ITS SO GOOD! The food! The ice cream is PERFECTLY sweet !! Their pistachio ice cream is not mint! It’s the real stuff!!! Their bathrooms are THE MOST CLEAN! You could have a tea party in there! Their chips,bread is 100% 100 STARS! The waitress are so kind 🥰 they were VERY respectful and helpful and polite! So gentle definitely recommended it’s so good for ice cream,coffe😋

Locale accogliente con tavolini all'aperto. Camerieri disponibili. Menu abbastanza vario e piatti invitanti e buoni. Prezzi accettabili. Voto al gelato: zero. Ci tornerei.

Nella piazzetta di Bonassola. Diversi tavolini all'aperto dove godersi il sole anche d'inverno. Luogo piacevole e perfetto per una breve sosta.

A perfectly pleasant place, perhaps a teensy bit on the pricey side. But who cares, you're on holiday, and €8 is what you'd pay in Berlin for an affogato as well. Not so keen on dogs, otherwise I'd give four stars. The waitress was very pleasant, the manger less so – but that's part of the Italian flair (imagine a Parisian waiter and you get an idea).

Sconsigliatissimo Ci siamo fermati per mangiare qualcosa. Siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria con fare assai scortese (ci siamo detti “magari è un momento no”). Abbiamo ordinato due focacce farcite ed un toast. Le focacce sono arrivate un po' bruciacchiate ed il formaggio del toast ancora avvolto con una parte della plastica di protezione. Fatto notare il tutto, la proprietaria si scusa ma un po' frettolosamente. Me ne portano uno nuovo. Aspetto il conto: prezzo pieno e niente scuse. Al momento di andarmene rappresento nuovamente alla proprietaria il mio malcontento e che avrei scritto questa recensione negativa.

Ho assistito ad una scena agghiacciante. Ho visto la signora capello corto urlare anzi sbraitare addosso a dei bambini (con genitori consumanti il pranzo fuori e non presenti) mentre stavano andando in bagno perché la cosiddetta "signora" aveva pulito il bagno..ore 12.45 ( piena pausa pranzo). Io non ho mai assistito ad una scena simile...una maleducazione incredibile. Sono rimasta basita da come la signora forse la proprietaria non saprei si sia permessa di urlare in quel modo addosso a dei bambini clienti. Assurdo davvero. Mai più metterò piede in un posto dove c'è una maleducazione così. Assurdo... non

Sconsigliatissimo! Il personale e il proprietario persone enormemente scortesi! Siamo stati aggrediti perché dopo aver comprato un gelato non ci potevamo sedere a bere un caffè . Un proprietario dovrebbe essere d‘esempio al personale trovando sempre una soluzione alla sua clientela invece di buttare letteralmente fuori due clienti. Una maleducazione mai vista. Più che sconsigliato!

Gelato totalmente scandente, dopo aver chiesto alla ragazza dietro al banco se era possibile serdersi la ragazza ci a indicato il tavolo dedicato alla gelateria in seguito un’altra cameriera sgarbatissima che aveva già risposto in malo modo ad altri clienti ci a fatto alzare perché non aveva altri tavoli a disposizione per i clienti del bar. Davvero in maniera maleducata e non professionale. Se non sapete comportarvi non lavorate a contatto con il pubblico. Vi consiglio vivamente di evitare questo bar/ristorante!!

Gelati abbondanti, ma la qualità lascia a desiderare. Difficilmente ho mangiato un gelato così sgradevole, gusti indefiniti con retrogusto acido al palato. Peccato perché il locale avrebbe delle potenzialità, che non sono valorizzate, probabilmente perché la clientela è di passaggio e non interessa fidelizzare offrendo un prodotto di qualità. Ricordatevi ogni tanto di battere qualche scontrino.

Sfortunatamente siamo rimasti stupiti dalla brutta accoglienza del personale dopo aver ordinato un gelato dalla ragazza del banco (lei è stata molto educata ) le chiediamo se è possibile accomodarsi lei ci indica il tavolo dove è possibile mangiare da come è strutturato il locale il tavolo era palese fosse quello per far accomodare chi avrebbe usufruito del servizio successivamente arriva una seconda cameriera penso sia stata alterata dal caldo perché se no non si spiega il suo modo scorbutico di chiederci di alzarci dal tavolo perché doveva far accomodare altre persone in tutto questo noi stavamo ancora mangiando… è stata maleducata scortese e sgarbata Sono dell'idea che se non si è capaci a lavorare e a dare un servizio che dovrebbe soddisfare la clientela si dovrebbe pensare di cambiare mestiere. Sicuramente noi e altre persone che come noi hanno pagato per un servizio non dato non metteremo mai più piede nel locale

Oggi ci siamo avvicinati alla gelateria in questione per prendere 4gelati e 4 birre ma abbiamo capito subito che la maleducazione della cameriera era ai massimi livelli. Se non gli piace lavorare o lavorare con il pubblico è meglio che cambi lavoro. Un consiglio.....da EVitare Ci sono altre gelaterie in zona.

La cameriera è stata molto carina e cortese, ma il proprietario che assomiglia a pioli (il calvo, lo scucciato, la coccia d'uovo) è stato molto scortese e maleducato, ha inoltre sbattuto i soldi sul tavolo per dare il resto dopo aver pagato il suo gelato che sapeva di piedi e fiele. Seduti al tavolo ci hanno detto (sotto consiglio del calvo) che non potevamo stare se non avessimo consumato al tavolo, esilarante il fatto che avevamo appena preso il gelato dal pelato bisbetico. Così abbiamo preso 2 bottigliette d acqua per poter stare al tavolo ma successivamente si è lamentato il proprietario calvo dicendo che quelli che non avevano consumato dovevano alzarsi (eravamo in 7). Una l'abbiamo resa per la maleducazione ed una l ho pagata con la carta solo per fargli uno screzio. L'esito è che la cortesia e il trattamento dei clienti è venuta a mancare proprio come i capelli e la simpatia del proprietario calvo. La cameriera top, datele un aumento.

Evidentemente malvagio non è. Ma arrivati in quello che si chiama ”Bar Gelateria” e scoperto che invece funziona per il 90% dei tavoli come Ristorante ci chiedono se avevamo prenotato...(per un gelato?....?). Rispondiamo di no e ci suggeriscono con aria superiore che la prossima volta è il caso. "Ve lo do come suggerimento"... Chiarissimo. Nessuna prossima volta! :-). Cambiare nome aiuterebbe. E provare a essere meno scortesi anche.

We’ve been loyal customers at Caffè del Rose in Bonassola for many years, but unfortunately, our recent experience was deeply disappointing. Despite behaving respectfully and ordering a lot, the owner abruptly told us we were not allowed to play cards. This made us feel very unwelcome. On a positive note, the lady working in the service is extremely friendly and does an excellent job. she’s the reason we kept coming back for so long. It’s a shame that the owner’s behavior has overshadowed the otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

The rating is not entirely correct, because the service from a young lady was excellent. My friends and I wanted to play cards. After a long time, the extremely unsympathetic boss came and lied to us that playing cards was illegal in Italy. I then proved to him that money-free gambling is perfectly legal in Italy. He replied that he made the rules here, that this was his bar. We also consumed a lot. So that didn‘t explain his behaviour. I hope you reconsider your choice to go there. Since this is not the way how one treats the customers.

We’ve been to this bar many times before and always enjoyed the atmosphere. On previous visits, we occasionally played a quiet card game at our table – and the owner, an older man, never said a word. This time, however, he suddenly asked us to leave, even though we were playing silently, not disturbing anyone, and clearly not gambling. There is no rule or law against this, and we hadn’t asked because it was never a problem before. The waitress was very kind and professional – thank you to her. But the owner’s attitude was unwelcoming and seemed personal. It felt like he simply wanted us out, without reason. Very disappointing, especially after being loyal customers.

DO NOT GO! Extremely rude staff, said "Basta!" (AKA "enough!") to their customers, whilst we were trying to be polite. We had gelato here and it was definitely the worst gelato we had whilst in Italy and we go here very often. Gelato was very heavy and I felt sick after only half a small scoop!

The older man working in the café/restaurant is very rude and unfriendly. We bought some gelato from their gelato stand and sat down to enjoy it when the man came up to us to tell us that we are not allowed to sit in their seat since it is reserved for ordering customers. We just bought it from his colleague but are not “good enough of a guest”!? You should learn to behave - but we are still not coming back.

Very rude “manager” whom on two occasions shared his point of view... second time; we bought gelato from there window and No one asked if we wanted to sit in the close to Empty outdoor area or not... once seated we are told that we wear not aloud to sit there... I trashed my gelato(how for the record was good) but fast had gone bitter after the bad service.

Icecream is terrible.. sugar flavoured of fruits or kind of this. Expansive and very low quality. In Bonassola you can go in another icecream shop just 5 minutes far, they're very better...
