This is not the first time I ordered some food , just 30 minutes ago , and always is missing an Item. Today was the Buisquet. Is always something, always missing something. I hope agent can give me at least a portion of the amount that I pay for. But still this is not the first time that is missing something.

Young black guy with short dreadlocs was serving the drive-thru tonight. I ordered the number 14. He gave me my drink at the drive-thru window but he told me to pull down for the rest of my order. I couldn't see why he asked me to do that bcuz no cars were in the drive-thru. I asked him why couldn't I just wait at the window. He said bcuz he'll be in the red and could get in trouble with corporate. So I had to pull down so he could be green. Whatever that means. Welp he brought my food out with a big hole in the bag. Not sure I want any of the food either. EDIT: Pics are not uploadingto my reviews so I can show what I'm talking about.

First and last time to visit this place. I spent almost $15 and had to throw most of it away. Chicken wasn’t good, biscuit was cold, and potatoes were crammed into a tiny plastic container. Covid regulations not followed. Girl at window pulled down her mask to talk to me. Everything was touched! I was not impressed! My grandson just wanted the bucket and it cardboard! We won’t be back!

Location used to be okay but tonight’s pick up order changed that. Young black male at the window gave us sandwich roll bread instead of biscuits. Also gave us DAY OLD CHICKEN. The skin was rock hard and the chicken inside was stale and dry. This location is unacceptable. Will escalate to corporate.

I ordered a chicken pot pie at the drive-through and was told I would have to wait 22 minutes for it. I told them I would come back. I returned 40 minutes later to pick it up and have just finished eating the pot pie. There was not one single piece of chicken in it…not one.😾

This is the worst KFC in the world! I have never had to wait for 40mins for food and then their excuse is that they are behind on orders! Wow I can’t believe it! I won’t get food from them again!!

I called and called and called the store and nobody ever answered the phone. I made a $71 purchase and they forgot my drinks which was eight bucks that's freaking ridiculous. I do not recommend this store.

I just came to get a famous bowl from the Homewood location. The bowl was not even full of mashed potatoes just a whole bunch of gravy. The cheese on top was only half way melted & there were only 5 tenders when normally I get 7-8 at the Pelham location. & I was charged the same price for a famous bowl as for a combo with the bowl. Customer service was horrible such a waste of my $7 I should’ve went to Costa’s up the street.

Spent close to $30 just to wait 25 minutes and STILL get the wrong order after being assured it was the right one. I get that mistakes happen but I couldn’t even eat the stuff I paid for. I’m normally pretty chill when it comes to fast food (again I understand things happen, I’ve worked in the industry and I try to be really patient but like 6 cars got their food before us and all we had were two bowls, mashed potatoes, fries, and 10 piece nugget), but this was an all-around disappointment.
