Comida rica.Te atienden rápido y te asesoran por si no sabes cómo elegir los platos. El menú no es muy variado pero suficiente. Puedes hacer múltiples combinaciones.

El menú del día de este local de ramen tiene una relación calidad/precio increíble. Por una bebida, un entrante, plato principal y postre pagas 12'5€. De entrantes pedimos las gyozas de cerdo (echas a mano, riquísimas) y tempura de verduras (calabacines, berenjena, espárragos), crujientes y ricas. Los boles de ramen son de gran tamaño, el caldo sabroso, los tallarines artesanales... Nosotros probamos el de ternera, un gran acierto; también comimos yakisoba de langostinos que estaba genial, con una gran ración de langostinos. Algo que nos llamó la atención, y que no hemos visto en otros locales del estilo, es que tienen pan para servir si alguien lo desea. De postre probamos los mochis de mango, nos gustaron porque no eran especialmente dulzones y tenían un buen sabor.

It was very filling and tasty. There are daily menu options, which include several dishes and a drink, as well as a build-your-own option, which I went for. The miso broth was excellent; the only thing is that next time, instead of shrimp, I’d probably go with chicken or duck.

The karaage was absolutely amazing, crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Tried the karaage miso ramen as well however while the miso broth could’ve used a bit more depth, the dish overall was still enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable. A solid place for affordable and tasty Japanese food!

THE ASIAN IN ME LOVES THIS PLACE!!!! Needed a break so badly from all the Spanish food. Don’t get me wrong Spanish food are so delicious but I am an Asian so I need Asian food!!! And this bowl of ramen went straight to my heart ❤️ Staff are also so friendly and welcoming. Great food, great portion and great prices love it!!!

The staff here have good energy. Although we are trying to learn and speak Spanish they were able to communicate effectively with us in English when it was needed. The food was a "feel good" food. It was nice to get gluten free noodles as ramen. Once customers finished their meal and left, the staff cleaned up after customers immediately, which is nice for other customers to not look at dirty dishes when dining! The place was neat and clean. We were in Bilbao for only a few days, but we went back to this place again during our visit.

I liked this place, the ambient feels authentic and relaxed, the service efficient and fast, the food very tasty and at a very competitive price! We got Yakisoba with marinated pork and Ebi miso ramen and they were delicious. Only the curry gyozas perhaps could be tastier but not bad anyway. Recommended place!

This establishment provided me with an unforgettable dining experience. It's a very cozy place to eat with reasonable prices. They play soothing music and present a gorgeous Asian design. Merece la pena probarlo. Carta muy variada con varios tipos de Ramen, yakisoba y arroces además de varios entrantes. Local pequeñito, pero muy agradable con mesas altas y bajas. Se pide en l barra y te llaman para recoger una vez el pedido esté listo. La única parte negativa es que con la mascarilla, las barreras de metacrilato y el jaleo de la gente es dificil pedir los platos sobre todo cuando no estás habituado a los nombres. Muy rico en general y repetiré seguro para probar más entrantes y más platos. Relación calidad precio normal. Pudimos reservar antes de comer con una semana de antelación.

El ramen estaba bueno y muy sabroso. Es autoservicio y funcionan muy rápido. Hay bastante sitio para sentarse y el precio es razonable.

Buena comida y relativamente barato pero hay que levantarse y pedir, después lo tienes que llevartelo a la mesa. La carta no sale ninguna bebida ni precios hasta que vayas a pedir y verlo en la nevera.

El local es acogedor, el personal agradable. Las gyozas nos encantaron pero el ramen muy sencillo. El tonkotsu no nos gustó, el sabor parecía muy artificial.

Sitio bonito, con estilo "fast food", calidad-precio está bien. No olviden probar las gyozas están bastante bien con la masa un poco más gordita que la típica gyoza, recomendado para comer por menos de 15 euros. Pedimos 2 ramen de curry, uno con pollo y otro con cerdo y están bien

Fuimos a comer, no hacen reserva, pero no tuvimos ningún problema porque nos dieron mesa nada más llegar. Había gente comiendo, pero no daba sensación de ruido y pudimos disfrutar de la comida. Pedimos rollito de pollo, yakitori de pollo con salsa Sukai, ensalada wakame, gyozas de ternera al curry, yakisoba de pollo teppanyaki y ramen de cerdo marinado. Todo estaba rico, pero lo que repetiríamos sin dudarlo es el yakisoba y el yakitori. Las cantidades de los principales (ramen y yakisoba) sorprendentemente grandes. Servicio rápido y amable 👌🏽

I ordered Shoyu Ramen with "Cerdo Marinado". It was ok, but the broth taste was weak, the noodles didn't taste like anything at all, yet the pork was tasty. Overall, both in terms of taste and the way this ramen looks, I don't think it was an authentic ramen.

My mom took me here telling me her Asian friends and her went every couple of weeks.. and not having had ramen before in basque land I agree that this place provides a great experience, allowing the customers to create their own Ramen bowl. Taste wise, the miso broth is like a 7/10. Udon and ramen noodles are good, the consistency and smoothness was there. I would recommend 🙈👍

I ordered the Tonkotsu broth ramen and I think it lacks a bit of flavor. The gyoza de cerdo was OK-ish. The portion is humongous though for it’s price (look how big the bowl is compare to my hand!). A friend ordered the curry broth and I think it’s more delicious and has the proper spice kick to it.

Ordered pork tonkatsu udon ramen and chicken gyoza. The bowl was full of udon with just a few pieces of pork. The gyoza was tasteless with a tiny squirt of soy sauce.

This is not Japanese food but it is yummy. The ramen didn't taste good at all but the yakisoba with rice noodle and the karage chicken were very delicious! If you want to try Spanish Japanese food I would definitely try this place!

The ramen was not what I expected from a Tonkotsu broth. Tailored to the taste buts of the Spanish. The Gyoza was warmed up in the microwave. All in all, just not what I consider a proper Ramen restaurant. However, if you’re not that fussy and you just want noodle soup, go here! Prices are fair.

Si por Ramen entendemos agua con "polvos" este es tu sitio; si por Gyozas caseras entendemos saquitos de aceite con un sabor realmente extraño, este es tu sitio. Honestamente no nos ha gustado absolutamente nada, cuando vas a comer un Ramen esperas algo de comida casera con su caldo correspondiente y sus ingredientes en relación al caldo escogido, es una pena que nos llevemos esta impresión. El personal muy amable y las instalaciones limpias y con buenas vistas, se cena muy tranquilo y el servicio es rápido.

Tldr: bland broth, overcooked noodles, meh toppings and something that far represents ramen. Staff was friendly, sides okay. Long: we decided to have two bowls, broth type wasn't an option so we chose a shoyu and a miso tare (sauce )with some extras as well. One Japanese style pork bowl and one ebi (shrimp) bowl Ramen consists out of 5 main things and I'll leave this review on all of those. Broth: for both bowls, the broth itself was simple and lacked depth of flavour. I think they did make their own broth since I saw giant stock pots and bowls of bone cuts in the kitchen when I peaked but flavour extraction of these was weak at best. I ate better cup noodles. Tare/ sauce: the shoyu lacked soy sauce flavour so did the miso one, although the later was better. Both bowls the tare wasn't mixed well with the broth before adding the toppings, resulting in a bowl with stronger flavours at the bottom, mixing should happen in the kitchen before serving. Noodles: overcooked, lacking chew or alkaline flavour that is distinct for low water type noodles. They are just regular pack noodles. Toppings: okay so this was the best thing of the charsu bowl, the menu said Japanese style roast pork belly and in the bowl was a more Chinese style roasted pork belly. It was good, not Japanese braised. But if this is wat you are going for when designing a bowl it is fine. For the other bowl, the shrimp where overcooked, the shitake where rehydrated which leaves the broth grey and weren't marinated or anything. The egg, was just a cooked egg, again, if you are going for this it is fine, but I think this was more looks than adding a nice cured egg. Must say I was glad to see Pak choy being a bowl topping, it is hardly used. Oil: always said if people overlook an aromatic oil to a bowl of ramen, with the quality of these bowls I was not surprised to find this absent. Overall: I chose this place based on reviews and was slightly afraid that this might happen. Haven't tried their rice bowls and they might be fine since their sides are good (large and yaktori(slightly too sweet)). But if this is the best ramen in town, just get some fancy cup noodles, at least the broth will have more depth. Note: I'm not comparing this to Tokyo or other large city high quality ramen, just a basic of what a bowl of ramen should be, a balance of flavours where each component accentuates eachother.

Quizás si estás acostumbrado al Yatekomo este sea tu ramen, sabor artificial para nada casero y muy salado, apenas ingredientes, ni un triste medio huevo cocido, 4 lonchas finitas de cerdo y 4 Algas, existen opciones mucho mejores y con un sabor a caldo natural. Por desgracia fue un pedido a domicilio y no pude decir nada a nadie, cierto es que he estado anteriormente hace un par de años en el local y la experiencia fue muchísimo mejor, teniais unos tacos de cerdo que estaban buenísimos, pero en pedido a domicilio no estaban.

If you know what ramen is and how it tastes you are not gonna like it. The broth is super watery. This is the worst ramen I have ever tried. Noone in my company liked it. Other dishes- well, just eat at home.

One broth for all ramen soups! Nothing really tastes Japanese here. Very sorry for your respond. We were 4 persons and chose 4 different ramen soups (= should be 4 different tastes!) but we noticed there was just 1 (one) base broth with little additional spices.
