I had the Huevos Toks - delish! I thought the price was decent considering it also came with your choice of juice/fruit and coffee. Cappuccino was also pretty good.

Good food- people don’t speak English at all. But coffee was good and there were lots of food options. They have 6 page menu, so you are sure to find something that you like.

This was a nice and clean place to eat. Decent prices (average MX$175 or so); a good place to start if you are concerned about food safety in general. Great staff, and excellent customer service. Check out some more local places, CDMX has a lot to offer!

El personal en general es amable, atento y considerado a excepción de unos cuantos empleados. Buen servicio al cliente. El lugar es sencillo y bonito. Puedes tener una agradable experiencia aquí, una tarde tranquila para comer y platicar con tu acompañante. La comida es decente. No tardaron mucho en servir. Como saben, en estas cadenas hay platos buenos y otros no tanto. Los precios van acorde a la experiencia ofrecida aunque uno que otro plato podría tener un precio elevado. Entre semana por la tarde no hay tantas personas. Tuve una buena experiencia. Lo recomiendo si te agradan los restaurantes de este tipo de cadenas y estás conforme con los precios y la experiencia que ofrecen. Lo mas destacable en este restaurante es el gran servicio al cliente por parte de la mayoría de los empleados. Tal vez vuelva en el futuro.

Agradable, nos recibió el host amable, la persona que atendió nuestra mesa igual, muy amable y atenta, nuestra orden de bebida fue muy rápida, los platillos si tardaron un poco mas, pero creo que dentro del rango esperado. El lugar muy limpio, los baños igual, al retirarnos nos preguntaron si los alimentos y la atención había sido de nuestro agrado y pues si, todo en orden. Siempre hay lugar para mejora, pero todo bien.

Vine en Domingo al medio dia, el lugar está bien cuidado, limpio y aunque es compacto es cálido. El servicio lo sentí bien pero hasta ahí, el mesero tornaba muy rápido el servicio y eso hacía un poco incómodo porque tenía que interrumpirlo. La comida estuvo bien, los precios son adecuados al servicio/calidad, si estás en el centro y quieres ir a un lugar confiable, no muy caro y agradable lo recomiendo.

Tuve la mala suerte de encontrar un pedazo de comanda dentro del queso de mis molletes, error del chef pero la atención del personal es excelente, el ambiente muy familiar y agradable. Pero si regresaría a comer de nuevo. Gracias!

Buen restaurante de la cadena Toks qué se encuentra en el corazón de la ciudad de México, por lo mismo siempre hay comensales, me parece una atención adecuada. Sin embargo, tienes que llevar tiempo, no esperes una comida fugaz porque efectivamente hay bastantes comensales esperando alimentarse. Aún así es un excelente lugar para disfrutar de una buena comida.

Good food. Great staff; we were served by Lucio, who was extremely attentive and friendly. Helped us with the menu as our Spanish is pretty much zero. Food was good quality and reasonably priced.

I like toks for breakfast because they have a normal not just a breakfast menu! Salad San Francisco is amazing! And teriyaki fish wasn’t bad. Very busy place always full of people! Breakfast menu is yummy as well for normal people lol

Falta capacitación a los meseros, ya que si se les olvida o si no quieren (no puedo asegurar cuál sea la razón), no te ofrecen el postre incluido en los paquetes de comida que venden. Algunos meseros son amables a secas y otros de plano desentendidos y te olvidan en la mesa. Los platillos no son consistentes, a veces siguen la receta al pie de la letra y quedan bien, a veces omiten o modifican ciertas cosas. Siempre bien presentados eso si no tengo queja… pero podrían mejorar mucho en la temperatura de los alimentos, en esta sucursal tienden a llevar la comida fría.

She did that three times...I had to tell her, when I'm done I'll let you know to take my stuff... She gave me an attitude the rest of the night...

Que mala imagen para la Cadena de restaurantes...el Dom 01 de Marzo había poca gente en el Salón y para que me tomarán mi Comanda tardaron 15 min a la asignación de mesa..tuve que pedirle al Gerente que me atendieran ya que de los 5 meseros estaban 2 atendiendo y 3 platicando. Además que lo que ordene de plato fuerte Muy mal Sabor ya que lo dejaron Quemar y amargaba de lo quemado nada parecido a la imagen de la Carta.

Un lugar bonito y tranquilo, pero el servicio es un espanto. Fui con mi familia a cenar, llegamos a las 8 y esperamos 15 minutos para las bebidas y casi una hora más por los platillos. Pedí un Burrito Sinaloa que llevaba papas y las papas estaban tan duras y pasadas que parecían chicles. Hay otros Toks que estan mejores y este creo que es uno de los peores en los que he comido.

El servicio de cocina cada vez es peor, mi esposa y yo pedimos unas cervezas en tarro y el tarro apestaba a huevo, pedimos cambiarlo y nuestros mesero nos comentó como fue su proceso de lavado. Nos cambiaron las bebidas, después llegó la comida una entrada de crema de elote y estaba toda grumosa y sabía más a bechamel que a elote, luego llegaron los platos fuertes y nada que ver con la foto de la carta un asado mixto que solo eran unas escalopas secas y mal cortadas pedimos que se vieran como en la foto y se llevaron el platillo y regresaron con pedaceria de carne de res, el queso todo seco junto con el pollo y el cerdo secos. La gerente del turno nos ayudó con los problemas de cocina pero la verdad tardaron tanto los platillos que nos faltó muy poco para irnos y solo pagar las bebidas, al final nos cambiaron el asado por una hamburguesa que también tardo mucho y yo tuve que regresar a calentar mi pechuga crispy por qué ya se había enfriado de tanto espera. Esta será la última vez que voy a este lugar apesar de que no hay gente en el restaurante el servicio de cocina es muy lento.

It was a Friday evening 7pm. The restaurant wasn't busy when we entered. We were a large party of 12. Service at 1st was friendly albeit slow to take our order and get us our drinks. It was at least 730pm before our food order was taken. Another 30mins before the 1st few meals were brought out. Finally at the 40min mark, our salads came out, but without dressing. We waited a few mins to get our waitress' attention. I finally got up and tried to get the attention of anyone...surely anyone can get us some salad dressing that doesn't require any preparation and would allow us to finally eat our salad that we had been waiting 44mins for. Our waitress saw me approaching the male staff member, came my way with aggression to say "the food is coming, you just have to be patient" without even realizing what I was asking for. I hadn't even asked about the other dishes we were hungrily but patiently waiting for. Finally, 2 little single servings of dressing came for 3 full salads ordered. Then I had to ask yet again for the 3rd person's dressing. My nephew gave up and ate his salad without dressing. By the one hour mark, 11 of us had all finished our meals, but my husband's Philadelphia sandwich hadn't even come out. No one said a things. When my husband asked about his sandwich in Spanish, the waitress aggressively yelled she doesn't speak English...only Spanish. Ummm, we live in Mexico and he was speaking Spanish. Thanks for listening attentively. At this point, we asked for the bill. Said cancel the sandwich. She returned to the kitchen then returned asking if we wanted the sandwich to go. No thanks. We would get faster and better service at a taco stand outside. The bill came, with the sandwich we never received still on it. Really?? After speaking to the manager who was very professional, we were told the kitchen was short staffed. I have been to restaurants before with understaffed kitchens and front ends. But in those instances, the wait staff kindly explained to us the situation, checked in on us to confirm our order was coming and we happily waited patiently and tipped generously for their hard work despite the circumstances. In this case at Toks, the wait staff said nothing to us while making us wait up to 1 hour for our orders, acted like we were being unreasonable for asking nicely for salad dressing (which should have come with our salads) and basically thought with 7 kids it was reasonable to make us wait this long for our meals. Never again will I go to Toks , especially this location for a meal. Better training of staff, better communication with customers could have made a huge difference in our experience. Food was okay. Restaurant was clean and spacious. But the service was horrendous. Except for the manager. She was reasonable.

Modified covid menu, like very over priced 2-3 star hotel/motel food. Arrachera was not hot, didn't come with any salsas just so me frozen fries. 230 peso. Must remind myself to avoid these chain restaurants during covid. Poor service. I will never return.

Way too expensive for definitely not fresh tacos (microwaved?) no wonder this place is empty. Honestly we got through 2 bites and had to give up - nasty Demasiado caro para tacos que definitivamente no son frescos (¿calentados en el microondas?). Con razón está vacío. La verdad es que probamos dos bocados y tuvimos que rendirnos. ¡Qué asco!

El personal de lo más HORRIBLE que me ha tocado. Desde que llegamos, nadie nos atendió, nadie nos dió la bienvenida, y cuando llegamos a la mesa nos recibieron con unas jetas de muy mal gusto. Nos estaba esperando una persona en el lugar, comenta que la mujer que la atendió super grosera, queriendo que pidiera más que una cerveza cuando ella no quería (porque esperaba a alguien). Nos trajeron mal el pedido de arroz y con muy mala gana nos lo cambiaron, pedimos agua simple y nunca llegó, tuvimos que pedir 2 veces el agua, 3 veces un caldo de pollo, la comida de tardó 30 min en llegar, el helado estaba derretido cuando me lo trajeron, y a la hora de despedirnos el hombre de la salida no nos respondió al "gracias, buen día", ni para decirte "vuelvan pronto" o alguna frase que tengan y por si fuera poco el gerente también tenía una indiferencia con los clientes y ni siquiera se acercó a preguntarnos por el servicio cuando en los demás sí lo hacen. PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Con respecto a la comida todo bien, todo muy rico, pero si tienen oportunidad de ir a otro lugar vayan a otro lugar, además de las carotas de todo el personal el lugar es muy pequeño y no se come a gusto aunque la comida esté buena.

The experience here tonight was the worst I had on my family’s trip to CDMX. The restaurant was not busy but service was still not fast. Ordered 4 salads and 3 were served without any dressing. Had to ask for it 2x before 2 were given and had to ask for the 3rd one again. Ordered 3 sandwiches but only 2 were served. When we asked for the bill and told them they never brought us one of the sandwiches, the sandwich was still on the bill. The servers were rude multiple times. Only good part of the night was the mango smoothie. I would not recommend this place

The worst breakfast in my life. Coffee was just dark water. They don't serve a bit of milk or cream with the coffee. Milk will cost you an extra 30 pesos even if you only need a drop. Hashbrown was made with leftovers. The bread was old and it was brought to us 15 minutes before the food at which poit it was cold. We been charged for the juice even though it was supposed to be included with the dish we selected. An experience to forget!
