Steak Nugget Bowl: A Zesty New Contender from Arby's Is Arby's new Steak Nugget Bowl worth the hype? The bowl features Arby's signature new steak bites nestled atop a generous serving of white cheddar mac n cheese, all crowned with crispy fried onions. At $12.99, it may not be the best value, but it certainly isn't a bad indulgence. As a loyal Arby's enthusiast, I must confess that I'm not the biggest fan of their mac n cheese, which honestly detracted a bit from the overall experience for me. In my personal opinion, this dish would be elevated significantly if the steak bites were served on a base of creamy mashed potatoes instead; that would feel more traditional and undoubtedly delicious. I initially rate the bowl a 7/10. However, a drizzle of buffalo sauce completely transformed the flavor profile, making the entire dish delicious! With the sauce, it's a definite 9/10! This particular Arby's is located in a food court, so there's nothing special to report about the atmosphere (⭐️⭐️⭐️). The service, however, was excellent as usual—great patience and a consistently accurate order (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). Mannn just like everything else, arby is going downhill too. It's like you need someone watching all the workers making sure they do their job nowadays like a hawk. I like the owner here and he works very hard, not sure if he is still the owner but I know he has more workers and newer now then the last time I came here. When he was here my order was accurate, hot and correct. Recently NOV 27 2022 to be exact, around 6ish I walked in here to pick up an order, everyone was huddled looking at a phone, my order was already made, I never got my chicken tenders I ordered. I call the store, busy signal for about half an hour. Now they must have realized they kept my tenders and took the phone off. So I call corporate, another disappointment, guy wanted me to call the store back or go there, which I would've done if I didn't live 30 mins way from the arbys. Anywho the customer service center took my information and here I am two weeks later waiting for the owner, corporate or someone to call me back and give me a refund. FYI With this $7 I spent on chicken tenders, I could get 2 weeks towards my accident plan with Aflac. **update** I received a free meal coupon from corporate yesterday. 12/10, Thank you for still caring

Love ur curly fries but u guys always put everyone in 1 bag to the point I had to ask 2x for one bag just so my stuff wouldn't get crammed into one bag and smushed together like last time.....u all act like there's a huge bag shortage.....its okay to space things out a bit.

I am an avid lover of Arby's food as I grew up with it in the south the one issue I have with this exact location is you can't seem to get deals like two for six on a sandwich or free fries with a purchase of $10 or more like you can with the location literally down the road about 5 minutes away on wolf rd. why doesn't the one in the mall offer any deals whatsoever hopefully management sees this and can answer that for me

Our local Arby's closed a while back, so I was really excited to find this while travelling for the weekend. Unfortunately, Arby's seems to have really gone downhill. The roast beef was thick, square, and gross. It looks like it came out of those cheap packages of processed meat you buy at the grocery store. On top of that, the lady working there was really unfriendly. I'm giving them 2 stars because the curly fries are still great. It's really sad. Arby's used to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants.

Two stars, one for it being the only Arby’s in the area. The other star for it having Mello Yello. I LOVE Arby’s- it’s one of my favorite fast food places. However the Colonie Center location is horrible, a shame it’s the only one in the area. I don’t remember the woman at the counter’s name, but she’s a heavy woman, possibly in her 40’s. She gave me attitude about asking if I could substitute curly fries for regular fries and she said it would be like 4 minutes. Not a big deal, I’ll stick with the curly fries- YET I STILL WAITED LIKE 4 MINUTES for the damn curly fries that were apparently ready? Then she gives me my beverage and not a straw. The straws are behind the counter a bit- where the customer can clearly see them, but at a distance away making one wonder if a customer can grab one or is it invading the workspace? So I ask for a straw and she tells me rudely where they are. My roast beef was also hard. A damn shame.

This location is horrible, I will never go here again. They confirmed my order and when I went up they told me "no shakes" and stared at me blankly. Then they told me to cancel the order and I told them I couldn't since they already confirmed the order and marked it as ready. They again just stared and I asked for something else and they just stared. Finally they said soda or lemonade. They had horrible communication skills and customer service. Will be going to the wolf road location in the future

Wouldn't even give me a darn refill! What would that have cost them? 3 cents? Also, they have resized everything via shrinkflation: Kids is now small, small is now medium, and medium is now large. Same size prices as before, though, so you pay more for much less. Don't worry, I made sure they wasted a bunch of costs elsewhere to make up for it.

Terrible experience. The guy talked so fast we had to ask him to repeat himself several times. The food was absolutely disgusting. I asked for a Greek salad and I have no idea what was on it, it looked like dog food. I was so upset I couldn't eat it. I asked what it was before I ordered and he didnt even tell me there was meat on it. I asked for dressing on the side since it comes on the salad. Once I got my salad he said they had no dressing? The whole experience was weird and not pleasant. The mozzarella sticks made my daughter spit then out they were so bad. Oh and my daughter and I asked for diet coke and she got the diet and I got regular pepsi..so strange.

Food is good, service is bad. It took almost 15 mins for my food to be served and they are low on staff, my soda was not calibrated right and they wouldn't even bother fixing the machine, instead they give me a new soda which was still not carbonated right. Probably not coming back to this Arbys. Good luck finding new employees to make the service better than slow. The other one on wolf road does better service than this. You call this fast food, I don't think so.
