Of course, they have a menu with an incredible amount of options. Wide and varied food choices. Our portions were very ample. The parm crusted chicken was cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes are real and fresh. The Chinese chicken salad was very good. Had plenty of chicken and crunchy greens but just a little too much dressing. The wait was minimal and the loose level was moderate. The prices are reasonable for today's market. We were very satisfied.

Wonderful chain restaurant offering a variety of food choices for every foodie... Not to mention the decadent cheesecake options that you def have to try... From savory to sweet and enough to satisfy your sweet tooth cheesecake factory never disappoints despite what your craving. Well worth it if you stumble across one on your travels

I came here multiple times with my family. It’s not my favorite place to go to. But they have a big menu. I had Carna Asada steak medallions with peppers and onions, cilantro rice and corn. The steak was good but they give you very little it had a great taste, there was too much rice and a drop of corn. The street corn was really good. The fried calamari are small but good and flat pizza was good. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

First time ever visiting The Cheesecake Factory, and I have to say the food and service is excellent. I did find the ambient lighting to be on the darker side and made it kind of hard to see. It was busy as well which is a good sign. Chicken Parmesan dinner was HUGE and I could not finish it. Took a slice of cheesecake home with me and had it the next day. Super delicious cheesecake.

Location was crowded for a weekday night, but we didn’t wait more than 10 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we were quickly provided with bread and water. As regulars, we already knew what we wanted, and our food came out in a timely manner. The server was friendly and attentive—I wish I had gotten her name to leave it here. Overall, no complaints

It’s always good food and Ambience at cheese cake factory but this time is was amazing service. We had a guest who don’t consume meat, onions, garlic, potatoes and egg, on our special request they recommended and made some special custom dishes, we really appreciated their special efforts and thinking. The server and Manager were very helpful, kind and accommodating. A special mention to Godiva Cheesecake ( this was a regular one) which is worth a try and very delicious.

Took my daughters there for lunch, one had the classic burger the other a Mac n cheese burger. I had the Mexican tortilla soup and a grilled chicken avocado club. It was super busy being right after Xmas but our server was awesome. All and all the menu is huge so a family can go there and there is something for everyone. The food was pretty good but like any chain it wasn’t over the top as expected. However; my one daughter has a gluten and dairy allergy and I must say they took it very seriously. No cross contamination and my kid did not get sick afterwards which proves the y do a great job with taking care of individuals who need accommodations. Will definitely go back when in the area.

Went here for dinner last week. My fiancé and I met up with a family friend we hadn't seen in years so we intended to take our time. We waited about 10 minutes for a table. Our waiter was courteous and friendly at first. We ordered an appetizer to share along with entrees. The entrees were served while we were still eating the appetizer so timing was a little off and then our waiter wasn't very attentive on drink refills. The salad wraps were fresh and delicious. I ordered the spicy penne pasta with chicken which was also delicious, slightly spicy but not too much and the pasta was cooked perfectly. I was asked about desserts when I still had food in my mouth. Unable to tell if I had room for dessert, we passed on it. Boxes and the check were then quickly delivered and now it was clear that we were being rushed. Our waiter ended up sitting at a booth right behind us with his jacket ready to go which made me feel uncomfortable, like I couldn't really enjoy this time together. We paid and then sat there and talked for almost another half hour. Thankfully there was another server named Nick who was friendly enough to get us some more drinks while we talked.

Back in 2022, I always enjoyed going to The Cheesecake Factory— especially the Atlanta, Georgia locations—which became something of a comfort spot for me. This was my first time visiting the New York location, and I’m happy to say it carried the same familiar vibe you’d expect from any Cheesecake Factory. That said, while the food was good, I did feel it could have been a bit fresher. To be fair, we arrived about an hour to an hour and a half before closing (around 10 p.m.), which may have influenced the experience. On a freshness scale of 1 to 5, I’d give it a 3. The atmosphere, however, was wonderful as always, and the cheesecake selection never disappoints—the variety alone makes it worth the visit. I’ll attach photos of the dishes I ordered so you can see for yourself. Overall, The Cheesecake Factory continues to be a great place to eat, and despite wishing for slightly fresher flavours, I’ll definitely be coming back.

Good meal, mid price range. The staff is friendly and attentive. What I find amazing is with a large, fairly full restaurant, they have things under control and you're served in a timely manner. The architecture of the restaurant is grand, almost what I call Vegas style. We went for mom's birthday and she had a great time.

The Cheesecake Factory was always a special extravagance but less so since they put the calories on the menu. The skinnylicious menu is actually not too bad and for many dishes you would not know that they were “healthified”. We were greeting promptly and the initial service was quick but then could not find our server for refills, etc. I had a veggie burger sandwich with Swiss, avocado, etc. and a side salad. Their blue cheese dressing is the best but clearly not skinny. They also serve great white and brown bread. Companion had scrambled eggs and bacon. We had a coupon so we split cheesecake, the skinnylicious cheesecake being about half the calories (around 700 I think) but still a more than reasonable facsimile of the cardiac cheesecake. As you can see I was brought an iced tea refill with no perceptible ice! It’s the small things. This will not be a regular stop but a very occasional splurge since most of the regular menu will hasten death and disease.

The food cost and quality were not aligned. Our check for 4 people (no alcohol) was just below $300. We did order several appetizers and 2 slices of cheesecake. All of our pasta dishes were extremely salty. The pasta dishes that were supposed to include vegetables did so, but sparsely. The namesake cheesecake is a joke. It was the consistency of thick whipped cream and should not be called cheesecake. The price was outrageous considering that the 4 of us had dinner the next day at a high-end restaurant (Annerelle) for a little over $200. It was a long time since we visited the Cheesecake Factory and I doubt that we will every visit again.

40 minute wait to be seated wasn't an issue at all. Got seated, got drinks. Our server took our order, everything was ordered at once. Took 15 minutes for the appetizers which okay, but an hour after being placed to get our actual meals. Only because she asked if we wanted boxes, for what meals lol. I don't even want it anymore this was supposed be my birthday dinner. Just took a bite of the food that was legit just placed in front of me and I can tell the server forgot about it because it's cold. Not like a rushed and put together hot but oops forgot about it cold. Took a few bites of my food (Four Cheese Pasta- no chicken) and what do I find?? Chicken!! Now what if I didn't eat meat? Like seriously. I genuinely don't want this anymore. Forgotten about and she grabbed the wrong plate. Was given a bag and boxes before our food. I just want to get the check and get my birthday slice so I can go home. I said I'd rather not wait for another plate to be done because who knows how long it'd take and my partner was done with their burger already so they comped the pasta. I got my bday slice and spent $70 just to not have a real meal. Happy Birthday to me!

We have never been to a Cheesecake Factory and were pretty excited to try it, when we sat down we had a look at our table and it was disgusting so disgusting in fact I had a manager come over to our table we then switched tables and the 2nd table was not as dirty but there was still quite a bit of grime on the table when we got our food it was pretty good besides my burger I asked for no onion but they still gave me onion but no big deal. I will say even though we had a bad visit the staff and manager were amazing and did everything in their power to help us the manager not only gave us a new table he even gave us a free appetizer and our waiter I think his name was Jeff was phenomenal but other than the staff I wasn’t that impressed.

Went to eat here with my friend after Christmas shopping. I asked the waiter which of my 2 selections he preferred. So I went with the Green Chili Enchiladas. Our appetizer came out, avocado egg rolls, which were great.. but dinner was not unfortunately. We waited 30 minutes for straws we asked for, eventually had to flag down a different waitress. It took about 45 min for our food just for my Enchiladas to be cold inside, black beans cold and looked like they had been sitting out for a while and my white rice was hard enough to chip a tooth. Sent it back and was told it would be put in "on the fly" so it wouldn't take as long. My friend finished her dinner while I waited an entire hour for my food to come back. The tables next to us had been sat 2 different times, thats how long everything took! When I finally got my food the Enchiladas were soo dry I couldn't even eat them. I just asked for them to be boxed up. The waiter apologized and said dessert was on the house along with my meal. We ordered the strawberry shortcake dessert. Of course the strawberries were not ripened and sour/rotten. We made friends with the table next to us and asked the guy to try one of the strawberries to see if we were just overreacting. He looked at us after eating it and said get those off your plate they are rotten. Never had such an awful time somewhere. We won't be returning there again. That was the all time worst service and food I have every had. The waiter, even though very nice, was slower than slow. Do not recommend.

My first time here and we were so disappointed. The service was lackluster and I wasn’t able to get a drink refill, hopefully Ryan can be more accommodating next time. Atmosphere outside would have been lovely but we of course were the only table without an umbrella or sun shade. The table was so hot you couldn’t touch it. Maybe management can do better about set up .

Waited quite a while for food. Tables around mine got their food first. When delivered with how it was being held thought it would end up in my lap…since it had been wherever for a bit it was not longer the freshest, so that it didn’t slide off the plate. After ordering dessert and getting checks finalized I was told I could get a free piece of cheesecake. I reassured them not that serious. (Was too annoyed to be honest) But was like well alright and gave my number. Nothing came up, so person came up to me appearing to be a manager and was quite hostile. And was like well if you want a free slice, if it is really your birthday, you will have to give us accurate information and I was like its not that serious. Eventually, nothing was found. And was told, if I sgin up it will be free, I relented. After that kind of treatment, I figured at least it was free. If signing up worked. Anyhow, I do not wish to return and wanted to give others a heads up. Truly disappointed. It used to be a great restaurant.

Nothings Impossible

I have 2 for service because waitress was nice but was told 2 times food on the way one time after 1 hour 1 time after 1 hour 20 minutes. Highly disappointed you would think that the manager would come to table and offer some type of compensation we were told the managers names were Eric and Amanda Well Eric and Amanda do better this was a birthday dinner that was RUINED by the time we got our food we were annoyed and tired 1 hour and 20 minutes ridiculous! We will not be returning and although the waitress was apologetic it’s not her fault that the kitchen can’t keep up and the manager can’t manage the place was NOT packed and people got food before us who ordered after us.

I’ve been coming to The Cheesecake Factory for years with friends and family, and it’s always been a go-to spot for celebrations, casual dinners, and group outings. The atmosphere is lively, the menu is extensive, and there’s usually something for everyone. My personal favorite has always been the Steak Diane, which is normally flavorful, rich, and perfectly cooked. However, the last few times I’ve ordered it, it just hasn’t been that great. The quality and preparation seem inconsistent, almost as if different chefs make it differently each time. One visit it’s great, and the next it’s disappointing. That said, the other food at the table was very good, and everyone else seemed happy with their meals. My disappointment was really just with my dish, especially since it’s usually my go-to and something I look forward to ordering. I still enjoy dining here and will continue to come back, but I hope there’s more consistency in how signature dishes are prepared. The Cheesecake Factory remains a solid place for dining with friends and family—this experience was just a letdown for me personally.

We had an extremely disappointing experience here and unfortunately won’t be returning. We came in on a late Tuesday night with our family, including our three toddlers. The restaurant was not busy, yet it took over an hour for our server to come to our table just to take our order. Throughout the entire visit, she was almost never around, while we saw multiple other servers circulating the dining room. Our appetizer (pretzels with cheese fondue) arrived with the cheese overcooked, curdled, and greasy. The fries that came with our meal were barely warm and hard, as if they had been sitting out. My son ordered the mac & cheese and wouldn’t eat it, when I tried it, it tasted old and reheated. By the time our server finally came back, my son was already very upset. She offered to remove the mac & cheese from the bill, which we agreed to, but that still left him without a meal. The situation was especially frustrating with three young children. They became increasingly discontent, and eventually my partner had to take them out to the car because the server took so long to bring the check. We were fully dressed, coats on, ready to leave, and still waiting. Even after one meal was removed, the bill was still around $100, which did not feel remotely worth it given the experience. When I spoke to the manager, she initially offered cake, which felt dismissive given how poor the service had been. After explaining how disappointed we were, she eventually offered $45 back. At that point, I was exhausted and just wanted to leave. This visit was especially disappointing because it was a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, between the terrible service, poor food quality, and overall frustration, it completely missed the mark. We won’t be back.
