The manager was super rude to me when I was picking up a doordash order explaining they were short staffed. I understood that, but didn't give me the chance to explain I am a doordash driver picking up for somebody and I wanted an order for myself. Just a large vanilla frosty. She barely let me spoke at all.

FYI if someone didn’t ask for there stuff to be made larger the would say so. Just doing whatever yall what to with our money now

It took 30 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers and a fry and water. The Wendy's off greensprings hwy is horrible. No customer service and they played inside of Wendy's more than helping people. We went Sunday Aug 10th around 2 30 pm. It is nasty and no customer service and the food after 30 minutes was cold.

I came to Wendy's at 8 o'clock today I waited in the line for 18 minutes yall got my order wrong! Over charged me for it ! I really expect just a little bit more since its early in the morning! Now I'm late for work. Don't have my French toast and I was overcharge! Very annoyed 😒

The absolute WORST. The line is long every time I go! I don't know if it's a pay issue or they just have terrible judgment when it comes to hiring people.

This place is a joke, Cynthia was in drive thru and overcharged me for order, said get out of her window scanners not working, manager said coupon scanner wasn't working , Jackie said wasn't going to override, need to come inside and walked off..

Completely empty other than 1 person who was also waiting on their order. I work at a restaurant. It shouldn't take 30 minutes for two small*mobile* orders. I wasn't even acknowledged until at least 10 minutes of standing at the register. (3 people had walked past me or stood in front of me) I could have cooked and served the food myself to everyone in the lobby by the time I got it

The food is HORRIBLE!! Italways tastes old. Code Enforcement need to pop up on this location. Need to get new staff too!! The service is despicable.

If your order is correct, it is good! Always hot and fresh. The service is terrible. The lady working the drive thru never smiles or exchanges pleasantries. It would be beneficial to this location to implement some of what is taught at Chick-fil-A academy

I would give this place zero stars. My reason behind that is this. I just received my order through the drive though and truly I’m not very happy the only good thing that I seem to have gotten out of my meal is the soda. The quesò fries are so greasy it’s crazy. My JR bacon cheese burgers I got 4 of them are cold to the touch, by far the worst meal I have ever received from a Wendy’s. Customer service was awful the poor guy that took our order sounded as if he didn’t want to be at work at all. I am truly unhappy with the result. Health food and safety violation for give out cold food that could have bin sitting for god knows how long, get bacteria on the food it self. I will not be coming back to this location again few to the un-circumstances that occurred tonight on this Saturday 10, 2024 at 11:00pm also didn’t get a receipt after paying. Customer service seems to have truly gone out the window thee’s day.

As a dasher, this has to be one of the worst stores to come thru. They don’t make it clear on where you pick the order up at. Half the time the doors are locked after a certain time. Drive thru is just ridiculous. The manger is not helpful at all. I would not recommend this store after 7pm.

Ordered a Asiago-Ranch Chicken sandwich combo with NO TOMATOES, #8 I believe. I read the # from the menu to the employee. Then she started rushing me through my order and asked me, “regular or spicy?”…I told her I want the Asiago chicken sandwich? She says uhuh regular or spicy, I’m like regular. Get my food, usually check it but I got home and it was not what I ordered. It was a SPICY chicken sandwich WITH TOMATOES, regular cheese, and some other stuff I don’t know, just a mess and NOT THE ORDER THAT I TRIED TO CONFIRM WITH HER. So if you gone eat there, just check your food. I ain’t going back, I’m done with them because it’s not the first time they done passed me some BS through the window.
