I’m sorry but this is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been too the baristas always make my drink perfected and even made and suggested something else the staff is friendly I have been there 10 plus time each and every time it’s always a pleasure my fav drink is the CARamel ribbon crunch with oat milk now because of this location thank you so much

The staff at this Starbucks are really super kind. Today I came to pick up some drinks for myself and some friends but They were sent to the wrong location. Kat came out to me and asked to check if they had sent their drinks to the right place and I realized they didn’t. So she took the orders outside while I was in my car and made the drinks and brought them out to me. Really nice people here❤️❤️❤️

This Starbucks has separate tables for accessible customers, which is convenient. Also, they have a table for charging phones in case if you are out of battery. They have drive-through service. The stuff is polite. Inside is clean.

Drive thru is sometimes much quicker than the inside.

It depends on who serves you but the coffee comes out good and if they mix tho gs up they rectify the situation no problem.

Really sweet staff. Only issue I can't understand is they are randomly closed. Parking lot is not the best to navigate in and out with a large car.

I need to use the drive thru and the last two times I went for coffee the drive thru was closed. This was around 4pm, what gives?

Came on grand opening the wait was a bit cashier was very nice. I understand they just opened up knowing they work out the kinks.

I think young people working there need additional training. They don't know how to make coffee. Tables are dirty. Nobody cares. And no straws. Unbelivable.

It’s a new location and I understand miscommunication happens. Been here 3 times and ordered the same drink every time and it’s inconsistent in terms of taste, quality and I must say even quantity. They always fill my cup 1/3 full like it’s a cappuccino but I got a latte. Drink is either too sweet or lack espresso taste cause they didn’t pour the shots in the cup entirely. Corporate needs to send an auditor here or hire new management.

This is a brand new store, but don't know what it looks like inside, because as of recently you can order online and through the drive through. That doesn't seem right when all other stores are open and allow in store purchases.

I’m slowly starting to hate this location with a passion. I usually don’t go here but since as my fav Starbucks ran out of matcha, I took a leap of faith and came to this location. I ordered a refresher and a matcha with non dairy cold foam on both. They mistakenly added chocolate cold foam on the matcha drink. We asked them to remake it. They did but now the matcha is over baring and powerful as if they added ten spoons of matcha powder in the drink. I told the guy that it tasted too powerful and grassy and he told me in a condescending tone that's how matcha suppose to taste. Keep in mind I’m spending MY AMERICAN US DOLLARS on these drink ($17 and change) and they keke’ing about like THEY are the ones that’s doing me a favor. We waited like an additional probably 30mins for them to correct their mistake. I order the same drinks everyday and I know what it should look and test like, and I’m paying for it period. And he also gave me attitude as if I was being difficult. Please avoid them at all cost there’s other Starbucks locations that’s better than this one.

Could be a nice spot but they have an Air Conditioner working on a full blast 24/7 even in the winter. I think there’s some technical problem and the workers just can’t turn it off. All costumers sitting inside wear winter jackets and freezing.

Every time I visit this place the a/c is on full blast and you can't sit down for very long because it's just too cold. Could be a nice place to get work done or meet with friends, but the climate issue is a huge problem. The attached pic was taken at 3pm on a Wednesday. There's no one here except me in my hoodie.

I used to love this place but recently my order has been getting wrong and i don’t know if my order is getting switched up or what but I’m getting pretty mad. I got the complete opposite of what I wanted and that’s not okay. Also the service is not very good either one time my mother asked for toilet paper because there was no toilet paper in the bathroom long story short she didn’t get her toilet paper so she couldn’t use the bathroom. I’ve been frequenting this shop for many months, if not years, because it’s the only one open until 10pm in this part of Staten Island, and has a large indoor seating area, which made it convenient for a quick coffee stop or to sit and get some emails out. However, its quality has been steadily deteriorating. I don’t know who is the current store manager, but s/he needs to be fired, because the customer service is in sharp decline. The staff never smiles, they almost scoff at you when you make an order, with one particular small-stature lady who barely hides a grimace of disdain, giving the vibe of hating customers. They frequently shut down their coffee machine ahead of time, play loud music, running a/c on extreme cold, loudly move chairs and tables, operate their steamer - all geared toward making the stay as less pleasant as possible, and make the customer leave quickly. Today, I came to get a cup of coffee and leave - but the door was shut before the corporate-mandated cutoff time. There were still people inside. The crew saw me outside, but pretended to ignore me. This incident reminded me that the store was also closed by NYC for, I believe, sanitary reasons. I am documenting it immediately, with pictures. I spend hundreds of dollars on Starbucks, and this store crew needs to get a grip quickly, or be replaced entirely. They don’t want money, they hate customers, they just want to go home. I’ll probably get spit in my latte for this review, but I drove here, wasting gas and money, only to face a closed door and barely hidden smirks. These baristas harm the brand. Sorry not sorry.

Horrible. Been here multiple times and never any breakfast sandwiches no matter what time of day. You would think with a new location they would have stuff but nope.

I ordered a BSOSE and the drink has no brown sugar syrup. It’s completely bitter with espresso and dash of oatmilk. I tell the barista and he hands me a cup of brown sugar syrup to put in the drink myself instead of remaking it- didn’t apologize or anything. Worst experience.

Very disappointed in this location. It is filled with a bunch of teenagers that don’t care about anything. I ordered a vanilla bean frappe with almond milk which should be a simple order. I am unable to have regular milk. It was also repeated to the workers again at the window who neglected my order. They deliberately knew when they handed it to me what drink they gave me. Don’t go here if you have an allergy that’s for sure!

Honestly Henry is the only good worker there that listens to the people and knows how to make coffee. Everyone else is miserable. So to be honest this starbucks is really convenient for me considering it's up the block and on my way to work but it's just not worth it when dunkin donuts it's literally the next plaza over. Every time I go there it's a long wait for the wrong drink amd I'm just too frustrated to wait for the correct one. On top of it the cup is filled to the absolute top with ice and for a 7 dollar drink it's just not worth it for me anymore.

Drinks are USUALLY horrific! 75% or more of the time you can expect your drink to taste like something totally different than when you ordered. And when you tell the worker that they laugh and give attitude when asking if i want it Re-made, so I decided no, they’d probably spit it in so I’m just done coming here in general. The 25-35 minute wait times for your drink in the drive-thru should’ve done it for me in the first place.

I have made multiple attempts to call this store since February 18th and not one single person has answered the phone? I am located in GA and someone has somehow been using my account on the mobile starbucks app to order a venti "pink drink" along with many other additional items and I have been relentlessly attempting to speak to a manager but am unable to do so because the line just rings and rings with absolutely no answer

I only keep giving this place a chance because it’s perfectly on my way to work but this place is absolutely horrific. I mobile order very early and still arrive and wait. Minutes go by where nobody is touching the coffee machine. Just waited on a mobile order and the cup is half filled. At least 10x my drink is bad. Shame smh I’m done. Drive thru needs to be more organized. One worker scanned my phone and I paid for my order. The other worker comes to the window and tells me my total. I told her that someone else already scanned and I paid. She said “ummmm no”. So I scanned my phone again. I quickly checked my banking app to see I was in fact charged twice. She then handed me a brown sugar matcha although I ordered a strawberry matcha. I told her it was the wrong drink and told her what I ordered and she proceeded to make the wrong drink, again. Asked her how I can go about getting reimbursed for the double charge and she seemed clueless

I remember when Starbucks introduced real Italian espresso to the United States back in the early nineties. When they used to pull real shots. I have no idea what this weak bathwater is they call espresso? It's not even good enough to call drip coffee. And to add insult to injury, the servers there do not care one bit that there is another human there in front of them...very sad

Walked in there, the girl on white front desk that was Asian had no type of hospitality, her face just screamed how much she hated that you Just walked in through the door. Ordered a peach green tea lemonade and it’s the most terrible bitter drink I’ve ever tasted, like it’s not hard to make how could you possibly mess it up . Never stopping by there again

My boyfriend made a mobile order and we pulled up to the drive thru and they told us they’re making it and to drive up. We waited at the window and were purposely ignored for about half an hour. A cone was even put behind us by the drive thru speaker. It was so inhumane to feel like you are invisible. They were at the window multiple times but never acknowledged us. I understand if they mis communicated somehow but someone could have said something. Pretty sad tbh

This location is always closed! Signs on door are outdated and staff don’t acknowledge you when knocking on door during regular business hours. Drive thru and in store is closed. But when they are open the line is wrapped around the lot and drinks are always made incorrectly.

Despite its comfy parking with drive thru inside around counter its a mess, they literally had nothing just a coffe drinks ( and we wanted a lemonade), management is beyond bad 👎 don't recommend this location!

I’m not sure if this location got a new crew after it got updated but I’ve never felt so out of place in my life. I visited this place everyday almost before the remodel and the two times I’ve come in it’s crickets I say good morning and get looked at ugly. But if someone else walks in behind me they are greeting with a smile and a hello. I’ll be driving further to get to a Starbucks who knows how to treat all customers with the same hospitality.

This is the worst location in Staten Island . They always close the drive through for whatever reason . This is really the only Starbucks that CONSISTENTLY messes my drink up. I used to love this Starbucks because it’s the closest one to my house but I don’t think I can go here anymore because they have been messing up my order a few times recently. I always order a grande iced white mocha, no wip, extra caramel drizzle and vanilla cream foam which I pay $1.25 for. They almost never give put extra caramel drizzle. And today they didn’t even put any vanilla cream foam in my coffee and I am very mad because I paid a dollar more for nothing because they couldn’t do their job. TRAIN YOUR WORKERS
