The crepes were delicious. They were out of banana and spinach so it cut my options down. The strawberry buckwheat crepe with homemade chocolate sauce was really good. My husband doesn't like crepes, but he loved the crepe omelet.

We had the "complete crepe". My wife and I shared 1. It was enough for us to share with a coffee each. The crepe was delicious and made fresh. The wait was a little long but definitely worth it. The staff was friendly and let us know in advance that the wait would be a little long.

Great coffee, but wait times are a little long when having to wait in the cold. Suggestion.. take the customers number and text them when ready so they can wait in their car. The black forest coffee and vanilla mocha cappuccino are my favorites.

This is such a cute spot, it was hard not to come in and try it. The first time we came here my husband didn't want anything. I ended up taking my dog with me and ordered at the walk-up window. I ended up getting the Strawberries Field Forever crepe with the house made chocolate and a hot Vanilla Latte (small size is 16 oz). The employee saw my dog and offered her a dog biscuit. I let my husband try my latte and he loved it. We ended up coming here again just for coffee and decided to use the drive-thru. However, the cars ahead of us had both ordered crepes and the guy taking our order told us to go ahead and park somewhere in the parking lot. They called my husband's name when our coffee was ready. That would be the only negative I observed... the drive-thru being so tiny and a little awkward for orders that take time to make.

Eco conscious, adorable shaded seating area but drive through option as well, very friendly staff with quality food and drink👌 Got an americano and Little Goat crepe with added strawberries, per the staff recommendation for a savory and sweet combo. Yum!! Would’ve preferred hot food in something other than plastic but I’m sure other to-go ware is pricey. (Someone really needs to come up with an affordable recyclable or compostable option for all take out places). Really enjoyed this cute spot. Absolutely worth a stop in or drive through!

I recommend the power crepe (savory) if you are vegan but even if you’re not… is really good. Good coffee and hot chocolate. We placed the order online and the order was ready on time, didn’t have to wait. They have a small area to eat so we took our meal to the cabin. Really recommend it.

Fantastic little spot! Crepes are legit delicious, and the lattes are equally amazing. I ordered at the window, versus the drive thru. I had gotten the Fireside, and my S/O got the Deja Vu. The crepe itself was cooked to perfection, and they were liberal with their fruits in the crepe. Ordered 2 Honey Lattes (one whole milk, and one oat milk). They were both delicious as well! Hit the spot on that nice morning.

The wait was a bit long but totally worth it for the quality and taste of food and coffee you get. The service was great, the pricing is reasonable and the crepes are amazing. We got the cinnamon crepe (delicious), the complete (amazing), a caramel cold brew per his recommendation and a honey lavender latte. No complaints here and would 10/10 recommend!

A Little French Haven in Big Bear I stumbled upon Café Crêpe in Big Bear, and honestly, it's like finding a little piece of France right in the mountains. This place isn’t just about eating; it’s about experiencing some real French vibes in a super cozy spot. First off, the location is just adorable. It's tucked away in a spot that’s both picturesque and super chill. When you walk in, the staff greet you like old friends. They’re super helpful, especially when you’re trying to navigate the menu with dietary restrictions. They’ve got a bunch of options for anyone who's vegan, gluten-free, or just trying to eat a bit healthier. Now, let’s talk about the food. The crêpes are out-of-this-world good. Whether you go sweet or savory, you can tell they use fresh, quality ingredients. But the coolest part? They’ve got special treats for dogs! That’s right, you can actually bring your pup along and treat them too. In a nutshell, Café Crêpe is this awesome mix of great location, super friendly service, and amazing food. It's perfect for pretty much anyone – whether you’re a hardcore foodie, someone with specific dietary needs, or just looking for a nice place to chill with your dog. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and craving a little taste of France.

First time in big bear this weekend and came across this spot ! I came two days in a row ! Definitely recommend if you’re visiting! I got the honey lavender and strawberry crepe. I added banana with extra Nutella !

Great crepes & coffee! Gluten free buckwheat crepe options, the buckwheat, Brie, procuito and green apple crepe was fantastic. Also, the best honey lavender latte I’ve had!

Drove past this coffee spot the previous night and knew I had to stop here for breakfast and man..did Cafe Crepe deliver! Their peppermint mocha was bomb! The Fireside Crepe was delicious and satisfied the apple pie craving I’ve been dreaming about. 10/10 would come back

Super fast service, amazing food! I def recommend the double salmon crepe. We also got lattes with homemade flavored whip cream- the lavender was unique and delicious. Oh my chai with almond whip (added espresso) was 10/10! Cold brew was delicious even black! Seating is outside at tables, some shade.

This guy makes seriously amazing crepes. You have to try the cheese crepe and the Nutella one. Even when it’s super busy, he’s always smiling and really friendly. Great vibes 🥳

It's always great to stop by at Café Crêpe. Service was fast today as fewer people were in line. Not a long wait. It doesn't even matter if i have to wait. I usually stop by ate Café Crêpe every time I'm at Big Bear Valley. Today, I ordered my favorite Strawberry Field Lover, and for my kiddos were the Dark Side. The homemade chocolate is the best. Friendly and the price is still the same.

Super scrumptious. I enjoyed my crepes. The sad thing was they were put of bananas and strawberries so I hope to try them again next time to get the full effect. So good!

One of the gems of Big Bear🐻 AMAZING homemade coffees, with unique flavor offerings and specialized whipped cream to match your drink! The crepes are great, and the compléte crepe is a great twist on the typical sweet flavor palettes. This is a MUST VISIT, every time we come up!! You guys rock. Only thing I have to say is to please remember that this is a small mountain city. Help is hard to find, be patient when it’s busy, and be kind!! Adopt mountain time while you’re here - slow your pace down and just enjoy! If you really don’t like waiting, get here when they open or try ordering ahead. You may run into wait times of an hour or more for crepes on busy weekends. The longest we have waited for drinks was maybe 25 minutes (worst case scenario). If you didn’t have a good experience because you came when they were slammed.. trust me.. try them again!

Café Crêpe in Big Bear is a great breakfast stop! ☕🥞 The pumpkin latte was rich and perfectly spiced—definitely captures that fall flavor. The Plant Power vegan crêpe was fresh and flavorful, and the Complete Crêpe with scrambled eggs, Monterey Jack cheese, and ham was absolutely delicious. They even offer dog meals and vegan options. I ordered at 8:05 a.m. and had my food and drink by 8:13 a.m.—super fast and efficient service! The staff were friendly, attentive, and kept things running smoothly. Highly recommend for a cozy, well-run spot to start your morning in Big Bear.

Café Crêpe in Big Bear Lake is a perfect stop for a quick and easy meal, serving breakfast, lunch, or brunch. They make authentic French crêpes with a great selection of fillings. For a sweet treat, try the popular Strawberry Fields Forever with your choice of sauce, or the classic banana and chocolate Déjà Vu. For a savory meal, the Complète with ham, egg, and cheese is a favorite, or the unique Little Goat with goat cheese, honey, and almonds. They even have delicious vegan options like the Plant Power crepe and gluten-free buckwheat batter. The staff here is very friendly, and the coffee is excellent, with gourmet options like a Honey Lavender Latte. The dining is all outdoors on a cute, dog-friendly patio, or you can use the convenient drive-thru to grab your food and drinks to go.

We had a mini-getaway to Big Bear and wanted to find a good local place for coffee. This is it! My husband and I both got a hot white mocha latte. It was delicious and great quality. The prices are extremely reasonable as well. If I ever come back to BB, we will definitely stop by again!

Came while somewhat busy (there was 3 groups ordering ahead of us). Ordered 2 drinks and 1 crepe. The worker taking our order let us know that the crepe would take about 15 minutes but even with it being busy, it came out in less than 10 minutes. Seating is outside, as the establishment has no indoor seating, but there was plenty of large variety of tables to choose from. Would love to come back again!

1st time going there. Im really picky with taste. So I gave this place a try. I got a small cappuccino, with soy, mixed with white chocolate mocha and cherry. Pretty amazing. I was really hesitant. But I was told if I didnt like it I can exchange for something else. Which was nice to hear. Nope didn't need too!

This place has high-quality matcha with a wide array of syrups (blackberry, lavender, rose). We also ordered their crepes which were delicious. Prices are reasonable, especially since we didn’t see many coffee places that had matcha. The staff is also super communicative about wait time. Other fun menu things: Black Magic matcha with blackberry syrup, option to add CBD, lavender whipped cream!

Just a short trip from the main road, you'll find yourself at this super convenient window-cafe serving up some amazing breakfast! Be prepared to sit outside however, since there's no indoor space so if it's cold dress appropriate! The baristas were friendly and helped with their own recommendations for some of the items on the menu. The bear fog and matcha magic were perfect to sip on, and tasted wonderful (whipped cream was the cherry on top). The crepes themselves were light, extremely flavorful and each crepe divulges into its own uniqueness. Truly an awesome breakfast spot, will be back soon!!

On our way out of Big Bear, we stopped by a charming coffee shop and ordered two Pumpkin Patch hot coffees—one with whipped cream and one without. This cozy spot is also known for its crepes, but we were short on time and only grabbed coffee. There’s plenty of parking, and they offer a lovely seating area in the back with several tables. I’m not usually a pumpkin spice fan, but I really enjoyed this drink. It wasn’t too sweet, just rich with flavor. Highly recommend stopping by!

Seriously awesome! I'm NOT a sweetie and my amazing family is and definitely wanted to stop here and get something SWEET to eat and drink and lo and behold. . . They had a savory menu! First time ever I've seen a crepe coffee shop with a savory choice and not just one but multiple options! The coffee ☕️ is very amazing and definitely had me saying WOW when I had tried it which was the Carmel latte. Kids got the hot chocolate and quickly drank it down. Warning ⚠️ though. . . Due to their popularity of quality food and great service, many people are here wanting the same experience I'm talking about now so be ready to WAIT for however long it may take for whatever it may be that you order. It's worth the wait and there's no need to be going KAREN on the establishment because it takes time to make something so good when you have so very many amazing patrons wanting the same thing! Great coffee, great food, and great service! This establishment WON'T be in such a small shop for very long, that much is for certain and my family and I will be back! Quality food and service does come at an average price that is very fair for what their selling. I'm VERY sensitive to what I'm eating and after eating here I don't feel sick, terrible, or in danger of a food coma but rather invigorated and very content! I ordered the COMPLETE from the savory menu with the egg sunny side up and wife order the HONEY LEMON from the sweet menu and daughter order the strawberry cream well. My suggestion is for the complete savory AND lemon honey as the strawberry choice is rather common everywhere and according to my 12 year old daughter, same thing different place is what she said in regards to that selection and I had to agree with that. Overall, I Strongly recommend!

Cafe Crepe serves delicious crepes, both savory and sweet, with a generous amount of filling that makes every bite satisfying. They’re upfront about the wait time, which is nice, but you’ll need to stand in line to order and then wait about 30 minutes for your crepe. They call out your name when the order is ready, so you have to listen for it. While the crepes are definitely worth trying and very tasty, the long wait keeps me from giving them a full 5 stars. Still, a solid 4-star experience.

Decent crepe shop, but didn't think they were anything to write home about. Would give it 3.5/5 if that were possible. We got here just before it got crowded on a Sunday morning. Took us about 12 minutes to place our order (we were the third group in line). The line got way longer after us and I did see folks in line waiting for about 30 -ish minutes. We got the "complete" and the "strawberry fields forever" with a cup of drip coffee and a gingerbread chai. Order took about 15 minutes to be prepared. The complete was good. I'd order it again. We added spinach, which I thought was a good idea. The strawberry fields forever was just okay. The dough was a little dry for some reason and the strawberries weren't particularly sweet. The coffee initially had way too much cream before they fixed it. Though that seems to be a pattern in Big Bear (another coffee shop did the same). Gingerbread chai seemed like a fun drink, even though the wife didn't finish it (I think it might have been sweet and cloying). Overall, would probably go again if we are in the area, though if the line is long, won't wait.

Cool breakfast spot with a nice patio/ seating area. Coffee options are nice and creative but I felt like the quality of the coffee in my latte was so so. The savory crepes were good however the honey bear with lemon was dry, maybe cause it didn’t have really a filling. But overall a nice place to try for sure!!

We will in like this little place. It’s unique and they serve coffee and crêpes. We ordered the little goat crêpe, which we got we ordered a couple of others, but we didn’t know what to expect. As for coffees we ordered the Honey Lavender and the Oh La Latte. They both were pretty good at all put a note out there. If you ordered the Ola latte, they put a lot of whipped cream on top. The shop itself was really cute and the staff was nice and friendly. They have an outdoor seating area and it was packed when we went. Overall we really like this place and give it a thumbs up

The Oh La Latte: organic espresso latte with hazelnut and pistachio syrups, whip cream, topped with almonds bits -so good and not as sweet as I expected. Big Bear Fog: Earl Grey tea latte with vanilla bean and organic lavender syrup, lavender whipped cream -I'm so glad I ordered this. It was fantastic. Strawberry Fields Forever - fresh sliced strawberries, your choice of sauce. Nutella, house-made dark chocolate, caramel, maple syrup or honey. This one was made with the in house made chocolate.

Came on a busy Sunday. Staff seemed rushed. Cute patio area and if it wasnt snowing at the time, would have been a nice place to enjoy outside. Coffee was rough; definitely not a great cortado with the coffee being slightly bitter and the milk not steamed/frothed properly (in my opinion). Felt like it was made in a hurry. Had to ask them to add syrup which was missed in the original order. The good though was the actual crepe. The strawberry fields forever crepe was very tasty. Fresh, hot, and full of strawberry/nutella. Everyone liked it and it was a good serving size. I would certainly come back for a crepe, but I think I may try coffee elsewhere in Big Bear.

Went here on a Saturday morning first week of March and it was busy. They tell you the wait time when you order so you can make a choice to proceed or not which is good to manage expectations. Service was friendly. You just wait outside on the main road for your order and they call your name. We ordered 2 large lattes and 2 crepes - the double cream salmon and the Deja vu with chocolate. The coffees took about 15 mins to be made and they tasted watery and were extra hot so hard to drink. I ordered a chai latte and it tasted so bad I asked them to remake just a basic latte and they obliged which was nice of them to do and they were sorry but the coffees are nothing special. About 25 min wait for the crepes. Again, nothing special. The salmon was good, and there is lots of crème in it, we also added spinach which for the price didn’t have a lot in it…just didn’t really have a signature flavor was a bit bland. The Deja vu had 3 massive chunks of banana in it (would have been better if it was sliced thin so it was distributed across the Crêpe) and way too much chocolate which just overpowered it. The Nutella might be better. Overall for the price $45 for breakfast I wouldn’t go again.

Argh! Finally found a great coffee spot in Big Bear. Should have stopped with the latte. Ordered a scrambled egg, cheese and ham crepe and was very excited to see it come out all golden and beautiful...until I cut into it and it was essentially all raw egg white covering everything! Not edible. Bummer. Coffee - for sure! Crepes, nope! One-and-done.

We had a negative experience this morning at Crêpe Cafe. Their Crêpe machine was down,(not the problem, these things happen!) but the staff handled it poorly and were unwelcoming, not explaining why there were no crepes. The guy didn’t call out names of orders and was rude when I accidentally took a drink that wasn’t mine. The coffee I had was not good. Burnt tasting, sour, and overall unpleasant. We were so excited to try, I’m sure it was just a bad day.

waited about 10 - 15 mns to get 1 crepe and 1 drink from the place. and there was nobody there before me. plus there was 3 employees chatting it up inside. Man, the brown sugar crepe was cold also. Just go to IHOP down the street

Ordered 2 crepes through doordash, said it would take around 30 mins, and the order said it'd be ready by 10:50. A lot of people ordering and small staff, so it's busy, I completely understand. Decided to wait and come back at 10:50. Order is not even ready, let alone even made. Workers kept saying "They're bagging it up" and another said "10-15 more minutes". So which is it? Horrible service. I've been waiting about 20 minutes extra from the pick up time as I'm writing this review.

Waited 70mins for 1 pecan praline. Barista told us just wait with weird attitude :) Would not come back or recommend this place

Terrible service and not worth the wait. I was told the wait would be 30 minutes, but it turned into 2 hours with no clear updates. After 50 minutes, staff couldn’t give specifics. At 1.5 hours, when I simply asked how many orders were ahead of mine, they responded rudely by offering a refund instead of answering. My food then sat on the counter for about 20 minutes before I had to ask if it was mine — and it was cold. The sweet crepe was overcooked and crispy like it was fried, while the savory crepe was oddly soft, with all the cheese in the first few bites and nothing after. Overall, extremely disappointing food and rude service. A microwave hot pocket would’ve been just as good.

The Ooh La Latte is actually really good, no complaints about the coffee itself. However, the overall experience was extremely frustrating. I waited over 45 minutes for my crepe, with no clear communication or explanation. To make things worse, someone took my coffee, so I had to wait even longer for them to remake it. Between waiting for a new coffee and my food, the total wait time was over 45 minutes. If you have a lot of patience and plenty of time, you might enjoy this place. If not, I’d honestly suggest you run the other way. I personally have zero patience for this kind of service.

Been here a couple of times, and the crepes are yummy. Yes, the wait is usually 30+ minutes, which we expected. Unfortunately, after our last visit, I won’t be coming back due to the terrible customer service. The guy taking our order told us the wait would be 15–20 minutes. After 40 minutes passed, we went to ask about our order. A worker wearing small round sunglasses responded very rudely, saying things like, “I don’t know what you want me to tell you” and “I didn’t tell you 20 minutes.” Another family who ordered around the same time was also treated very poorly when asking for a refund and was even loudly cussed at by a staff member. As tensions rose due to the situation, the staff chose to call the sheriff, who arrived briefly and then left without incident. There was obvious miscommunication between employees, and order names were getting mixed up too. In the end, it took about 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive our four crepes. I understand that the holiday season brings a huge number of tourists and that it can be overwhelming, but the way my family and other customers were spoken to was unacceptable. No crepe is worth that level of disrespect.

They can't even clean up their own trash mess. Can't imagine how disgusting the kitchen facility is. Edited to add: This owner is definitely a gem. Blaming renters for what is clearly trash from their business. And this mess has been there for two days. How exactly does poor facilities maintenance "not reflect your business"?

I thought I was being clever by downloading DoorDash and ordering ahead of time to bypass the stupid long line. Nope. Placed order 9:12 and it says estimated pick up time 9:42. Got there 9:41 and they said it's not ready because I'm early. I asked if they got another Linda in the hopper because I'm a minute off. I showed her my phone at the window and the worker said their iPad shows 10:05. What is the point of having an estimated pick up time when you're 20 minutes off the mark? Oh, and they also ran out of strawberries so my order wouldnt be possible anyway. I ordered my coffee extra hot because I anticipated that if the order didn't work out at least my coffee wouldn't be cold when I get it. I highly recommend doing that because it's the perfect temp upon drinking now. We ordered what they had with bananas and said we'd be back 20 minutes later at 10:05 to pick up. I set my alarm, we walked around and came back 10:05. It's 10:15 and my order is nowhere in sight, except the coffee, which came without whip I had to ask for it and show my phone to prove it. They said it's going to be another 5-10 minutes. Not sure how much longer we got but I could've gone somewhere else to get what I want. Update: order was actually ready in its entirety at 10:30 so you can bank on them being off on time no matter what way you order. they clearly only have 1 crepe making machine. Which makes sense why the orders take so long. Not sure how you can run out of strawberries by 10am when your menu only offers bananas or strawberries, and strawberries don't go bad within a day. Inventory and equipment are an issue here. Not the best crepe I've had, but I can say that at places where I have had good crepes, there's an open kitchen so you can see the person making it on TWO crepe machines. It makes sense to have 2 so that you can make double orders faster (most people come as a pair not solo). Banana slices were cut for someone who has a hella big mouth, quadruple size from what I've seen in a normal crepe. Summary: Look elsewhere for breakfast. Pumpkin latte was okay. CBD shot didnt do anything for me (not their fault) and the whip cream was decent and probably the best part of the pumpkin latte drink I ordered, which isn't saying much. Again, I've had better pumpkin lattes where I can actually taste the pumpkin, unlike here. With how busy they were I wouldn't be surprised they got it wrong and I'm drinking something else entirely. Wanted to like this place but it seems like it's popular because it's the only game in town for crepes
