This particular subway is always clean! In fact, when they’re not busy, they are cleaning the shields between the customers and the food prep area. Food always taste fresh too, never old or stale. Great place and nice people !
5 in our party, each ordering footlong sandwiches. Fast and courteous service was received by each of us. What a refreshing change from the lackluster service that plagues so much of this market anymore.
I always go to this Subway location. It is the cleanest in Brenham. Good selection. The young man was quite friendly. The meal of the day was an excellent choice and budget friendly.
I love Subway... Seems that there is always one nearby, and you get a great "bang for your buck"! This location is nice and quiet every time I visit. Staff is very friendly. Facilities more than acceptable. Food is always great (except the footlong pretzel - and it's not a local issue).
Our Subway here in Brenham is the best. Every time I order online it is always waiting, exactly as I ordered it. I've had bad experiences with other Texas locations and online ordering, but never a complaint for this location.
We ordered on the app and went into the store. We were early and knew we were early and prepared to wait. The woman making subs said she would be right with us. At that time we realized she was making our subs and said as much. In our minds that was our way of saying we didn’t need extra help. Immediately the woman in the red shirt yelled- we have until 12 to make it. We were taken aback by her outburst. I said we know we are early and not trying to rush you. Mind you it was 11:47 and no one else was in the store! It was so unprofessional! I would have made a comment, but our food was put out and she disappeared into the back. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
Wasn't satisfied this time. The sandwich making area was really messy and the meats wasn't restocked. It did not look as fresh and clean as the last time I was there. The customer service is excellent. Jay is a great employee. Both times I visited the store he does outstanding service. The other employees were very nice as well. It just looks as if they got slammed with the lunch rush and didn't clean up or restock the area as well as before.
I’m giving them two stars. I really like subway but here’s why. For one I had to go inside and get it even tho I did curb side and it said it was ready. No one came out. Two, all the ranch was in the paper instead of the sandwich. The vegetables were literally coming out of the sandwich. I’m very disappointed in this subway. This sub didn’t even taste the way it should.
I think the guy working wanted to fight me? I either forgot to say that I wanted a 6” sub or he didn’t hear me but I asked (again?) for a 6” sub before he put anything on the bread. He rolled his eyes, told me I didn’t say that I wanted a 6”, chucked the other half of the bread in the oven and slapped on the rest of the items. Then when I went to grab a bag of chips he walked from behind the counter up to me and glared at me up & down without saying anything. Other than that- sandwich was fine and the girls working were nice. This was 8/6/24 around 12:20.
The produce was awful. The lettuce was wilted and yellow. The tomatoes were mushy & looked like they had been frozen. Only one door was unlocked. This was inconvenient.
They have done away with Flatbread. The new wraps do not work for me. The flavor is no longer there.
I witnessed the owner((or manager) dark brown hair older woman)) belittle and degrade the workers. How disgusting. Never will I ever imagine spending one more dollar here. How awful of a human are you to treat your employees this. If you feel this comfortable to talk to them this way with customers in front of you, How do you speak when no one is around??? How disgusting are you. Shame on you. I hope they all quit. They deserve better than YOU!!!
I don't know if the brown haired lady is the manager here or not but her customer service is trash. Especially if she drops something and you don't want it afterwards. You can tell the 2 lazy ladies here because they are always doing less. There is nothing about eating fresh at this location. One lady is 2 busy watching the younger workers to make sure they don't give out a piece of anything extra so she'll have more to eat for herself. Karen's for sure!
I ordered the philly cheese steak, low quantity of everything. Felt like I was only eating bread for the first and last couple of bites. And there registers aren't working, was a big hassle just to pay. No Bueno
I stopped by here on my lunch break on May 2nd at 7:54, and they claimed to be closed. However, their website says they don't close until 9 pm. That's pretty frustrating.
I would like to say that most of there employees r childish I tried to place an order over the phone and they hung up in my face because I asked who I was speaking to then when I called back they had multiple otp yelling at me telling me I can’t place an order it’s childish they think just because we friends or they know me it’s okay to be disrespectful not kool would like love to speak to the manager because I still was told I couldn’t place an order over the phone
Terrible service, closed 30 minutes before actual closing time and already pre paid and the man in there wanted to fight with me about getting a refund so i lost money and didn’t get my sandwich.. DO BETTER!
the girl with glasses and blond hair was very rude. not good customer service at all. would not come back as long as she works here. this was on 11/2 around 2pm
The guy working here was rude when making our sandwich. Definitely do not recommend. He talked down to us and raised his voice. So I had to raise mine to hold my ground. Get food elsewhere, it’s not that hard to provide for customer service while making a sandwich. I’ve eaten at a lot of different places and have never left a negative review but this was something else.
Wasn't greeted by employee... he just looked at me until I ordered. When he did attempt to ask a question he was mumbling and we could not hear him.. the lady who claims to be the owner is very rude and unpleasant.. Sure wish we had a good sandwich shop in town... will never go to subway again.... I caution anyone who has the thought to go to subways in Brenham.... you will be very disappointed!!!!!!!!!
