I have not went to Arby's that often I would say less than 10 times in all my life... But as I have noticed their menus have added a few items that I like and most of the times I've been to Arby's has been recently and I will be going back I especially like the brisket sandwich with the onion ring on it wow
Absolutely love Arbys the roast beef it’s always fresh hot and juicy ONLY thing we don’t like is that they stopped serving the POTATOE CAKES not a good move corporate you had a menu item none of your competitors had

Ruben was perfect! Tater cakes tasted a little off. Like time to change the fryer oil. Bacon on the fried chicken sandwich was more then done. Cashier was friendly and cheerful. I'll be back again. Lifetime Arby's fan, we all have hiccup days.
Always love the roast beef and the sauce. This time had a pizza slider, a Turkey slider, and a roast beef slider. All were good. The wife and I both lole the greek gyros. I like pretty much everything they serve except not a big fan of the liquid cheese they use.
My husband & I LOVE Arby's Greek (lamb) gyros! They are DELICIOUS!! Get napkins. They can be drippy, but that's what's so good!! You don't want a dry sandwich!😜 Sooo yummy, imo!!! 🤗

My team was here doing some work for this Arby's. They were gracious and patient with us while we did our part. Afterward, we bought lunch and hung out for a little while, talking with a couple of employees and the shift manager. We had also met with the store manager a couple of times. These are some good people here. The first time I ate at this location I had the Burger that they are making. It was pretty good, but I love the plain old Arby's sandwich with horsey sauce. That's why I got this time. Sooo good!
The parking lot could use some work but Timothy was wonderful. His vibe and positive tone. After a weekend of horrible customer service in Sherman TX and a horrible day, I had a pleasant experience here. It made my day better. You don’t realize how far being nice and kind can go.
Everything is getting so high these days, it's hard to make an assessment on the value anymore. So, I won't go there. I will say that Arby's has always been a great sandwich place for me, and this one had a nice, friendly face working the drive through. The food is good and everything we asked for was in the bag when we opened it to eat. We'll be back!
I said I would never go back into the Sherman Arbys but I did and I am glad I did I went in yesterday and discovered that there was a new General Manager and when I tell you she has turned that store around I mean it is clean and the food was on point. The staff was very friendly and the new Manager Lisa was great. I had a simple question and she answered it in such a great manor. I will def be coming back in here as a regular. So thank you Lisa and thank you to her wonderful crew.
Tried the new Country Rib Sandwich today. Have to say it was really good. Love the smoke flavor and the portions of ribs is very generous. I saw on their ad that this item is for a limited time. Too bad, I think they should make this a permanent menu item.
Bring back the hot sauce please.
Jhenee was very pleasant and handled my order in a jiffy with a smile on her face the entire time. In a world where too many ppl hate their jobs and it shows in their handling of customers, that is not the case with this young woman. Well done Arby's!!

We stopped early afternoon for take out. The restaurant was spotless. The service was excellent. So was our food. There were three young ladies in there and they had it handled.

Monday,The black lady that was the cashier was very friendly and she was so polite too ! I just loved 🥰 her attitude and her personality too! She was very sweet lady and I wish she could wait on me whenever I came back! Their food is always good and usually very delicious 😋

Newly remodeled Arby's. The food is usually hot...that also means the drive thru might take longer than expected. But not so long that you wish you had just gone in.
They asked me 3 times if I wanted any condiments and I told them 3 times I'd like some ranch. I was given fistfull of arby's sauce lmao. Still enjoyed my meal. But really wanted that ranch
Nothing super special about Arby's, but I will say they have the best cheese sticks in my opinion because their batter is more like a beer batter than a breading. And who doesn't like curly fries?!
Their food is great I love their beef n cheddar melts but, unfortunately just like McDonald's, and Jack in the box their shake machine is never working even if they're having a milkshake promotion sale with coupons. For example I recieved a coupon for their Andy's mint milk shake and their milkshake machine was broken never fixed. Then I recieved a small shake coupon, guess what? Their milkshake machine is still broken. Either they are too lazy to fix it or they just can't afford to fix it or they are lying and just don't want to serve one to me.
Just double check your order. Several new employees it seems, so orders are needed to sometime
Went through the drive-thru about 9 last night. Had to repeat the order 3 or 4 times before she understood. We ordered a Dr. Pepper and she says coke. The entire order was like that. It was truly ridiculous. A different lady was at the window and was very friendly and on the ball. The order was correct and the food was good. They just need to get someone on the speaker that can hear and understand. We will go back.
clerk was exceptionally friendly, was a very relaxed atmosphere. I forgot a few items actually but really enjoyed the food. 9/9/23 fresh food. The signature meats they carry are very good. They import most from Minnesota and a bit from Canada at some very decent markets, their pepper corn sauce from canary island is not bad, just the pepper base from there I believe. It's good
It was great. One problem there wasn’t enough workers for the day with a person that was training other then that it was great
Food was great, but when asked if you want arby sauce or horsey sauce and you tell them horsey and they fail to get it in the bag really kills a good rating for me. You offered it, I was excited about it, you failed to put in there and now I'm double disappointed.
The food and service was very good. The parking lot and restrooms had several homeless people asking for money. If they want to go on the streets that is one thing, but I don't want them approaching while eating.
I used to go here frequently, but the last time I did, they gave us sandwiches from under a heat lamp bc they were so slow. When we got them they weren't even hot! I refused to eat them. Their tables are dirty and they just act like you aren't even there. Won't be back!
The jalepeno poppers were great. The beef and cheddar was ok. The sauce was on the sweeter side and I didn't care for it. Didn't seem to have much "cheddar" on it. I love their curly fries but I must have gotten the end of the batch because it was most very small broken pieces. Still tasty, but not as good for dipping unless you want sauce all over your fingers.
The sandwiches are fantastic but they have to listen closer when you’re in the drive through, pay better attention when filling the order. This is the second time I got home with the wrong food, I should of when in and ordered like I normally do!
Good food but the service is always extremely slow, and I've seen two guys stand at the counter so long once they just walked out.
It's an Arby's. The person in the drive through had a horrible attitude. Whoever is in the drive through we window is the face of the location at that time. Much like how the receptionist is the face of the office being the first and last person to contact the public at the business office. My score would have been higher if the drive the person was better. If the friendliest and best staff is assigned to the window or counter there is a likelihood i will try this location one more time if service is this bad I won't be back.
I LOVE Arby's idc if you judge me. That classic cheddar beef is Amazing! I don't like their fries, but again that classic cheddar beef!
I've been here a few times and since the remodeling it seems like it is on a downward spiral. There always seems to be utter confusion in the back and getting your meal takes forever. I'm not really sure what's going on but I think part of it is the staff always changes and they are having to retrain new people all the time. Luckily I only have a taste for Arby's once in a blue moon.
The past 4 out of 5 times I've gone for dinner, there's been absolutely no service at the drive thru. I waited at the speaker for a few minutes and received no greeting so I drove around the building to make sure they were open. Every time I could see people inside standing around, but could get no service at all. I finally went back last week and received excellent service and the food was great. Arby's definitely needs to do some adjustments with their evening shift. I'll update if I can find the name of the guy who did actually give me the great service. He deserves a recognition!
No dine in available. Went through drive up. The sweet potatoes fries were good but several were way undercooked. Good sandwich. Was not given napkins or sauce on one trip. Second time they did put condiments in bag.
I only eat here when the Thanksgiving sammy is brought back. It was such a great move to add cranberry sauce this year. It is so good!!!
We were quite disappointed with our visit to this establishment - service was slow, my husband's sandwich was not made to his specifications and then the wait time for replacement was longer. Employees were sitting out in the lobby which I felt was kinda unprofessional.
I asked a co-worker to pick me up a late lunch today. Really bad mistake on my part. Almost every time I go there they tell me the shake machine is broken. I ordered the new crinkle cut fries and got rubber fries that must have been cooked several hours earlier and the girl that took the order was rude to my friend. This is just the latest in a series of bad experiences at this Arbys. So now there won't be another next experience.
Went today (3/16/2017) for lunch.. they were not busy on the inside.wasnt greeted. Order food after waiting five minutes for some to take our order.. my coworker order the crispy fish sandwich he got the crispy fish on flat bread not what he ordered.. my cruly fries where so hard I couldn't even eat them. Such a bad experience.
Fries were only warm and my sandwich was actually cold . But I was heading out of town and thought I grab something to eat. And didn't have a clue until on got on the freeway or I would of drove right back. Employee were nice and doing to best they can when you only see 2 people behind counter
I only purchased gift cards, but the visit inside convinced me to never eat here. One employee couldn't stop wiping his nose. Then he's putting his hands in the pockets of his jeans. His personal clothing, not a uniform. No, they didn't look clean to begin with, no telling what he's done while wearing them and thus what was on his hands when he stuck them in his pockets. Dirty. The store doesn't look much better. It wasn't busy, but they were disorganized, and nothing looked very clean.
Got Arby's classic beef and cheddar...thank goodness I looked in it to put on Arby's sauce because their was a hair tangled in the meat. Wasn't mine....I'm brunette. That ended my appetite. This is why they make hair nets.
Tea was soured. The girl was nice enough to make some more but she said they have a ongoing problem with that
Got 2 roast beef n cheddar meals sandwiches were smashed cheese every were and hardly any meat plus i got over charged then charged my credit card again then voided it ..we always enjoyed Arbys but the food was terrible..
I've had mixed reviews here. I've had some visits where the drive thru person was so nice, the order went fast, the food was great. Then other times they took forever and were rude about it. I've now had two different times they messed up my order. The first they did fix it with no problem. That time I hadn't left yet. This time I ordered on the app. I ordered two of the new steak bowls on the app, I go on my lunch break so I don't have a lot of time. I notice the bag feels light but the bag is sealed with a sticker and there are people behind me so I just had home. I notice they gave me just the steak nuggets, not the bowl with the Mac n cheese even though I paid for two bowls. I call, he says he'll write my name down so I can come back. I was on my lunch break so I couldn't come back. He goes what do you want me to do I can't bring it to you.. I tell him you could offer refund... he just asked me for my name and number and that's it. Not even an apology, just a rude smart ass comment.
Arby's, well is Arby's. During this visit, they were out of various items. The front counter staff was friendly, the gentleman cooking was experiencing a difficult time and seemed to have comflict with the remainder of staff, telling them at one point to not to take any more orders unless someone was helping him. The food was not warm, but edible. Probably will not return to an Arby's.
Went there today and the service was horrible. My girlfriend asked for a number 6 meal. The guy behind the counter charged her for just the sandwich even though he gave her a drink. When we brought this up to the lady training the new guy she said it didn't matter and we weren't getting any fries. Then as my girlfriend and I were almost done with the fries she found a blonde hair in the fries. When I went to ask for the manager I noticed that part of the managers hair was dyed blonde. Then as we are waiting for our refund the person behind the counter preparing someone's food only had on one glove and was using the ungloved hand to handle food. No one was wearing a hair net and only one person had on a hat who was operating the register.
Do not eat hear after 6 pm. The grey headed manager that runs night shift cannot push her employees to get into 3rd gear, 6 xs now theyve made me have to wait 20 min and the only one there and to top it off I have to park and go back in to get the rest of my order , I go in and she just standing there watching everyone dragging ass and she never did her damn job, get them kids to move faster , teach them, drive the damn team lady! They never greet you, they try to avoid taking your order.
The food was not good my order was wrong,when I told them instead of fixing what I ordered they simply grabbed another sandwich off someone else tray and gave me.I payed for a different sandwich but they didn't seem to care. I won't be going back.All bad!
Only gave one star because I had to. Only place I have ever been to that purposely tampered with our food to make someone sick. If you eat here whatever you do.....don't piss them off! FYI for the ones who work there....the person in our group that pissed you off, she didn't get the food you messed with. I did unfortunately, and I didn't do anything to deserve that. I do believe in karma though.
people need to get head out of their a** and get orders right. i suggest everyone tells all you know to never go there. last 3 times, last 3 wrong. i have learned my lesson. never again. anyway you can put a negative 5 stars?
If I could give zero stars I would. Shawna is the rudest person I’ve ever met in the food service industry. A crashed computer because you unplugged it is not a reason that I can’t sit in the drive through and wait for it to come back up. If looks could kill I would of died at the drive through window. Worst experience EVER!
Drive-thru service is horrible. We were there just a few minutes ago for the first time. Took to long to get the orders done, very slow. And the woman giving the orders is rude. No smile, no hi. Won't be back anymore.
Girl at counter stood with her back to us for a few minutes before acknowledging us, but then continued filling orders and was on her phone multiple times. Everyone was moving insanely slow and no one else acknowledged us.
I come here often after work I do not understand why they make u sit at the speaker until the person in front of you pays and leaves? There is a whole space from the menu to the window that you can use take a few orders at one time it's not hard every other place can achieve this. I believe this place is purposely slow so that they get less customers the franchise should shut it down or replace the management
The lady working the front counter and drive-through window at 4:41 today refused to give me an online pick up order through the drive-through, this team member also failed to respond to me at the drive-through speaker four times in so I pulled around in sit there and waited for 5+ minutes for her just to tell me this. Very unprofessional and very rude, I had to cancel my customers order. I’ve picked up online orders via the drive through every time a came here, she was just trying to be snarky for whatever reason and kept refusing after I’ve asked her politely multiple times
Went to Arby’s today and the drive thru person was very rude! She messed our order up horribly bad! We ordered two beef and cheddars and she gave us one. My husband ordered a gyro and she gave us a rueben! The management needs to do something about that! Not happy at all. Oder ID AACSF J82AGBK!
The place took 25 minutes to just get a order for just two people. The few others was waiting forever to and one customer Left right before us because of the length of getting the order. Then they didn't fix it right it was all screwed up. I'm never going back to Sherman again. During the night I got sick along with the other person I ordered for so please think twice before eating there. I'm never going to this place again
This restaurant was filthy. There was old food and debris under the fryers that was obviously not from that day. The dining area had dirty tables, dirty windows and the trash was overflowing. The soda machine had mold growing on the nozzles. Seriously has health violations for handling food. I chose to not eat my food after looking around.

Ordered a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich got home and the chicken was stale and cold. So cold to the point that the Swiss cheese was NOT even melted. I guess maybe because it was around 9 something on a Sunday night I wasn’t able to get a fresh hot chicken sandwich after spending $8 on a meal. Too bad I can’t post the picture I took of my stale, cold, unmelted Swiss cheese bacon chicken sandwich But one thing is for sure y’all don’t have to worry about me spending money at Arby’s ever again.
Apparently the shake machine has been broken for over two years and the worker informed me it wouldn't ever be fixed either. Also, according to the worker, they no longer carry the menu item cheese sticks 🤷🏼♀️ it's always something.. which is sad. I loved arby's
We have been going to this place for a year every other Friday for a year. And it has been great. Today was the worst waited from 5:33pm till 6:00 pm for 2 number 10 and when we got it the order was wrong I took it back up to the counter and asked if I could just get cheese on it. I was told she gave me the wrong order she would make it fresh then they just forgot about it I waited 15 more minutes and went back up to the counter and that's when the guy made my order
1 star for the new ribeye sandwich. It was pretty bad. Did not taste like ribeye. Little too no garlic aoli sauce. Soft stringy onion ring. Also a very small sandwich for $10. The roast beef n cheddar has more meat on it. But the ribeye on it was tasteless anyway.
The workers here are extremely immature. The boys working the drive thru were all giggling and laughing the entire time we were getting food and they had to ask multiple times what we needed on our order and what condiments we wanted because they werent focused on what they were doing
I Honestly do not know why this place is still open I love Arby's but the service is so bad in Sherman the parking lot is always empty when I go past one day this truck was in front of me in the drive thru and waited 15 mins at the speaker box the person finally left I pulled up and the lady was super rude and told me to wait I dove off as well seems to happen every time I try to eat there
The employees at this location are over the top rude. Ask for the manager, supposedly Sarah, even more rude. Definitely not $15 hr employees and if I was forced to eat Arby's, there's a better one any direction you go from Sherman, TX.
This place is horrible. What has happened to the employee's and the management? There used to be a guy named Jason that worked there. He was there almost every night. He had people's orders memorized, and the store was super clean. Sometimes if the service was slow, he would make small talk with you in the window while the cook finished up. It made seem like it wasn't taking that long, and he had the funniest jokes. What happened to that guy?
I don’t recommend this place. Sometimes Arby’s sounds good, then disappointment follows. I ordered the Elk burger. Though it wasn’t bad, it sure isn’t worth the $10 tag it carries by itself. $15 for the meal. I am a lover of crinkle fries, but not when they have been sitting out. Had to toss them out. I would not give a 1 star rating based on one trip. This Arby’s doesn’t get your order right. They certainly don’t know how to give you fresh food. This was my last time going here
I placed my online order scheduled for pickup. When I arrive at the store my order wasn't ready . I still had to wait 10 minutes. Which defeats the purpose of order ahead if it isn't going to be ready at the time they specified. I pick up my order and when I get home. The order I was charged for wasn't correct. The employees at this location need to be retrained. The employees were handing out incorrect orders without confirming name. She didn't verify just handed me someone else's order. This is very unsanitary. Allowing someone else who isn't an employee to handle the order while the bag is open and food exposed. This visit was such a disappointment.
First off, i ordered a half pound and got a small little cold sandwich, second, it already had arby sauce on it. So i don't know if they just gave me someone elses food they returned or what. Fries were cold, some raw in the middle, some burnt and all seemed old. The drink was wrong also. Just tossed the entire meal in the trash. This isn't the first time they have completely failed but it was the last time I'll spend money there.
I went yesterday to eat here for my lunch break, I ordered the roast beef sandwich combo and water while waiting, when I open the water it’s was brown! I asked the employee he said there water is always like that and another employee come and told me their filter is has been broken. But yet still serving customers unfiltered water knowingly. No thanks? I can’t only imagine what else is going on in there. I threw my food away!!!!
The A/C is out. It takes them 5 minutes to acknowledge your presence and greet you. Then another 25 minutes to get food. I was in the building for over 30 minutes before my food came out. And it came out room temp not even warm. I love Arby's but this place is gross. This particular location is a terrible representation of the brand overall.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Not once in my time going to this particular Arby's (2 years now) have they gotten my order right. I live half an hour away from this store and the number on their receipt is a dead number.. They care more about speed than accuracy and this time they forgot my 7 dollar sandwich. I will definitely be reporting this establishment to a higher level. This is unacceptable.
Ordered online, sent my daughter for pick up and when she came back with the food - we were missing our fries and extra meat on one of the sandwiches we PAID for. Went back up there and the cashier was extremely rude, first to my daughter and then to me!!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. Not worth it when this food costs the same as going to a sit down restaurant. Management was the same way!
We were really hoping that this visit would be better. Lately the service at this location is horrible. Tonight at the drive through our selections were not read back. We were told they were out of tea but we were not told they were out if Dr Pepper until we were at the drive through and asking for our second drink. Then we were told no Dr. Pepper products. Neither the girl working the intercom nor the guy working the window said Thank You. Even after my mom had told them Thank You. The guy just walked away from the window with out any courtesy. Have a nice night come again goes a long way. . This location needs to freshen up on their customer service and manners while dealing with the public. Our local Denison location employees are always extremely nice and ask us what else they can get for us. The girl at the Sherman branch is very short with customers on the intercom just simply asking What else several times in the very short transaction.?And not really giving an opportunity for the customer to confirm their order. If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would!!!
How does this Arby's have 4 stars? I would eat here a few times a week if they didn't mess up my order every time! If I order a beef and cheddar I will get a roast beef. If I order a Cherry turnover I will get an Apple turn over, I mean is there some type of secret code for ordering that I don't know about? Also if you pull up to the drive through you will always see the guy with the headset smoking outside and then runs in to take your order. Really? Is there not a standard break times? Any other Arby's you go to always have great looking sandwiches, meaning they actually look like the pictures but not this one, everything is slopped together and I have even received matching buns, for example to bottom buns for the top and bottom. I am guessing the manger just doesn't care. I have filed multiple complaints with corporate but they seem to go nowhere. I am done with this place.
They got our order wrong, not once, but twice. The employee got their supervisor to come to the window but she wasn't much help either. We wound up just taking what they gave us and left because we were in a time crunch but also let them know they got it wrong twice. I understand mistakes happen, but the response we got wasn't what we were hoping for. If not for us, do better for other customers please.
The Arby’s here in Sherman used to be so good! I brought my daughter here and we each ordered beef and cheddar sandwiches. A large part of the way Arby’s used to taste is based on how thin they shaved the beef. The sandwiches we were given were not the same. The beef was sliced thick causing the texture to be different and the meat to be tough. So disappointed.
I asked for fresh chicken for my sandwich and it was cold not very tasty
I went through the drive through on texoma Parkway. The female that was taking my order was not very happy. I ordered 2 sandwiches when I saw that there was a Monday deal. I changed the order and she did not seem very happy to do that. Then, she made me pull up and wait 4 more cars behind me.About fifteen minutes brought my food out and said they had to make fries.They were not hot at all.Not even warm.I am not very happy. I will not be going back. She acted like she had an attitude with me.
After a long days work, I had a craving for Arby’s. This is the first time I have visited this location. The drive-through wait was excessively long. I got home and saw that my order was incorrect. No way I’m going back up there and having to wait for them to fix it. Sitting in the drive-through you have time to notice things you wouldn’t normally. The drive-through window is nasty. I won’t be visiting this location again.
Ordered to go food. I specifically ask if all items were in the bag. The young lady assured me they were. When a i arrived home the dipping sauce for the French dip was not in the bag. She also handled the food without hlove
I came here because I had a coupon. They refused to accept the coupon. There was a person that came in right behind me and they refused to accept their coupon also. I see now why it was dead at lunch time.
Completely not happy with this location and will be taking my business elsewhere. Made an online order about 10 minutes before I got into the drive thru line and then had to wait 30 minutes just to get to the voice box. When I finally pulled up the the window one of the employees made a comment about how the food has been sitting a while. Umm yeah its been sitting because you guys are having issues doing your jobs. There was a lady that sat in front of me at the voice box for at least 10 to 15 minutes before they even took her order! I even attempted to go in and when I realized that line was almost out the door I went back to my car to get right back behind her. The service here is awful! No offer for a refund even after I told them I had been sitting waiting for 25 to 30 minutes in line for my already made food!
Don’t even waste your time going here they don’t answer the drive through window then respond in such a rude way you want to drive off. Shutting this location down might even be better than trying to fix it.
Got 2 meals tonight no frys no sauce absolutely terrible service requested a refund and got completely denied I will be leaving a bad review on the survey of the receipt this feels like theft at this point I paid for something and I did not receive it and they would not make it right by giving me what I already paid for after not only making a uturn and pulling back in when they didn't have fries ready but also requesting I just be charged for the drinks and sandwiches which would have been 10 bucks cheaper this behavior and disrespect is not okay and I hope corporate reaches out
The food was like low-grade dog. Food sandwiches were frozen. French fries were hard Pay for extra cheese no cheddar on it think something wrong with the employees plus it took 15 minutes to get three meals
Made an online order for 70 worth of food for my family. Got there they handed us “our stuff”. Come to find out they didn’t put any of five fries or four order of cheese sticks in the bag. Looked though to make sure they didn’t mess anything else up. Long behold they didn’t make our double burger, they only made it a single and still messed up the topping. Went in to let them know everything just for the manager act like we were trying to pull one over on her saying “then why does it say double” she’s obviously blind and illiterate as well. Not only did the order say double but so did the sticker on the burger. So she finally decided that was enough to add the second patty, but not before completely disrespecting the server in front of us. She should have waited till we left and the did all that and with more respect to him. Then they messed the burger up a second time, and forgot a set of fries. Who place is a mess, everything was slopped together and they supposed to have the meats but hardly had any roast beef on anything. Don’t waste your time at this location. It use to be a good spot now it’s just a clown show.
The worst Arby's ever. They served me this sandwich when they wouldn't eat it themselves I also saw a employee used the same gloves she used to collect money and attempted to prepare my food. I stopped her. Be careful when eating out. You can become very sick from their negligence. This meat was very hard and dark. It should look a golden brown
