I stopped in for some quick munchies. All I wanted was chili cheese tots. I was NOT dissatisfied. A large OCEAN WATER with CHERIES. Yum. Truly thirsty quenching. Thanks SONIC.
Very good service. Very friendly and faster then usual. Even if they are short staffed. And good quality ice cream blast.
Enjoy the Happy Hour 2-4 PM and the Dollar drinks in the mornings. You can't beat the 50cent corn dog days. Sonic has lots of specials to enjoy
I go to sonic way more than I should. But I cant pass up on their happy hour drinks and my kids love the 50 cent corn dogs. Our orders are never wrong and everyone is always super nice with smiles on their faces when we go.
The Best Sonic I have ever been too. Ordered the Lil' Chickie here and was just blown away on how good it was. I have ordered the chickie at so many different Sonics and the one here was so good and the bread was so fluffy. The rest of the food I ordered was also really good.
As I have already said,, the Sonic in Bonham is the Best Sonic around. The owner's are wonderful people, thier entire staff is as kind and as efficient to all customers. Food is excellent and you get it very fresh. The staff has never brought a order that wasn't hot an fresh. I recommend you try this Sonic in Bonham, after 8pm try thier half priced drink's and Shakes

Stopped here after a day of touring all the local museums. We ordered through the app, and the food was ready in less than 10 minutes. The customer service was fantastic, and the outside of the restaurant was clean. I personally want to thank the lady who made my order who put two cherries in my limeade, and five peppermints in the bag. You made my day.
These associates were working so hard today! We pulled in to a packed house and they were running orders and working so hard to take care of the customers. They are low on severs but they were literally running to serve customers! The food was good and it was good to see they cared enough to get the job done and serve as best they could! Great job!!!
Went to sonic today and they were super busy and it appears there are about 4 people working. These 4 people did an amazing job literally running food to the cars. The food was great considering the short handedness of the staff. They deserve a raise!
They are great I do on phone order and there within a couple of minutes.. they have it coming out as soon as I tell my sonic acct I'm there and what stall. 😁
Not sure why this place doesn’t have four or five stars. Food is hot and fresh shakes are amazing. Service is great. Even if their credit card readers are acting up they are so nice and they run it in for you. 😋⭐️✨ so far in Texas and Oklahoma the best sonic!
My family and I have been here a lot of times and every time they get our order out so fast and everything is fresh. Ordering online is even better because as soon we pull up they have our food out to us. Their slushies are so good and my sister loves their shakes. I 100% recommend this location! The only down side is we cant figure out how to get delivery.
This is the only good sonic in the state Never left a full 5 star review before for a sonic but I'm happy I can now! Ice cream cup was filled all the way, soda tasted how it should, nothing was undercooked, ranch wasn't expired!
Sonic burgers are the freshest burgers I have ever had. They make their burgers fresh per order. I have lived in Dallas for 15 years and I just started eating Sonic. I love their Smash burgers, as well. I don't like the smasher sauce though 😝
Outstanding location with a great general manager. This location is accessible friendly like all other Sonics. It is drive up with accessible open area seating. The restrooms are not as accessible but that is due to them being small in location due to the restaurants size. There is plenty of parking at this location though I do fislike how much they have held up for mobile ordering. Parking lot is easily visible and access is easily gained from the roadway. The bathrooms are small in size and typically not the cleanest at most of these locations, I have not tried this location yet. Outside stays clean at this location and the food quality and taste is on point every time. The staff is super friendly and the general manager is exceptionally friendly and looks after this location. He also works to do local fundraising and is working to gain even more folks coming in for fundraising. I think what makes this location special is the general manager and his care for the customers.
I went to Sonic twice this week and both times the food was great! The smash burgers and onion rings were hot fresh and yummy!!!

My friend and I ordered ice cream sundaes. They were delicious. I was not expecting a sundae so good; I was pleasantly surprised.

I ordered a sonic cheese burger anthem ask if I wanted mustard, mayo and I said mustard. When I got my burger it had no lettuce or tomatoes. I took it inside and ask if I could just have it added. They made me a while new burger. That was really nice. The burger was very good.
I love their ultimate meat burrito! Great food and service. I have had issues with the app, but I've since gotten those bugs worked out and since then, it's been smooth sailing.
The only thing is that employees need more training! It can get really busy & employees are short due to the Covid-19! I wish they didn't have to worry about time in line! It doesn't make your customer happy to have to pull into a lane & wait!
It's really hard to rate a place that is neither ourstanding or bad. Average wait time for chicken sandwich. Chicken always takes longer. My drink order for 5 was correct, including easy ice. It was not over crowded. The parking lot was easy in and easy out.
The only gripe I have is that the menus here are all tailor-made for high-riding pickup trucks. So you have to put your head out the window and look straight up if you're ordering from a vehicle that isn't a monster truck. I've never been to another Sonic that has been set up this way.

Meh. Not the greatest location. Not the brightest staff. Not the best burgers in the area... For a burger in Bonham, I recommend Muddbones first, Braums second and Sonic third. Don't worry, it's not last on the list ... McDonald's in Bonham is downright disgusting!
It is routine for us to stop when we head to Paris Texas. I , got the #1 no cheese, tots with sweet tea which was good, however, I asked for salt, pepper and ketchup I only got the ketchup.
The food was good, employees were kind of rude and the wait time for a small drink, and fries was over 30 minutes. I will stick to braums next time.
Good service. Just wish they would make sure u get sweet tea when u order it and needs to b fresh. Only complaint I have.
They do not service good at all never put salt pepper kethup mustard in with your order they just throw the veggies o a ham burger when you open it up all of it falls out i sugest put a toothpick to hold it together like they use to it doesnt fill lik a sonic anymore leftover cold fries and food whw wants to pay that price and have it all cold the food is all slapped together cme on sonic cant afford toothpicks. Meh....that's about the best I have for it. Could be a lot better given what you have to pay for their food. I can go to a sit down restaurant and spend as much and get better quality food.

Blah to sonic. Wife and I decided to do something we never do... Eat cold fries, soggy burger/chicken sandwich, drink soda through straws clearly to large. The cheddar peppers were defrosted nicely though. I give it 3 stars because they were quick and good service. But never again.
Everything taste like vanilla except my favorite slushie and the pretzels lol. I usually only go here during happy hour, when they send out certain coupons, or when the app have a deal going.
The lady taking the order was hard to hear because of the highway. The prices were also a bit high. The girl that brought us our food was very good.
Mediocre at best. Prices continue to climb, while quality deminishes, or at best stays the same. If one asks for "sliced" instead of "diced" onions, often the waitress doesn't comprehend the difference.
We went there a couple weeks ago and ordered some chilie cheese tots. Got home and it was half smooshed to one side and a small portion was there we ordered a large I believe. Almost didn't eat it but that was our lunch / dinner. Didn't look appetizing and not good for price either
Today it was really good, service was good! Simone is doing a really good job. The night shift, not too much but I'm sure she is working on it! Stop in and say hello and get a $1.00 hotdog this Thursday - all day and they are ALWAYS AWESOME!!! GOD BLESS!!!

We love half price burger night on Tuesdays, through the app... That's about it. It's cheap enough to feed my family of 8. The flavor is seriously lacking and the car hops are not friendly.
Worse customer service ever! Order taker named Derith don't even ask if your done ordering before they say your total and turn off the switchboard! Its extremely annoying to have to keep pushing the button because they don't listen!
I was there and I ordered the Frito Chili Cheese wrap. This the second time I ordered them from the Bonham Sonic, and there are barely any fritos in the wrap.It a chili cheese burrito. I go to the Sonic close to home in Paris and the Frito Chili Cheese Wraps are loaded with fritos like the advertised picture.
The construction here made it almost impossible to get to! & to the guy that screamed at me over the intercom.. YES, YOU DO HAVE A PINK LADY! It's a cherry limeade, real cream & vanilla. If you don't have those ingredients, this isn't a real sonic. 🖒
Service takes forever to respond to their button, food takes forever. I waited nearly 45 minutes for a chili cheese dog, only to be given the wrong order twice. Then once they corrected the issue, it had barely any chili at all. I refuse to eat somewhere that is overly pricey and offers terrible service. Sorry.
It would be nice if the guy taking my order wouldn't interrupt me while I placed my order It was like, what else, what else, then I didn't even get to fginish ordering before he gave me my total and ended my ordering. Woy I'd have loved to gotten drinks yo go with the meals!
We kept buzzing the button for like 4 mins till someone finally picked up. I understand sometimes they're very busy but at least the should say something, like "hold on one sec sir. I'll be right with you"
Oordered a chili burger last week and got charged for the chili but they left it off. Gave them another chance today and ordered the same. They put a thimble full of chili on there then swirled it around with a spoon. I won't give em a third chance. Also the grilled cheese sucked. Plain white toast and one thin piece of cheese on Texas toast. Would it hurt them to use two pieces of cheese. It's Texas toast. Would it kill you to put a smidgen of butter on the bread before you toast it. I'm through with it. My dogs enjoyed the food.
I can't rate the food or service, I imagine it's like most Sonics, we couldn't find a place to pull in and order. They have something like 8 or 10 spots for "mobile app" orders that were all empty and the other spots taken by actual in person customers. I am so sick of these places giving priority to people that are not even there. And on top of that one stall was "out of order". So we took our party and hunger on down to What-A-Burger. I really like Sonic, love me a cherry coke among other items there, but when there is no where to pull in and order because there are so many stalls reserved for people that are not there, I feel like my busy doesn't matters.
I've never had this kind of experience i. Fast food industry. I ordered, and after 10 minutes, it says my food is on the way. I waited another 10 minutes. I had to get out of my van to ask my food. Total 25 minutes and 15 minutes is waste of my time
Order the big deal meal… asked if it came with mayo or mustard. She said neither. I knew from the total shown it wasn’t right. The burger was all I got. Tried to reorder but no one answered the button. When I got it, I opened it and it was all over the place so sloppy it went all over my car.
Order an all American dog this evening (president's day) with a drink. The breading was as hard as a rock and the condiments were dried out. I asked for another and the hot dog is cold like it was freshly pulled from the fridge and had a ton of relish on it I guess to try to cover up the fact of the cold hot dog. My drink was not mixed and i had to mux it myself which is fine but I will not be eating here again.
I have always received good food here so I was very surprised when my meal was terrible. My cheese coney was drenched in mustard with very little chili & barely warm. My fries were limp & cold. I did not get a fork or the fry sauce I requested without having to ask. It might have been more understandable had they been busy but they were not.
What is the point of ordering in the app? I only ordered French fries and a coke. I waited over 25 minutes AFTER I checked in to pick up food! Many cars came and ordered here and left with food before mine was delivered. Only ONE carhop on a Saturday night! Ridiculous
I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito and I litterly had 3 little pieces of sausage at the very bottom of it and when I tried to order extra sausage they tried to charge me $250 for it.this place is out of control I'd recommend y'all taking y'all's business elsewhere.
Customer service is just terrible! No sense of urgency nor leadership! Every time there is a issue! Parking lot was not presentable, I'm just really surprised this sonic is still open! Tonight we we ordered a BLT sandwich and a grill cheese but neither sandwich was toasted.

Poor speakers. Could not hear the person hardly at all they had to come out and talk to us about our order then when we got and did not realize till we had left that they left a Cory dog off the order and a blue ocean slushy and our family order of cheese stick were all stuck together with the cheese blown out of most them and cheese all over inside of box and on top of cheese sticks. We did not get any ranch dressing. So very very poor service.
This place has horrible speakers I went to 2 and they were both the same.was about to leave and the lady spoke up enough that I could understand her. Then I had to repeat the order 3 times. Terrible experience.

They need to step up there game tonight. Waited 30 minutes for food then one of the milkshakes busted everywhere not to mention I ordered onion rings which never made it on my order and had to ask twice for a drink carrier!!! I would have done better at McDonald's
Awful, worst experience every time I go. Never can get the order right, always forget the ranch, utensils, and worst service. Not only that, my brother works there and has proof that the main manager makes numerous accounts to give himself good reviews. This is the most god awful place to eat in Bonham, Tx.
Sonic in Bonham has THE WORST SERVICE. I wait 15 min for 1 coney dog while the idiot kept delivering other orders but not mine!! Awful!!
My husband's meal was ok. But mine was horrid the chicken was thon and waaay overcooked. Tots were soggy, toast was burnt, and the gravy was just plain gross. Won't be coming back to the one in bonham.
Like their cheese sticks as long if the grease isn't burned . Its always better at home you Wash your hands u pick your on cooking oil I'm at work trying to find something to snack on That wont make me sick good luck at fast foods.
Arrived at 630 pm. Pushed the little red button... and waited... and waited... and waited. Even flagged down the car hop. 22 minutes, never placed an order, as they never answered the button. Ended up going elsewhere.
Ordered using Sonic app, 3 chicken tenders. Took 26 minutes to get them and they tasted like the frying oil was well overdue to be changed. Couldn't eat them.
Staff very rude. Last week pulled in pressed red button was told we don’t open for 8 more minutes. Just left there pressed the button and waited for several minutes, car pulls up two people run out to chat with them. Needs better management owners.
I ordered a #7 and the only thing good about it is the sweet tea. Hotdog was over cooked and dried. Fries is old and salty. Never coming back.

I come here quite often the app wasn’t working so we come up here and the service was absolutely horrible get rushed trying to order had to press the button twice because the guy was rushing us and being rude not wanting to take our order and even got the order wrong because he was rushing us. At least the girl brining our food was nice but the guy taking the order was rude and doesn’t know customer service!!!
This location is a literal joke. Half of the stalls do not work and they take way too long to take your order. I sat for over 20 minutes for someone to take my order today. The two stalls next to me came in after me and got there orders taken and food brought out in no time. I finally decided to just leave. Funny enough as I was leaving they answered and asked for my order, but I was fed up at that point as I my lunch break was being wasted due to poor service and maybe lack of attention so I decided not to order. Went down the road to Dairy Queen and got my food in under 10 minutes. Do better Sonic. Get your stuff together. Will not be coming back.
Extremely disappointed. I ordered my burger cooked a certain way. I get back to work. It is cooked completely opposite. I call and report it. Food places think you can just run right back up there and get it redone no problem. What happened to fix it tge way the person PAYING the bill orders it! Completely waste of 10.00 and no lunch for me now. Exactly why I stopped going.
Seriously?? No more 99¢ drinks before 10 am?? I'm really disappointed. As for the sonic app, I think the updated new version SUCKS! It doesn't matter how many times u log in or out, restart your phone, update the app it will never let your payment go through! It doesn't matter how many times u try & retry, it just isn't happening. I feel like all discounts, promotions, deals, etc. are being "app only" but why when u can't even get your payment to go through?? just another way to rip people off & if u try to redeem a reward & ur payment doesn't go through it will take your reward as if it did, very frustrating! It's absolute insanity fighting with the app every time I try to use it. I'm ready to just delete it & move on to something different. If I'm such a loyal & appreciated customer then why can't anything in the app be honored in-person?? I'm tired of wasting my money & time on this ridiculousness.
I’ve tried to give this place multiple chances even after ownership/management changes. Orders are constantly wrong, condiments are always missing, And The WAIT TIME Is always astronomical, Unless you have at least 30 minutes to waste, don’t go.
Placed my order at the stall and waited for too long and then received my order to go, drove home to find out that the order wasn't even mine. Not going to be going back due to the teenaged children running the place. Call the Sonic Corporate to let them know that they need more training at the Bonham and Leonard locations. I guess I should have known not to get anything but a drink.

All I wanted was a double stuff Oreo blast. I waited for 25 minutes just to receive my small iced coffee and mini double stuff Oreo blast. When I received it, it was just an Oreo blast. I hit the red button and waited ten or more minutes. I told them they got my order wrong. It took another 15 or longer to bring me my “correct” order. The manager in the white shirt was rude. She asked for my wrong order back, even though all they can do is throw it away. She didn’t bother to apologize for wasting my time or anything. She then handed me another plain vanilla Oreo blast. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never order from sonic in Bonham again. Guess we really can’t have anything good here.
My husband and I stopped here and they did not have any carbonation, so they were not able to make many of the drinks. The speakers on the menus were updated with the new monitors on them, but the speakers were not. We could not hear them very well, nor could they hear us, so ordering took a ridiculous amount of time. Even though our order appeared correct on the screen, they still brought the wrong food out and forgot portions of it. When we had to buzz in to get it corrected, they weren't very friendly in fixing the order. They got so frustrated from us not being able to understand them, they sent someone out. She was kind, but overall our experience was not very good and because of it, we I'll not be returning.
Very upset right now, was so excited for my cheese sticks my co worker was bringing me because I absolutely love and adore them, but for some reason they were out of ranch and that’s acceptable. So I asked about marinara, and they were out of that too. How are you out of both? Ruined my day honestly, heartbroken, distraught, crying banging my head on the floor </3
Ive given this place MULTIPLE chances and even though i lowered my expectations they still manage to disappoint. *First offense* my order was wrong, im ok with a refund or remaking it- even at a future date considering i was a half an hour away but they REFUSED to do either because it was ordered on a different shift that had already been closed out. *Second offense* they charged my card twice for something i didn't order and returned a partial credit then charged the full price back on. *Third offense (is it MY fault at this point??)* I called the "survey line" even spoke with a rep who took my formal complaints, ensured me an area manager would contact me. That was more than a year ago & i'm still waiting. The majority of the staff are rude & i cringe at the thought of what they're doing to my food/drink before i receive it. My order is rarely correct & the food is terrible when it is. I guess I'm slow to grasp the concept of "lesson learned" but i think i have it now.
just waited from 1235-1252 for a drink. one drink :) i get that they were busy but some girl scanned my order but didn’t bring it out. they “forgot”. when i called back in to ask where it was it took them 5 minutes to answer. i totally get being busy but when the girl brought it out she still asked me to pay. i should’ve just drove off. i’m so irritated i waited 20 minutes for a drink and it was flat HAHA. i have had issues with this sonic in the past horrible service and horrible customer service. do better
Sonic advertises half price slushes and other foods if ordering through the app. I try to use the app, says unavailable. I ask staff and staff acknowledged the app is unavailable to use. I ask if they will still honor what they are advertising on screen right in front of me as I tried to order through the app. I have ordered through the app many times before at this location. They will not offer the app rates and no reason as to why customer can't even use the app at this location. So why advertise something then not make it available to the customer? This is False Advertising.
Charged over 13 dollars would take 72 hours to be reimbursed for no services rendered. I will recommend nobody choosing to visit this particular establishment. Thank you. Thought maybe I should add, rude and had very little "food" available. 7-11 may be better. Good luck.
Terrible! I will stay away from this place. After seeing commercials for Cookie Dough shake, I had to get one. I ordered and paid and then waited. After 20 minute wait, I asked them if they could cancel the order and credit my order as I didn't have the time to wait longer. They assured me they would credit my card. When it hit my account 2 days later, I called store manager. She told me she had no authority to do refund and I would have to call Friday after 2 pm and speak to Simone the regional manager. When I called Simone, she said she could only refund cash if I would bring my bank statement. I was telling how upset I was and she hung up on me. I have called Sonic toll free number to report. I will stay away from all sonics after this experience
I ordered the #7, foot long c&c coney with c&c tots... my hot dog looked like no one picked it for the last 2 weeks. It looked shriveled and practically mummified. The only thing good about it was it was somewhat edible. I don't want a discount, or redo, I just want Sonic quality to go back up.
Not sure what is going on at this location. It's been a steady decline in the past years. Expectations of a Sonic are not exactly that high considering typical wages they pay people. But, this location is something else. My family has slowly quit eating here because of several reasons. The main reason. The orders are almost always messed up to one degree or another. Annoying, but when you pay for something and don't get it... several times in a row... Wow. Then the place being closed sometimes because their is not enough people? Maybe look at your compensation factor to your employees and you may get more employees, happier employees and employees who want to come to work. You charge nearly $10 for a complete meal and you can't pay staff $12 or more an hour to produce 100 of these an hour? Simple math. Better pay equals better employees. Better employees equal better service... Which means happy customers consistently coming back.
Hotdog been sitting so long it was BROWN ! I don't understand why most sonics can't even make a decent Hotdog. Bonham sonic gets 1 star for serving a brown hotdog.
Ordered 4 meals, 3 of them were wrong. Ordered 20 minutes before closing and didn't notice the error until we were home. Went back the next day to get the order fixed because we didn't eat the food. One of the burgers was a single instead of a double and when we told them, we were asked if "they could just send out another patty". No! I want it the way I ordered it. Everyone had an attitude, including the manager that stomped to the car to retrieve the burger that was wrong a 2nd time, acting like we wanted free food. Again, NO! I want the food I ordered to be correct. I contacted corporate and only received an automated email requesting more details. I gave all the details and have heard nothing. Won't waste my time again.
I don't normally leave a horrible review but I have to today. The burgers were drenched in Greece and smothered in mayonnaise even after asking for mustard. The onion rings and fries were also drenched in grease. I feel sorry for the little hops that bring the food to the car because they will typically get the blame even though we all understand it's whoever's cooking in the kitchen. It's been a long time since I've been here. It'll be a long time before I come back yuck.🤮🤮
We’re so I start waiting for 45 mins plus to get my food with no one else there only maybe one extra person there and also got my order completely wrong Drink got Coke instead of Dr Pepper Meal was supposed to be a number 9 with a larger Chili’s cheeese fries but got a number 3 with a small fry I had to push the button after 45 minutes of waiting and asked if I’m gonna get it or not and then as soon as they respond Came out with the wrong food with poor service
