The tacos are the best!!! I always get steak tacos and I always ask for extra hot sauce with them. That hot sauce is so good! Also the Diablo burger is my favorite burger they make. Jalepenos are fresh and they use this spicy mayo. Never a disappointment when i get food at nicks cafe. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

Tiger gas station has been around for a long time. Ever since Nick took ownership the store (Nicks Cafe) has improved. Nick has remodeled the store witch has made it very clean. Every time I go into the store the staff is very nice no matter who's working. If your passing by Blue Ridge I recommend you stop & place an order for food or get some snacks.

Nick’s cafe is literally the best gas station in Blue Ridge, TX. They have “bomb ass” tacos. The workers there are unbelievably friendly and will leave you laughing and smiling each time.

It is about 2 minutes from where I live and I really love the convenience daily. It is a very friendly environment every time I visit throughout the week. My son loves the bacon, egg and cheese burrito.

I had the Nick's burger and it was delicious. The onion rings were perfect, seasoning was perfect. They truly made it to order with great service. I'll be back for sure.

The breakfast in my opinion is way better than Branson grocery, Way better than the donut shop right next door. Do not forget to ask for the homemade hot sauce ❤️ It truly compliments the breakfast for sure! Hats off to that special lady who makes it! 😃🙂 👏👍 I haven't tried the lunch/dinner but as soon as I do I'll update! Also, the owner and staff are super professional, respectful, & kind. It could be weeks before you stop back in but they will remember a special request you gave them last time. The atmosphere is extremely laid back and it's just a quiet little country store with an amazing cafe inside. If you haven't been to Nick's you must make a trip here.

The 2 owner guys remember our orders and are super sweet. Waaaay better than any taco place in Farmersville or Princeton, sorry to say. My kids say the cheeseburgers are the best they've ever had and ask for Nick's all. the. time. We come here 1-2x per week! Humble gas station digs, but dine in tables are available.

When we moved to Blue Ridge, we wanted to try a few different restaurants. I have to say that Nick's has THE BEST burger in Blue Ridge. My favorite is The Diablo , but the whole family loves the burgers they have gotten also. The fries, tots and rings are excellent also! We haven't ventured to their other foods because the burgers are just that good!

Food is great clean kitchen very friendly and quite busy for such a small kitchen. Philly cheesesteak was great as are their burgers.

For what looked like a convenience store this was not bad. Fryer wasn't working so couldn't get the full meal. I had the Chicken Quesadilla and my buddy had the hamburger. He loved the hamburger and I really like the quesadilla. The salsa that came with my meal was great. Overall really good.

Foods super good ! But everything in the store is expensive

In and out, nothing special, probably would not try the food here, but they have good snacks and cold 6-packs for an after work cold one.

Meh. I was a bit disappointed receiving the food after the tasty looking signs looking nothing like my food. Seems like cheap ingredients but it is a gas station too.

We've tried Nick's twice. The food is pretty good, but the staff acts as though you have interrupted their day. Just about the least friendly cafe I've ever visited. They have a very diverse menu, from burgers to tacos to pizza. Too many other places that are happy to have customers, so I doubt I will bother them again.

Trash food! Over charged for street tacos and skimped on the meat. Also price gouges on the gasoline. Will never spend a dime here.

Walked in, waited 5 mins to even be acknowledsgd by the staff, gave up and walked out. Walked over to cattleman's and was instantly greeted.

Way to spicy and took forever, the price listed wasn't what we had to pay.

Only stop in if I have to gas is always 40 to 50 cents more than surrounding gas stations

They won't answer the phone or they just keep the line open so you cant call and place an order so they won't have to do any work, it's like this everytime I try to call. EVERYTIME

I hate coming here to Nicks cafe it stinks And it smells bad, the meat they serve is rancid and made me sick, the service is very poor the restrooms are filthy/dirty, and they have roaches please do not eat here. I will not come here again.

I used to love coming here when the vibes were good. Since they got rid of the previous cook, the food & the atmosphere of the place is mid. They should stop advertising that they are serving “Mexican food” now. 😒

The food and prices are good. The gas prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I ONLY pump there if know I can't make it to Melissa or Farmersville. I had to stop the other day and gas was ¢.45-.60 more A GALLON!! Melissa's QT is much much cheaper. If you can avoid pumping here please do so.

I went in for lunch today ordered a mushroom swiss burger asked if they could provide me ice since the fountain machine was broken. The meal for $6 dollars comes with a fountain drink didn't care that I didn't get one just needed the ice. They precede to tell me I had to buy an entire 10lb bag of ice to get it. After handing me my burger I walked back to get the ice and my burger shifted and landed on the floor. Not one bit taken I ask if they can remake it. He starts to then charges me again I asked if the burger wouldn't be out of curtacy given the situation. He proceeded to raise his voice and go off about how he wasn't the one who dropped the burger. So aggravated I left telling him that I would leave this review. Back to work in which I had to walk another 5 miles setting property corners on a very empty stomach. I will never return to this establishment and I strongly advise others to not waist their money here!

A neighbor told me the same thing happened to them last week and that they also know of this happening to others only to be told they’re lying! This is shameful in today’s economy with rising cost. I will never go back and have filled an official complaint with the BBB. If you’re a victim of being scammed for fuel at Nick’s Cafe, I urge you to also complain to the BBB because taking advantage of people like this is unacceptable!
