I went to Unicentro, where there are two of these restaurants. We went into the one on the first floor and the service was terrible. It took over 40 minutes to bring our order, and everything was messed up. It was very annoying. The one on the second floor is good.

The cashier on the 2nd floor is quite unfriendly, the wait times are very long, and the tables are usually dirty 🤮

We were at the Unicentro location last night and ordered a pizza, spaghetti Bolognese, and carbonara. The pizza was fine, but the pasta was terrible—overcooked, unsalted, and a horrible mush. When we told the cashier about our complaint at the checkout, he just said, "Oh, we'll take a look." But he didn't say anything else. It's a shame that the standard of service has dropped so much.

I don't recommend this place! The worst lasagna I've ever had, and it smelled weird; it looked like it had been leftovers! Everything I bought went straight into the trash. :/

We ordered a pizza and a lasagna and we didn't like them at all :( the Mexican pizza had lemon choclitos on top, which was the most noticeable part!

We ordered 4 lasagnas with ham, Bolognese and mushrooms, the quality has dropped so much, it's just pasta, no cheese or other ingredients, I don't recommend it.

The food was very mediocre, the quality-to-price ratio was unacceptable, and now I don't know if this is normal, but the bill doesn't include the 8% consumption tax, but rather 19% VAT. The service was fine.

We come to this Jenos every eight days, and today when I went in with my young daughters, I asked for a table to finish the ice cream we had (the place was empty). They were kicking me out for not buying anything. I had to buy water. What a terrible experience for my daughters. Thanks, Jenos :(

Terrible. I got a text message on my phone saying they had a 2-for-1 deal, which caught my attention. The pizza arrived cold. I supposedly ordered large pizzas, but they arrived as medium-sized ones cut into several slices. The crust was soggy, the cheese was bitter, and the ingredients weren't fresh at all. I wasted my money that day. Canceling this restaurant.

I just ordered two set lunch menus at Unicentro: one with pork ribs, spaghetti, and salad, and the other with chicken, with the same sides. What a terrible experience! The spaghetti was cold, the Bolognese sauce was completely tasteless, and the ribs were mostly fat. The portion size was tiny, and they weren't even at the right temperature. The salads were bland, and the chicken was just as bad. Conclusion: save yourself the trouble.
