Noticed two dark spots in my corn muffin 😱, I was concerned at first but they turned out to be chocolate chips. Are things getting cleaned before the next use? Idk.

the people are nice but i ordered a plain bagel w cream cheese and a sesame flat with a hasbrown bacon and cheese and they put the hashbrown on the cream cheese bagel and the bacon on my bagel was hard as a rock to the point where i had to throw out my whole bagel. my bagel was inedible 5 minutes after my order number was called. gonna go to town bagel from now on smh

Time and time again, I go there and the quality gets worse and worse. All I wanted was a buttered bagel today,this is what I got! They do the same thing with the cream cheese and meat on sandwiches. I've given repeated chances. Today was the icing on the cake aside from no butter was the woman who was training a young man and she was so horribly rude, telling him to be quiet when he hadn't said a word because she was frustrated. Not going back. Town Bagel and Central Ave from now own.

My partner and I come here so much, great bagels but unfortunately the old woman who I am assuming is the owner is extremely rude and I often get the wrong bagel given to me. I ordered a certain bagel and was given the complete opposite. Staff was so lovely to help me fix it sweetest staff in the world but the owner is what makes this review a one star.

Food here is good BUT what turned me off is that the old lady (assuming she is the owner) needs to learn how to treat the staffs better. She was rude, mean and condescending towards them. Today wasn’t the first time she blatantly told the girl to shut up and snatched the sandwich off of the girl hands right in front of me and other customers. I was stunned. The other gentleman next to me was shaking his head and we both kinda looked at each other like what the hell? I’ve seen her doing this before and I’m not sure how bad would it be when nobody else is around. She needs to learn to have manners and respect for others. That was not it. Shame.

They nickel and dime everything here. Do you believe they wanted to charge an extra $1 because when I ordered a bacon, egg. and cheese on a bagel, I asked for it to be slightly toasted through the toaster. Are you kidding me that is total BS. There are 3 other bagel stores with in a mile who now have my business.

$5 for basically a mini size bagel. Egg everything had no everything seasoning on it and veggie cream cheese had 3 large chunks of veggies Not the same as it used to be. Won’t be coming back

So my daughter had a ton of company at her house today. Three weeks ago, she ordered food from this store for delivery. Delivery was scheduled for noon. 1215 my daughter called, and was told driver just left. 30 minutes later (1245) food finally showed up. I don’t tip for bad customer service. 45 minutes late means no tip. My daughter looks at the sandwich in the house and it was not what she ordered. She called to complain and the girl said I have to call the driver and I’ll call you back. 20 minutes later no one called back. My daughter called again. And they put her on endless hold. My son in law went to the store with the sandwich. They did refund the money but insisted on a tip because they hired the driver to make the delivery (the driver was behind the counter). I’m all for tipping good customer service but insist on a tip and you get nothing. Never going back there again.

I am a regular customer of Stuff a Bagel Bethpage. I often pick up dozens of bagels from my office staff and buy breakfast for my wife and I a few times a month. Today I went in by myself to get my usual sausage, egg and cheese on an everything bagel which cost around $8. When attempting to pay with a debit card, I was told there was a $10 minimum With no cash on me, they just wouldn’t take my order. I Understand profit margins are probably tight so I can understand a minimum for credit cards, but didn’t think a debit card would be an issue. They would rather not serve a regular customer that spends hundreds of dollars there over one dollar fee on a debit card. Due to their refusal of service, I was forced to go to Orlando deli across the street and my bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese was excellent. Someone should inform the owner that once you change a customer’s buying habits, it’s very difficult to win them back. I hope the one-dollar fee was worth losing a longtime customer.

Complete waste of time in my opinion. The credit card minimum is ridiculous considering they are already charging a fee on top for using the credit card. Had to give them $100 bill at 6am for a 4$ bagel. And they had the nerve to ask me if I had a smaller bill. That’s the whole reason for using my card. I’ve also had multiple ordered a screwed up and had to go back and have them redone still to be done wrong. Imagine walking back to your car after you just drive back from your house for the second time and open your order and it’s wrong again. It’s like they don’t understand the English language. They also charge for the smallest thing alike toasting a bagel is a 15 cent charge. Im sorry but when you start nit picking for an item that is constantly being used, you should get out of the business. It should be priced into the bagel already. I never checked but I bet they charge for the ketchup on a bacon egg and cheese as well. I stopped going to this place after the last incident with the credit card ordeal. If you don’t want people to review their extremely poor experience at your establishment then maybe you should consider improving your employees work ethics. This is my own personal experience. Take it however you like.
