Just lot plenty of places I guess. I pulled up here about 10-15 minutes before close and was told that they were in fact closed. Normally this wouldn't warrant a 3 star but this isn't the first or second time this has happened. Keep it to at least an hour before close because if not you will probably get the shaft.

Xzavier and Jesus worked together to get drive thru order and messed it up then blame me and get mad, tried calling to fix once got home noticed missing and hung up on me. Food itself wasn't bad but service i don't want to come back. Had to go in after drive thru to get additional meal as we ordered 4 got 3.

Team leader was so rude I just asked for one sauce for both my orders over 30 dollars came off as hostile for a sauce saying I don’t get one have to pay for it he said cashier Kevin was very friendly stand up guy but man was the team leader a knob food was very mid

I am a senior citizen with all the issues that come with that. Ie hands shake..I ordered a Wendy's sandwich at thos location and asked for it to be put in a plastic bag that has a handle..the female latino manager who did not have her nametag on put my order in a paper bag..I asked for it to be put in a plastic bag as I requested..she just handed me an unopened bag..which I could not open..she got real angry because I asked her to open that plastic bag..then I asked for a water cup..as I usually do because I dont drink soda..she handed me a coffee cup and refused to give me a lid or give me a cup that would have a lid as this is a to go order....this escalated to the point that her pilot manager took her side and banned me...all this because this inconsiderate female latino manager refused to give me a water cup with a lid...and pilot has doubled the insult by enforcing the ban..because I demanded to be able to take the shower I had paid for..they refunded my money and said leave..then they had the gall to say I threw a full cup of coffee at that manager..to my company as a complaint..it was a empty cup I was handing back when my hand spasmed from being angry and the cup flew from my hand....this pilot and this female are a perfect example of what's wrong with America today..the whole problem occured because an inconsiderate female manager refused to offer the cheaper cup with lid that a soda comes In..she only offered a cup that had no lid..and refused the request to exchange it for a cup with a lid when asked..avoid this Wendy's like the plague..or you may end up being banned from the truck stop as well

So today 07/22 at 5:30pm I get a 6$ big bag something simple and everything is old. Same male manager handed me my food and everything is almost rocks even the fricken burger. They don't answer the phone either so nothing you can do but sadly call corporate.

A manager took my order and served me at 9:40ish 04/25 and my chicken was cold and smelly. My fries were extra salty and I didn't ask for it. You had no customers at all and a good amount of staff and still your management willing gives me old food that should be in a waste bin. If I get sick I will report you, this is not fair to anyone that eats here. A manager served me and thats more disappointment because then you'll let your staff do it. I can't even call and I won't return now, you are getting people sick and could kill anyone, this needs to close down or find new management for Wendy's.

I've gone here three times, and each time was a bad experience. 1. Took a (male) friend out to lunch. Employee kept looking at my friend for information about my food. 2. Ordered from the drive-thru (food for 3 people), then had to wait 30 minutes in the parking lot for the food. No explanation or apology was given for the wait. 3. Went to get breakfast on the way out of town (food for 3 people). Waited 15 minutes inside the restaurant for food. There were three employees with only one of them actually working.

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich I called to complain about the awkward taste of the sandwich the lady hung up in my face and stopped answering. 🤔 I've called three times since then and no one will pick up this is weird and I want my money back I will no longer eat at Wendy's in Brawley California

My experience at this particular Wendy's establishment was so bad I'll never be returning to another Wendy's again. The red haired female employee had a lack of customer service, and the food couldn't even make up for the distasteful experience. It won't let me give you zero stars and so i give you a one.

The Monday lunch shift need more practice. Big chunks of burger meat in my chili needs to be broken down. Asked for flavored lemonade wasn’t flavored. Order didn’t come with utensils or requested condiments.

Bad experience... I witnessed a manager stocking cold fries with no gloves... And touching them with her bear hands .... Like customers can see yall👀👀 the floors was nasty and had trash everywhere Smh... No lids for small cups 86...no ranch...86 No sourcream ... 86 Ice machine broken drinks with no ice 👍 ...guess they don't care about there food cost... plus the manager is rude about remaking an order them messed up on by not listening to the customer the first 3 times. Just no mayo please what's so hard about that for 3 burgers. I will never eat here ever....I got a refund asap and left so please take your chances if you wanna waste your money on bad service and nasty staff.

It wasn’t and so waiting for the thing to melt so I can use the thin plastic straw they gave me. 3. Large fries that was I. The bag was just over a little half full. Don’t trust the drive up at this one.

I went today order 2 combos double burgers with large coke and regular fries. I get home open the bag one of the burgers was chicken not good at all. I tried to drink my soda it was diet coke.....man this is crazy....30 dollars for a burger.....the fries were cold........then I called the store 3 times with no answer.....
