Increíble lugar completamente vegano, con un servicio increíble. Fuimos por nuestro aniversario y ni los platillos ni la atención decepcionan. El sabor es riquísimo y las bebidas también destacan. Súper recomendable para personas veganas, vegetarianas y para cualquiera que quiera comer bien.

Fuimos como cierre de actividades de un grupo de tercera edad; algun@s no de buen ánimo por la cuestión vegana. El tiempo nos pareció espléndido y rápido, bien en cuanto a la temperatura de los alimentos, diversidad de opciones y delicioso. Ambiente agradable... muy satisfactorio. Regresaré con mis familiares.

I don’t even know where to start this place is AMAZING!!! We love everything here we ate 3 times here during our 6 day trip lol the breakfast is unreal! Highly recommend the pancakes 🥞 💖 and the pulled “pork” sandwich & scrambled egg dish & the strawberry leche cake SO GOOD! Also my hubby says their chai tea is the best in Mexico City! They are popular & tend to be busy so if it’s a holiday I recommend giving yourself some extra time to enjoy! If not you can always grab and go!

It was really good and friendly and the food was delicious. I had the scrambled tofu and it was really complete and tasteful. The prices was good too! The tea drink was a bit short in flavour and the latte a bit too sweet for my taste, but other than that it was really good!

Love the staff, the mission, the baked goods, and dog friendly life. I fell in love with a shih tzu dog named Nicholasa here. I was getting close to borrowing her to join us on our canal tour after. We ordered food to go so we could enjoy it at the canals. The baked goods were some of the best vegan ones I had in the city. I think it took too long for us to eat the hot food as the chilaquiles got very soggy- but that was our fault. I would go back for brunch and dive into their experience. Loved it- would go back.

A friend who lives in the area suggested we meet here for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised! It’s a very unassuming place, tucked in away from the street with only the smallest of signs (my Uber driver almost missed it). It has great air low with a large open door & a good amount of seating. I had the Pulled No-Pork Sandwich with a side of coleslaw and bought the “paquete” which came with the “agua del día” (fruit based natural drink) and a cookie. Everything was excellent! The service was friendly, pleasant & efficient. I’d highly recommend this place. The only drawback is their WIFI is weak. My friend had already been there before I arrived doing some work and she said her connection kept dropping… so, if you’re thinking of laptopping there, keep that in mind.

I just paid this place my first visit and I was quite impressed. The chilaquiles with red sauce and chorizo didn't look terribly impressive, but they were among the tastiest I've ever eaten. A very nice breakfast for just under 100 pesos. 50 pesos more got me a gigantic latte made with macadamia milk. My breakfast was so good that I am already planning my next visit. Can't wait to try the vegan pancakes! Offers ample outdoor seating on a quiet street, plus indoor seating as well. Credit cards accepted.

No soy vegano, pero por recomendación vine a comer aquí. Pedí un desayuno completo que incluía tofu, salchicha de soya, chilaquiles y frijoles. Por $75 extra te daban café, agua del día y un pan a escoger (en mi caso una concha). El lugar es bonito y el mesero que nos atendió fue amable, aunque sí se le pasó traer toda la comida y tuve que recordarle mis complementos. La comida me gustó en general. Mi acompañante pidió un sándwich pull pork no pork y probándolo estaba delicioso. Lo único que no me convenció fue el tofu, ya que lo sentí muy seco y sin mucho sabor, aunque nunca lo había probado antes. Fuera de eso, todo bien.

El espacio es bonito y acogedor. A diferencia de otras opiniones, el servicio fue adecuado y rápido. El tostado de pulled no-pork cubrió las expectativas, todas las bebidas son simplemente riquísimas y el pastel de zanahoria es muy bueno; lo único decepcionante fue el bowl mexa.

Es un lugar amplio con sillas fuera y dentro del local. Lamentablemente una persona se metió con un perro y cada que alguien pasaba ladraba mucho y era molesto. La comida es bueno pero considero que el paquete de desayunos es mucho y muy caro para lo que realmente te dan el agua estuvo rica y el plato que pedí también estuvo bueno sinceramente yo agregaría refrescos por que lo que había en la carta nada me llamó la atención. Es un buen restaurante! Tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos por una mesa de 4 a las 11am porque es un lugar popular. No obstante, no te presionan para irte ni mucho menos. Estaba lleno y la atención sufrió un poco por eso, pero nos trataron bien en general.

First of all, the servers were so nice and polite. I thank them for their kindness. They were very attentive and prompt. And even in the end, when I asked for a box for my leftovers, one of them offered to do it for me. Food was excellent. I don’t normally love tofu scramble but this one surprised me. I got the full breakfast. I just feel very safe in vegan cafes, not having to double and triple check on menu items. We all have the same agenda. Perhaps it was my lack of sleep or I am secretly an old person deep inside (or my ADHD): The only thing that could have been more pleasant was the volume. I was first sitting outside, and this dude started playing the guitar à meter away from me. And it was a very sharp playing. So I went inside to get some distance from him, but now the cafe sounds were mixing with the sharp guitar notes. I opened my laptop, but I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi username. I thought to ask the girl in front for help but my brain was already in a chaos from all the noise, so I just ate my food. I had really been looking forward to soft cafe vibes. But at this point, I just wanted to finish my meal and get out of there. I’d definitely give it another try, maybe the ambiance is better at other hours. But today, it was not for me.

Their baked goods are absolutely phenomenal! But their breakfast plate that has multiple different items on it (Chilaquiles, tofu scramble, beans, ECT), I wouldn't recommend. It was expensive for not very much food and not very much flavor either. Some of the staff are extremely friendly but the guy with the sides of his head shaved and I believe a pony tail and glasses gave me a rushed vibe. I still had about 1/4 of my latte left and was still sitting there sipping on it when he came up and just took it from me as if it was empty. It clearly wasn't though so that gave me the impression he wanted done to leave even though all the tables were empty except for mine and one other person's

But let's talk about the conchas – my main reason for visiting. They absolutely lived up to the hype! 🥖 The sweet bread? Oh, it's a dream. My husband couldn't get enough of the cinnamon rolls, and while the coffee might not be the best I've had, it definitely gets the job done. 🍽️ Now, onto the food. The portions are generous and the flavors are simply delicious. The breakfast dishes, in particular, are a standout – they make for the perfect morning feast. 🍰 My second time around, I decided to try the chocolate cake. Sadly, it turned out a bit dry for my taste. But don't let that dampen your spirits, because everything else on the menu is top-notch. 🥞 All in all, I highly recommend a visit to Cafe Vegetal, especially for a scrumptious breakfast. Place is nice and cozy, stuff is friendly. I have tried only scrambled tofu with ham and ice latte. Tofu was dryish, taste was ok but could be much much better. I don’t think that I will order it again. Maybe just unlucky today. Will come back to try something else. They offer different menu for breakfast and lunch.

La comida muy buena y rica, llegó rápido, los cubiertos estaban manchados y pedimos cambiarlos pero seguían manchados. El servicio muy amable, sin embargo nos sentamos afuera y parecía que solo había 1 mesero para 20 personas lo cual no es suficiente, tuvimos que pedir café y un pan 3 veces, la cuenta también la pedimos 4 veces y no llegaba. Es necesario que contraten más personal para cubrir su demanda de clientela ya que es muy difícil que una persona recuerde lo que 20 personas piden. Queremos regresar a probar más cosas pero esperamos que el servicio sí mejore (:

Le pongo 4 estrellas.porque la mayoría de lo que he probado me gusta mucho, solo algunos detalles como el pastel de chocolate con almendra, está super empalagoso y seco. Y Hay algunos platillos que son caros para lo q es, es el único inconveniente . Edito mi coment: te cobran si pides endulzante, (en otros lados no cobran el azúcar, es raro que lo hagan) ,cobran el extra de salsa macha (sirven poca cantidad y para 2 personas o más) esos detalles no me agradan, por lo demás bien. Los meseros muy amables . En general recomiendo el lugar pero ojalá pusieran atención en el costo, tamaño de los postres.

Mucho que desear, esperaba más por los buenos comentarios que tiene, pero parece que te hacen un favor al atenderte. Te avientan el menú, te miran mal (a tal punto de ponerte incómodo), te niegan cosas (llegamos en desayuno y vimos que había macn’chesse en otra mesa y nos negaron esa comida), el servicio de mala gana, parece que no esta el mesero que te atiende (pues pedimos la cuenta un par de veces y mejor tuvo que traérnoslo otro mesero pues el de nosotros nunca nos pelo). La comida comida es la mas pasable pero a mi parecer los huevos sabían demasiado a cúrcuma, el cafe tenia un tueste algo muy quemado, y el rol de canela está frío, lo rescatable era el jugo de naranja y los frijoles, y un poco los chilaquiles. En conclusión, no soy de las personas que den malas reseñas, pero, no es justificación para el servicio que nos dieron. Es relativamente barato para ser una comida vegana, pero no te la pasas para nada bien.

El lugar que según está calificado por muchos como bien(seguro q fue hace años) en realidad tiene comida insípida galletas sumamente duras( parecen de hace días) atención por parte del personal nada amigable, se tardan horas en servir un platillo, el menú no esta completo. Tienes q preguntar q hay en ese momento para poder comer. Y el precio de los alimentos es caro para la atención que dan y lo feo q saben los platillos. Además de nunca contar con baño según ellos por q no tienen agua desde hace más de 4 meses. Feoooo no asistan al lugar por q saldrán decepcionados y con hambre además de tener q buscar un sanitario al salir. Yo le daría cero estrellas Pero bueno solo puedo comentar poniendo 1 estrella.
