I come to this location about twice a month and the customer service never lacks. Cam is amazing, she greeted me within the first five seconds of opening the door and made me feel incredibly welcome. Definitely a winning team!

They are all super helpful!!! We love Amber❤❤ They made my kids the exact drinks they found on the internet and wanted from the SECRET MENU😉 everyone was very nice and had AMAZING customer service!!! Will definitely be visiting this location again!!! We returned today for our usual drinks and got the most AMAZING SERVICE FROM STEVEN!!!! He was so pleasantly polite and gave the best compliments!!! I appreciate him for everything he did for us and will definitely be back inside to enjoy his presence again!!! These guys are killing it!!!! Thanks Steven, we wish more people were like you!!!

The service is always good. Mon Mon hooked my green tea up. Perfect for this 100 degree weather in Alabama. Also this is my favorite quite lunch spot. Good when you need a mental break during the work day.

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Crossplex village, this Starbucks is unique in many ways. There is a very large study for meeting room with its own coffee service inside. It is behind a large glass sliding doors and is a perfect place for a corporate meeting or just a large gathering with friends. This location also serves nitro cold brew!
