I am convinced that the chef/owner is able to improve the quality of the dishes, but he will have to increase the prices! It is a cheap restaurant…. 15 euros/person and you eat as much as you can! With little money…these people work wonders! The dishes tasted are fairly priced and tasty! Congratulations! I recommend!

The service staff were enthusiastic. When a piece of sushi fell to the ground, the service staff cleaned it up and asked if they wanted to put a new one on the table. The food was served quickly and I was satisfied.

Best all-you-can-eat Asian-fusion restaurant in Biella. The ambiance is decadent. The food was generous, meat vs fillers ratio is quite good (e.g not a huge ball of rice with a thin piece of fish.) Their dumplings/dim sum were flavourful gems (weekends). The bao tacos were a very pleasant surprise. Even the ramen was good! I went twice for lunch; once on a weekday and once weekend. I found the service to be fast and courteous. I will try their dinner services next.

Ristorante super elegante, ben curato e tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato era di qualità. Curati anche gli impiattamenti. Buoni anche i dolci, che devo dire è raro per ristoranti cinesi/giapponesi. I camerieri sono svogliati e rispondono freddamente alle domande che poni, però veloci a servire. Puliscono i tavoli appena se ne vanno i commensali, però rimane parecchio sporco sotto i tavoli. Per questi motivi non ho dato 5 stelle. Con 2 euro in più si può prenotare il tavolo dentro le sfere. Moltissimi parcheggi fuori.

Un po' in calo rispetto alla precedente visita! Ambiente sempre bello, e questa volta ci siamo riservati il privè nelle "bolle" sull'acqua. Peccato per la indisponibilità della mia salsa preferita (agrodolce piccante). Quelle disponibili erano la piccante, che sebbene io gradisca era in realtà davvero troppo forte, immangiabile se non in piccolissimo quantitativo; e quella agrodolce da un colorito a metà tra il rosa e il pesca...in effetti dal sapore un po' strano. Eccellente la zuppetta di alghe (gomawake) mentre ho trovato scarsi gli uramaki roll fritti, troppo grandi e dal sapore non soddisfacente. Bene gli osomaki. Buono il bianco fermo. Non il top neppure i panini al latte con crema....eppure il prezzo è bello consistente. Insomma mi aspettavo decisamente di più

Quando siamo entrati abbiamo visto un bel ambiente. Il cibo era buonissimo. Invece per il servizio vorrei dire che non è dei ottimi i perché alcune volte ti portono dei cibi che non hai chiesto. Però ve lo consiglio! Si mangia veramente bene!

Che dire...Locale arredato molto bene, gradevolissimo. Servizio abbastanza rapido e personale gentile quasi tutto, non do 5 stelle perchè ultimamente mi è capitato di imbattermi in camerieri poco cordiali, spero sia solo un caso. Con qualcuno invece, seppur gentile, spesso ci sono problemi di comunicazione in quanto non comprendono tutti bene l'italiano. Ottima scelta di piatti sia cinesi sia di sushi ANCHE a pranzo da lunedì a venerdì e questo credo sia un ottimo punto a favore rispetto ad altri ristoranti simili!! Cibo a mio parere molto buono e piatti presentati in maniera molto curata!! Lo consiglio!!

✍️ Un ottimo ristorante giapponese ⛩️, che di giapponese ha il menù 📝, e di cinese ㊗️ ancora meno. Ma in compenso ha una bellissima location 🛕. Siamo passati per curiosità da questo ristorante 🏪, qualche pro 👍 e qualche contro 👎. Innanzitutto il servizio pecca un po'. Cioè il cibo arriva subito, non bisognava aspettare molto ogni volta che ordinavamo i piatti, ma ho dovuto chiedere 3️⃣ volte un bicchiere d'acqua 💦 che mancava sul tavolo e altre 4️⃣ il wasabi 🟩. Non c'è particolarmente cura nel "coccolare il cliente", cosa che difficilmente succede in questi posti. ✍️ Cibo 🍜 buon ma con qualche pecca. Nel compenso però un ottimo sushi 🍣. Menù 🗒️ molto dettagliato, Immagini 🖼️ chiare e ben presentate 🤝. Whenever I come to Biella for work, it's a regular stop. Aside from the food, which I have nothing to complain about, it's a truly sumptuous place. They've set up a few tables in a room shaped like a pond...it's quite spectacular. Large windows and modern furnishings.

Very nice place. Soft lighting and tables separated by glass or stone slabs create intimacy. The sails on the water are spectacular. The food is good and varied, with new and gourmet options. Little contact with the waiters since you place your order on your phone using the QR code on each table. Ample free parking is available near the restaurant.

Saturday lunch. A wide selection of Japanese and Chinese dishes to choose from; I'd say it has the most extensive menu in the city. The sushi isn't very good and sometimes smells bad. The place is very beautiful and elegant; just be careful when walking, because you might step in the water. The downside is mainly the service; they often bring dishes you didn't request, or it takes a while to bring you a requested sauce or drink. It opened recently and after COVID-19, so these are all things that will improve with time. Lastly, the ravioli are good, and there are plenty of them, but I find them too "wet," and the dough feels watery in the mouth.

I went to this restaurant for lunch today. It wasn't my first time, and I must say that the doubts I had during my two previous visits remained. A dear friend of mine wanted to have lunch there, and I decided to try again after almost a month and a half. The food is good and there's a good selection, but the sushi is prepared hastily, and the rolls often fall apart as soon as you pick a piece with your chopsticks. The staff isn't very friendly, but what I find most serious is their carelessness. We were served a mixed sushi platter (which I photographed), but it was taken away shortly after because it was from another table! Generally, this is an annoying thing, but during this particular period, for hygiene reasons, a dish served to a table, right or wrong, should be left there or taken away and thrown away! Rushed service, therefore, and equally sloppy preparation. It's a shame because the place is truly beautiful and has great potential, which could be better exploited by raising the level of service. The food tastes good and the ingredients seem high-quality; again, just a little attention to detail is lacking in the preparation. It's not a complete no-no, but it's not my first choice for sushi here in Biella. I hope the service improves, because given the beauty of the place, it's a real shame I can't give a better review!

Very low quality sushi, even well below the standards of all you can eat restaurants, dishes such as tonkatsu, karaage or yakitori are an insult to Japanese gastronomy. The service is terrible, they take too long to serve the orders, or they never bring them at all, the waiters pass by your table but don't pick up the empty plates, I couldn't believe how disastrous the service could be. The only good thing about this restaurant is the decoration, very modern and cozy. If you want to eat good Japanese or Chinese food, this is not your place
