Cheesecake Factory strikes again. Fantastic service, great food, good value for money. There is so much variety that there is always something for everyone. We finished off with the OG cheesecake that was fantastic. Would recommend you sit outside as it was a lot more lively and fun. Inside was a bit dark (we sat outside).
I love The Cheesecake Factory and it’s one of the best places to eat! They have a huge menu with so many great options. My favorites are the Chicken Madeira, Steak Diane, and Chicken Artichoke Soup. The food is always delicious, and the portions are big. The wait time can be a bit long sometimes, but it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommend!
As an Aussie I was suuuper excited to visit Penny's workplace. Lunch in Beverly Hills was also a bonus. The staff were super friendly and our food was delicious. I had the seared tuna salad and our kids enjoyed the kids menu. My partner tried the carrot cake and said it was one of the best he has ever had.
Excellent Service from Josh at The Cheesecake Factory Had an amazing lunch experience today thanks to Josh at The Cheesecake Factory. From the moment I sat down, his customer service stood out, genuine, friendly, and professional. We had a great conversation, and he even shared that this location was the very first Cheesecake Factory, opened in 1978. I loved that bit of history! The food was excellent, and Josh’s warmth made the visit even better. As someone who often treats clients to lunch in this area, I let him know he’ll definitely be seeing more of me and my guests. It’s rare to find that combination of great food, genuine conversation, and exceptional service, Josh delivers all three.
This place is amazing! I would recommend sitting outside if possible as its quite dark in there which is normal for there resturants. Excpect HUGE portions i wouldnt recommend getting a starter and a main as the starter is a main in itself ! but i reccomend having a starter if you are going for lumch instead of anything else , But they do also have a lunch menu !
It is always a great experience at Cheesecake Factory. Starting with Chicken Parmesan, it comes in a great portion enough for 2 almost. The sauce is a bit salty but I really love the taste. I forgot the name of the other dish, but it was so fresh and tasty as well. Cheesecake strawberry was huge! A very solid basque cheesecake with fresh fruit and strawberry sauce. I don’t like super-sweet cheesecakes, and this one was just perfect and creamy.
Thank you The Cheesecake Factory in Beverly Hills! You are a welcoming, friendly and professional team. This was my sisters and nephews first time in USA, you made them feel right at home and shared travel tips on LA. We sat outside and enjoyed the vibe of Beverly Hills. The food was beautiful and tasty, we enjoyed every bite. You made a lasting impression on my sister and nephew, thank you so much.

great establishment, we love the Cheesecake Factory but they changed their water glasses and that made us a little sad because they're a little smaller and we miss the old glasses. Rip!

We have been there for dinner and ate Salmon was vell marinated with sauce s. The deserts was also perfect. Definitely should visit for best cheesecake and dinner.
Very satisfied from food and service ❤️ I go there twice a month and enjoy the food and hot bread with butter before meal
Spicy rigatoni vodka pasta was amazing but chicken Alfredo was not good. Price was reasonable considering it was in beverly hills.
Your typical cheesecake factory in a blingy neighborhood. Great as always service; we arrived 10 minutes before closing and they happily sat us and didn't rush us through our order or the meal. Avocado eggrolls were ok and we've had better. Bread was warm and delicious, and the chicken Louisiana was on the average side, overfried chicken and a bit dry pasta, but overall a good meal. Dirty martini was great, this place makes great drinks. We'll be back when we're looking for familiar food in a welcoming place.
Went to the CF with my daughter. Decided to pick her up from her pm class at UCLA and head over to Beverly Hills. Check in was quite excellent. Didn't need to wait. Restaurant is a bit small compared to others as I have been to many. Food quality was excellent and got a nice slice of our favorite white chocolate raspberry truffle. Mmmmmmmm. Table service was less than okay. Server seemed disinterested and more interested in other guests. She did appear to have too many tables assigned to her. Ambiance looked a bit old. I would not return to this location.
Probably the tiniest entrance to any cheesecake factory ive been to. It's a cute small spot for shoppers looking to get away from the busy walking. The tourist spot is busy but if you want a hearty meal when you're a tourist this is prime location
A good cheesecake factory branch in a very good location. The avocado egg rolls are absolutely delicious and a must try and the spinach artichoke dip is an absolute classic as well. We went for their salad, an epic Santa Fe salad with portions enough for 2 people. The only inconvenience we had was our waitress was quite slow, took quite a bit of time to get a tea or a check, other than that a great experience and highly recommended
A good place! This branch of Cheesecake Factory in Beverly Hills offers great service and delicious food with a wide variety of options. The portions are generous, and the cheesecake is a must-try. However, the interior can feel a bit dark and dimly lit. Overall, a solid dining experience in a prime location.

The food and ambience is always great here. They have a good happy hour, and the servers are always very nice. The service is sometimes spotty though.

The lettuce was brown, the portion tiny, and the Long Island ice tea had minimal alcohol. Very pricey for what I got!

the pasta with chicken was very tasty. of course we shouldnt leave without eating cheese cake there and it was just delicious, if you are in LA, i suggest you to try the cheese cake
i was excited to finally try the fabled cheesecake factory that literally so many of my friends have urged me to try back home from australia, and i was so very satisfied with the food, and only the food, unfortunately. the menu was huge, and the portions were way bigger, like it's probably a meal for an entire family in some third world country. it's immense. i couldn't even finish it, but i really did try my best, and i was foolishly ambitious to think i wanted to order a cheesecake as well. i'm glad i didnt. the poorest part of this experience was the service. we had two different wait staff completely ignore- perhaps forgotten is a better word- us for most of the night apart from the initial seating. after my friend waved someone over and made a request, they never ended up coming back, despite us watching them go back and forth to accomodate many other customers, completely ignoring our presence somehow. we decided to simply leave after the lack of attentiveness, after paying, and it unfortunately left a sour taste in our mouths after a stellar meal.
We enjoyed our dinner. The food was okay and the service was great. Rodriguez is a great server and he took good care of us. Nothing special tonight. For the price we paid it was over the value. The food portions were smaller than before. Either prices should come down or you increase your portions. This is so true for the cheesecake slice. Putting the burger together was a mess and the whole thing came apart. It was so annoying. This is the dumbest idea I've ever seen. It felt as if the chef is too lazy to even give you an assembled burger. No special sauces for the burger. No options for potato wedges or sweet potatoes fries or garlic aioli. The burger patty itself tasted good. The bread was good but the butter was too cold and it didn't melt easily. It will be a long time before we visit the Cheesecake factory again.
This place is decent, but there are better Cheesecake Factories in Los Angeles in my opinion. The salad that we ordered didn't seem fresh, but everything else seemed okay. The server was nice, but it wasn't amazing either. He forgot to bring us water a few times. The atmosphere was somewhat loud. But again, there's nothing wrong with this spot; it was just very average.

I’m writing this review in comparison to other Cheesecake Factory locations I’ve dined at, because my experience today was noticeably different — and not in a good way. I arrived at 3:30 PM, well outside of peak hours, expecting to be seated quickly and receive prompt service. Instead, I had the opposite experience. The hostess told me she would be with me in two minutes, but it ended up taking about 12 minutes. That meant standing at the entrance the entire time with no seating available. It was not a great first impression. While waiting, I noticed there were plenty of staff members on the floor and not many customers, yet the service appeared disorganized. The staff seemed overwhelmed and scattered, despite the restaurant not being busy. After finally being seated, it took another five minutes before a server came to greet us and ask about drinks. I commented that they must be busy, and the response I received was, “Actually, this isn’t even that busy at all.” That was surprising to hear given how slow and chaotic the service felt. If this wasn’t considered busy, I would be concerned about what a truly busy shift looks like. The server left to get water, but the wait was so long that another staff member eventually noticed us sitting without drinks and offered assistance. I requested water again. Even then, there was a significant delay. I’m writing this while still sitting at the table. It took 32 minutes from the time I arrived to finally be asked what I wanted to eat. At other Cheesecake Factory locations, bread is typically brought out almost immediately — here, it hadn’t been offered by that point. I’ve consistently had positive experiences at other locations, which makes this visit especially disappointing. I hope management takes a closer look at service flow and staff coordination at this location.
We went on NY's day. Wait time was 20 minutes but they never notified us. We went to ask for our table after 30 minutes, and they were like: yeah your table is ready :/ Service was poor. They gave our food to the wrong table, never refilled our glasses (we had to flag down the server), and added an extra item on our bill that we never ordered. When we asked the server, he was again like yeah, I know, let me take it off for you. No idea what kind of scam they are running, but I, for one will not go back.
Ordered the ribeye steak, mashed potatoes and green beans upon the waiter's recommendation. Waiter forgot the order within 3 minutes and came to ask me again. Another waiter had pity on me and decided to bring me a menu as the other one wandered off. Appetisers brought with no cutlery and literally no plate, I think they expected me to eat with my hands. As soon as I asked for some cutlery I got attitude. When the steak arrived it was bland and immensely overcooked. Sigh, worst Cheesecake Factory experience I've ever had. Great location though.
Food was alright, nothing special, nothing worth the price. Salad portions were good, the rest looked like they're lying about the calories (portions are smallled than the calories would indicate). What makes this a 2 star review is the terrible service. We asked multiple times to be seated elsewhere, as there was a large and rather loud gathering next to us. They just faked caring about it, but never changed our seats. On being asked about recommendations, was just told to "look at the menu, it's all there". The resam for asking for a recommendation was because the options were overwhelming. Asked for an extra plate, never got it. A different person got our dessert order and he was super nice and helped us in choosing one. Had our server been nicer, this would have been a much better review.
Service was not good. We had to keep asking for things. Like straws, or refill. She seemed to go back and forth and then remember we needed something. The food took forever. The zucchini fries were burnt/over fried. When the meal finally came out it was cold. Seriously cold. The chicken, cold, the asparagus cold and mashed potatoes cold. We told the waitress who told the manager and the manager offered a free cheesecake. 🤨 really??? A completely cold meal and you want to give us a free cheesecake. We declined, but shortly after decided....well, maybe the cheesecake is cold!!!! Smh. So we took it to go. The atmosphere was too loud and the tile floors were slippery. I almost fell walking out to leave. It felt greasy. Not a good experience especially for Beverly Hills!!!!

We were at the cheesecake factory at Victoria Garden on Friday, November 22 me and my husband and our kids it was very bad We wait for an hour to bring the food and the food was cold not fresh
Long time local at this CF but what was going on last night? Ordered takeout. Here's the good, the bad and the ugly. The good- cheeseburger spring rolls. Always great. New- crispy rice with crab! Delicious!!!! Will get again. Crispy rice, sweet generous serving of crab. Now for the bad- felt mignon ordered Medium came literally burnt and dry! No pink at all. And Alfredo pasta that had NO sauce. Ummmm where is the sauce? Called and gave feedback. He said he'd send a $50 gift card but he didn't. Pretty awful CF!
We’ve been traveling to the U.S. for almost 17 years and always make a point of visiting The Cheesecake Factory — whether in Florida, Honolulu, New York, or California. Unfortunately, this location near Rodeo Drive was a major letdown. The dark bread tasted old, my husband’s Louisiana Chicken Pasta was watery and lacked flavor, and even though my own dish was acceptable, the overall experience was disappointing. The interior feels dated, the carpeted areas smell musty, and the walk toward the restrooms did not make the atmosphere any better. We rarely write reviews, but after visiting this restaurant eight years ago and not enjoying it then either, we felt it was important to share our experience — mainly so we remember not to return.

Alright, let’s talk about The Cheesecake Factory in Beverly Hills. It’s one of those places that, despite its widespread presence, always seems to draw a crowd, and the Beverly Hills location is no exception.
