brought to us in a timely manner. While we were approached by a very kind gentleman by the name Jorge who offered us a refill on our fountain drinks. Very polite and very professional. Then we decided to treat ourselves with a desert. Ordered an Ice-cream Cone and a Strawberry shake. We were helped by a sweet girl named Julissa. Although she had a couple of obstacles, she handled it like a champ. Not having any money in her register for our change, she took the initiative and helped us one way or another by getting change from another register. She handed us our ice-cream cone and then went to the back and demanded our shake to be ready faster lol. I will definitely be back especially since these 2 work there.

First visit to this location, and I was impressed! The staff was well-trained, friendly (even during a lunch rush), and got us all in and out quickly. My special order salad came out perfectly, everything was there, and ingredients were fresh. Outstanding location with a beautiful view of Fort Worth while waiting for food. If you are close, stop by and keep your expectations high, because this staff will reach them. A smile goes a long way, too--especially since some staff might still be in training. I'll for sure be back!
Overall, this is the first time here service great. Employees here did not mess our order up, everything was correct... my one time drive thru was great!
I want to thank all the amazing staff at chick fil a for everything they do for the customers. The food is always hot and ready to go I’ve never had to wait longer than 5 minutes even when the line is long. I want to shoutout a important employee that needs to be recognized his name is Parker. This man is fantastic always had a smile I see him everyday he greets me with already knowing my order. This man is very polite and always has a smile, thank you chick fil a 🤩🤩
I did a big breakfast order this morning. I called after it was placed to confirm it was received. I spoke to Erica and she assured me it would be ready by said time. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. From start to finish, Erica and her team made it quick and easy. I'm leaving a 5 star review because her and her TEAM were nice and very respectful to me and to the other guests. Being nice goes a long way. Thank you to everyone at this location!

I visit this location at least twice a week for the last 6 months. The employee named Parker always makes my experience amazing. I’ve never seen a more respectful and professional fast food employee. I’ll always come back if the customer service is on par with how Parker handles things. A++
Chick-fil-A is winning again by adding a stockyards location. I have come here for both breakfast and lunch, with equal delight. The breakfast bowls are killer and the coffee is always fresh. The lunchtime rush goes quick with the precision dream team working the crowd. Thank you for an excellent experience and I’m glad y’all are here to stay.

Stopped by on my way through town and had a great lunch! The staff was great and so sweet. They got my cobb salad and all of its modifications right (no cheese, egg and chicken on the side). The drive through was super fast and this location is now a must stop on the way when in town visiting friends! Im a Red status member on the app but if I was from Ft Worth I would be a Signature status in no time!!!
Really enjoy their mobile order ahead drive through line. Food was fresh. I had the grilled nuggets, kale salad, and chicken tortilla soup. First time trying the soup and it was delicious!

Very unsatisfied. A girl named Hailey took my order through the drive-thru and was on her phone all the way up until I pulled up in front of her she was very rude while I was ordering she did not ask if I wanted sauces and did not say my pleasure after i had said thank you i proceed to give her cash and she gives me my change only to see my receipt and see that she had gave me the wrong change, food was good but probably will avoid the drive-thru now. Ngl idk what’s going on Chick-fil-A 🤣

Got a spicy chicken biscuit, the chicken filet was really small for the size of the biscuit. Taste was good would be better with a larger filet.
Easy to order ahead using the Mobile Thru options on the app. I order when I leave the house and it's ready quickly when I get there. I've got my go-to meal saved in the app. I log in, pull up my pickup location, then add my meal to my cart. The app tracks you, and notifies the store when you're getting close to start making the order. That way it's fresh at pick up. It's so easy to pull into the mobile thru line, scan the QR code as arrival confirmation and pull up and leave with my meal. So convenient!
GREAT PLACE! The food is always cooked well, and then the people the work in the environment are overly friendly! Briana usually takes my orders, wonderful young lady! She’s memorized my order and always brings a smile to my face! Go Team!
Great spot located right around the corner from the stockyards in Fort worth. Staff was super friendly and food got to us really quick. Really enjoyed the chicken sandwich and mac and cheese unfortunately they were out of Pickles the day I came but it's ok because the food Qual was worth it. Not a huge parking lot. They did have a drive through available.
I really wish that the lady had asked if I wanted a drink carrier because I didn't need one and had additional trash to throw away. The food and service was good as always except for the drink carrier that I didn't need.
Vast improvement over last time. My sandwich was hot this time and hot enough to melt the cheese. The manager told me the first time; it's not suppose to melt the cheese, otherwise it implies it's sitting too long. WHAT?
Why offer curbside if you aren't going to serve it timely?
My large lemonade tasted different from the past it didn't taste fresh squeezed and was not sweet. Tasted like Real Lemon Juice from the bottle and bitter
The teens in the front were so awkward, no customer service at all. They were having personal convos while taking my order. Me and my kids were there for an hour because my 4 year old eats slow and we had time to kill before having to be somewhere. Mind you we also purchased dessert after eating.. we watched people come and go and not once were they greeted or acknowledged when leaving.. it wasn’t busy at all. Coming from somebody that works retail, a hello makes a huge difference! 😊 3 stars only because we have been here during the day when there isn’t a bunch of teens running it and had a great experience..
I love Chick-fil-A but this location could use improvement. Very long wait times especially at breakfast. Every so often my orders are incorrect. However, the employees are very nice and sweet but seem totally lost. In my opinion they need better leadership at this location. Please do something to correct these issues. Thank you.
Came here on our way to Coyote Drive in; was told they couldn’t do complicated orders because they’re new and training (that’s completely understandable.) I tried ordering the large (take home) dream cup (large cup filled with their ice cream) and was told it was too complicated; and if I’d like I could order a shake instead. Very confused on how it’s too complicated considering it’s less steps than making a shake. The food was delicious as usual, and I did end up ordering an Oreo shake; however there wasn’t a straw for my shake, or spoon. I understand being a new location, but the ice cream cup is on the menu and I was really looking forward to it.
I placed my online order to pick up through drive thru but when I got to the drive thru no one said anything. I said hello 3times, with a sore throat, still nothing..I know the line other line was working cause there was another person ordering when I pulled up & I could hear them. Still nothing. So I pulled around and it wasn't that busy at this time. When I come to the window I explain I placed an order but no one said anything at the drive thru so I just pulled forward. They got my name and had me pull to a number til my order was complete. That took atleast 7-10mins waiting there. The drive thru got a little busy but they still were moving pretty fast. Im thinking how far down the line is my order.The reason for online ordering is to get your food faster. I did plan on eating my breakfast before work but I guess not.
3 stars strictly for service only. The young lady at the drive thru with tablet was very sweet and nice and informative Issue was that I didn’t know that if you didn’t check in at restaurant before 10:30am then it would auto cancel the order. My annoyance was that the two people taking out drive thru orders literally just stared at me and didn’t try to assist me for minutes. I was literally the only car there and they both made direct eye contact. Finally the lady comes out and said it was too late and had to resubmit an order and drive back around. I declined since was annoyed at their service and went to starbucks instead. Food is usually good here and don’t have a problem usually. Get some morning folks who want to work and help customers and not sit there, stare and talk! 👍🏼 This occurred 10:30-10:45am today.

I've only used the mobile drive thru way and the past couple of times they've forgotten my sauces which I included in the order. Disappointed in how the fries taste recently, not sure what changed but they used to be really good.
After my first day of work, I wanted celebrate at my favorite establishment. Little did I know I would not enjoy it today. It’s a sad day to see the quality of one my favorite diners crumble and succumb to poor quality control. I will not be returning to this location. I wanted a 4 piece. But I got 2. This tender is a pathetic excuse for a Tenderloin. I am so upset. I expect more from Americas restaurant.
They forgot my mayo, made me wait for 2 chicken sandwiches and gave me a yogurt halfway empty with no strawberries! I understand if they were low on strawberries but they could've at least informed me. Very disappointed with this service! :(
Waffle fries - Im so use to getting fresh waffle fries and a good portion, not pieces. The customer service is on point! This location needs to work on making fresh food.. not something that looks like it’s been sitting. A little more training might do the trick
Most the time , I come to this Chick Fil A before work & Everything is fine & The employees are nice. I just moved around here so this is now the closest Chick Fil A to me! I just Door Dashed it to my apartment..... Keep in mind I AM PREGNANT so my food is very important to me. We ordered a 8 pc nugget meal & I didnt recieve ANY nuggets. My boyfriend ordered the 4 ct strip meal & ONLY received 3 strips.... What the hell is going on? Do yall not like online/doordash orders? I can understand ONE mess up but not TWO. Unfortunately Im still craving Chick Fil A , so we ordered AGAIN hoping to get my nuggets the second time around..
I order my food and this is the 5 time I order coffee and they told me to wait 6 min and always forget i wait and wait after 20 min got my coffee and this time my coffee was so nasty and strong Maybe some one don’t like me

Spicy Deluxe sandwich has NO FLAVOR at this location. Service is pretty fast though can't knock that.
This location NEVER provides the included salsa with your breakfast meal. Don’t order a breakfast burrito or bowl expecting it. If so, double check your bag then prepare to be disappointed. This has happened multiple times, I get it you want people in and out of the drive through but do it with competency, please.
I ordered a CFA Deluxe with pepper jack, and even after repeating it several times, it still came out with American cheese. The order wasn’t repeated back to us, and the cheese was cold. The filet also didn’t seem very fresh or warm, which is probably why the cheese didn’t melt. On a positive note, the salad was delicious. Overall, this just wasn’t my best experience at this location.
I made a mobile order hot fries. They didn't give them to me. This place sucks, and the lady on the phone was like. I don't understand you over to care one nah bcare about that
i like chick fil. but the N Main fort wort. The service is very bad, the staff is very bad, they are not trained and they are not friendly. In other locations in service, the friendliest and most trained staff is very good.
Employees are kind and sweet, however it’s the slowest Chick-fil-a I have ever visited. I went through the drive through and ordered grilled nuggets and a Coke Zero. I had to wait 15 minutes to get the wrong drink.

Could Gove zero if possible. Worst customer service. Can't get the order right, if you correct it at the window they want you to pull up when no cars are behind you and they bring the food with a bad attitude. Macdonald across the street has better service. Shame
it was my first time visiting, and I stopped for breakfast. I ordered an egg white grill, and the muffin was awfully crunchy. way over cooked and burnt. definitely don't plan on coming to this location again.
Came to pick up a Uber order and the lobby was closed so I had to go through the drive thru. The 3cars behind me got their orders while my Uber order sat on the counter, i had to walk up to the doors and ask for it since they kept walking past and ignore the fact I was just sitting and holding up the line.
I’ve been here twice and get the sense yt employees are not as kind or friendly to non yt customers. Something went wrong with my order via the app and there was no effort in trying to figure out, instead was told I was wrong. But the whole interaction (and one I witnessed while inside) tells me not to come to this location anymore. And I agree with some other reviews that say the food isn’t quite the same either. Not sure how that’s possible.
Well this is my second time ever going to this restaurant I ordered breakfast online around 9:50 way before the cutoff time at 10:30 I get there to the drive-thru the girls send me to the front so I drive around the guy comes outside and says mame we stop serving breakfast already and I'm like well I'll order it online already I ordered it all way before cut off time and here I am to pick it up it should have been done he said something about they didn't have no more chicken and they couldn't make any more chicken that right there just blew my mind how cant you make no more chicken that's all your serve is chicken how dumb is that but yeah he just said it couldn't make no more and he didn't know why one of the girls that were standing at the drive through didn't tell me about the order not being made so I requested refund okay this happened December 6th I still haven't received my refund so now i just about had it I will never return to this place again ever again to a place that can't make more chicken but all you serve is chicken that's just stupid.. so chick-fil-A u needs ma money..

I have a low sodium diet and I always order fries without salt. All other Chick-fil-A locations in Texas and other states I've been to make fries with no salt. This particular location refused to make "no salt" fries. When we asked why, they gave no reason other than they just did not do that. There were few people inside so it was not busy.
Upset. I paid for a fruit bowl large for breakfast. For the second time at this location the fruit bowl wasn't good. I was not able to eat it. Fruits had gone bad and I was still served this. I like the fact I can get a fruit bowl as an options for breakfast. Healthy choices I need to make.
I just left, and I've never heard that you can't order fries without salt! I order my fries without salt at every Chick-fil-A I've ever gone to, but this one somehow doesn't do that. 🙃
It’s lunch time and the drive thru is ridiculously slow. This is the first Chick fil A I went to that made no sense. They have people standing under the bridge waiting waiting for the cars to pull up to take your order…the young lady is holding up the line taking an order instead of asking the driver to pull up. The other 2 people taking orders waiting under the bridge insteading come up to the next cars in line. I guess they don’t want to be in the sun. When I said something about it, they started talking smack in Spanish. Which I speak fluently. Worst chick fil A customer service EVER. I’m from Georgia where they wear raincoats in the rain to take your order
Service was good but we asked for certain things and verbally confirmed certain things and those certain things were not added to the receipt-ie condiments. We were not given any napkins-no utensils for what we ordered. Drive through person re read our entire order with condiments added and when we pulled up to look at the receipt-they were not added. Overall nice place-clean but maybe a little more tenure will help them out.1 star so that they can see what they can improve on over time.
Took twenty minutes to get through the drive thru. They had barely any workers and they kept servicing cars in the left lane probably 7 in a row before they would service one in the right lane. Worse service ever and the hash browns were mushy. She also forgot my straw. Also running late now when I left early to have enough time to be able to stop!
Staff is very unpleasant, particularly Josh Pink. Never before have I experienced a Chick-fil-A with employees that have bad attitude until this property. I work in customer service so I understand how important taking care of your guests is. This Chick-fil-A is not at all what you expect when you think of this typical chain restaurant.
It’s so unfortunate how we get treated here. The first time i let it slide because i wanted to give this place a second chance but we did not get any sauces and we had went back to get our sauces after our food being done over an hour ago. Now the second time, we ordered breakfast 15 minutes till 10:30 it still took our order online waited in like 10 minutes in the drive thru just for them to tell us that they cancelled our order because it was 10:35. What a waste of time & it was the same employee both times. I didn’t get her name but she has blonde hair & is extremely rude!
Asked for no cheese and when i got my wrap there was cheese i had to drive back from 15 minutes away, and have it remade. They did not want to remake i had to keep asking and it was such a small portion of a wrap for the price I paid. I also asked if I could get a complementary fry or anything due to the inconvenience and she said no with attitude and that she wasn’t allowed to due to something but she was a manager. Extremely rude and bad service.
Today I went by to grab a salad and some lunch for my kids when I got my order I checked it and noticed everything was wrong so I return it and they make me wait 25 extra minutos. They food is always good but it’s unacceptable that they always get my order wrong and they make me wait so much time. Never going back to that location I will rather drive 10 minutes more to another location instead where they always have our order right and that they don’t make us wait.
I've been to this location multiple times and they have never completed my order correctly. While ordering in the drive through they've had us waiting up to 40 minutes for a regular order. I then decided to order ahead of time using the app and they missed an item. Recently, noticed that instead of the chicken mini's they gave me a box of nuggets that I didn't order.
Worst Chik-fil A I’ve been to. Drive thru took over 15min on a dead Wednesday evening. This is the only franchise I know that doesn’t do fries with no salt?! When I asked why they didn’t do it, the employee said they just didn’t. No real reason why. And on top of that the fries that were ordered were cold… not even luke warm. Customer service was not the standard service I’m use to for a chik-fil a. When I asked who the franchise owner was the girl shrugged, gave me an annoyed face and said she didn’t know. As we were waiting for our order, the girls inside were all over the place. So overwhelmed about orders… for the 4 cars in line…. There were like 5 visible employees…no need to seem so disorganized. Never coming here again.
I went 3 mins after they had opened and I sat there from 6:03 am to 6:16 am and I proceeded to projectile vomit my breakfast in there parking lot after ingesting a small bite of the chicken biscuits that I ordered. I called to try to get a refund and they are being really unhelpful and just ignoring me and I don’t appreciate this type of treatment consistently from every chick fila and the continuing sense of needing the puke after eating what they give me. Don’t waste your time here your better off somewhere else.
This morning was my first breakfast visit. The food was fine, but I had to toss the coffee it was so bad.
I recently had a disappointing experience at this establishment that I feel compelled to share. Late one night, I ordered a 10-piece chicken strip meal for my family and discovered that the chicken was raw. Concerned for our health, I immediately tried to call the restaurant but received no answer. I then contacted the 1-800 number to file a complaint, and was informed that I would have to wait two days for a response. Unfortunately, I was told that I couldn’t visit the restaurant to address the issue since I had already made the complaint through their hotline. After four days, I finally received a call from a manager who apologized for the situation and assured me that I would receive a refund to my card. Additionally, he offered me a complimentary 10-piece chicken strip meal as a gesture of goodwill, encouraging me to come by any day and mention his name. However, when I visited the restaurant on June 7th at 10:30 PM, the manager on duty informed me that I could not receive the complimentary meal because I didn’t have the receipt. This was frustrating, as the previous manager never mentioned needing to bring the receipt—just to provide his name. This experience has been a significant waste of my time, and I feel compelled to warn others about the potential for receiving subpar food and poor customer service. I hope the establishment addresses these issues, as customers deserve better.

I came here today & ordered a No. 3 from the breakfast menu & was given chicken minis instead of hash browns. Why? I did not realize this until I had drove home. The hash browns are 75% of the reason I order from the breakfast menu. Erika, please don't do this again..I will be very unhappy & likely ruin your day so when at your job please double check your work.
We finally get a suburbia fast food chain and the neighborhood shines with its classic lazy workforce. 30+ years and still no change in the culture. Got in 15 minutes prior close. Ordered my food with the app prior. Scanned my tables NFC tag. Served 10 minutes later with a “I’m sorry our dining area is closed. Could please leave?” Well, they might as well have said that verbatim because that was the intention. Instead they served it with a “my pleasure” sweetener. Got a refund and left. It would have taken me only fifteen minutes to eat my meal and leave. I had been working longer than they’ve been awake. All I wanted is a hot meal before I went to sleep and get back up at 3 am. I have not seen that refund in my account even if they told me it would be back on my card. Doesn’t matter. It’s typical Diamond Hill / Northside behavior anyway. Not coming back. Editing for bump

Orderd through drive thru they gave me a diet coke when I asked for a dr.pepper and a sandwich with pickles when I asked for one without could only eat my fries could not go back due to having to be at work and could not get ahold of anyone on the phone.
I was in line for 15 minutes waiting to get breakfast before they closed the breakfast at 10:30am. Keep in mind I was already in line for the longest. I get to the lady that takes my order and she no longer accepts my breakfast order even tho it was 2 minutes before 10:30am. Very disappointing.
I’m trying to figure out why someone who is not able to preform the actual delivery is employed as a delivery driver. I just gave birth and live in a 3rd floor apartment. I ordered delivery because I can’t walk up and down stairs right now clearly. That was the whole point of ordering delivery. So to be told I can’t get my food and have to be inconvenienced because u sent someone wheelchair bound to an address that’s clearly an apartment is crazy. Will not be associating with this location again.
I would rate it ZERO if I could, this particular restaurant is not up to the Chick Fil A standard, AT ALL. No one at the pick up door has decent customer service skills, when you drive up to the pick up door they have their back to you talking to each other. No one acknowledges the paying customer and when they mess your order up get an attitude and ask you to wait another 5 min on top of the 10 you’ve been already sitting there on a slow Saturday evening… to top it all off, this was my Cobb salad, no corn, no tomato, add one egg.
