KFC

KFC is honestly one of my favorites when I’m craving fried chicken. The chicken is always crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, especially the original recipe. Their mashed potatoes with gravy and biscuits are also really good,the biscuits are soft and buttery when they’re fresh. I’ll be back for sure!

1/27/26 Ordered chicken only on a Tuesday so automatically i took the 8 piece chicken deal but it turned out the chicken was not great at all, tried few pieces and sad really couldn’t enjoy them. 100% Not recommended the Tuesday 8 piece Chicken Deal. 12/2025 My past few experiences with this store was always great, one day in December, my online orders 1 order of chickens turned to double orders, but make it easy i took both of the orders. Nicholas who prepared my orders was professional, quick & friendly. Yes, i 10% recommended the KFC in Brentwood.

Marisa was great cashier and an excellent worker all around this paticular location is very clean. They are nice and very respectful, I highly recommend this place and there food was amazing.

I use to hate KFC. But this one in Brentwood puts all the KFCs in Stockton to shame. The chicken is fresh and hot and juicy. I love the chicken sandwich. Only thing I get with Mac . Mac and cheese is like creamy and amazing. Omg the chicken sandwich here put all of its competitors beat. I give it a 10/10. Best KFC in California.

We had the Tuesday Papa Burger special and were very impressed. The sandwich was loaded with lettuce, onions, and pickles. Who needs double patties? This combo was more than enough for under six bucks.

My chicken was dry & tough, ordering gravy as one of my sides comes in a rude small container. Their parking is very dark... Very irritating and I'm sure nervous people would be uncomfortable. Otherwise, the rest of order was normal. I ordered online which was quick and simple and the manager that grabbed my order was very friendly... plus the order was ready on time.

We ordered online and paid in advance… pickup our order and brought it home… The chicken was greasy in the bottom of the bucket and the chicken tenders were over cooked… the honey mustard was not included…..

Got a bucket of chicken and when I got home (10min away) I open the bucket to find the skin of the chicken was soggy, smelled like old oil and the legs tasted like they were refried as they were dry and soaked with oil. I have ordered here before and only had a small issue, this was maybe the worst I've had to deal with.

DISGUSTING! I ordered a 12 piece family meal through the drive through. For starters, the young lady on the headset was extremely rude. After ordering, I was told to pull to the front of the store to wait 5 minutes for my meal to be brought out. After 25 mins they finally brought out the WRONG meal. I then had to wait another 15 minutes for my correct meal to be brought out. After getting home, I realized that my chicken was undercooked as well as the biscuits. There was raw dough oozing out of the biscuits. I then brought the entire meal back to the location. I spoke to a manager about the issue. The manager then proceeded to reach her hands into my meal I had brought back. She pulled out a piece of chicken and ate it with her bare hands stating “It taste good”. This place is extremely disgusting. Horrible customer service and undercooked food. Will not be coming back.

It was plastic in my macaroni. I had to take it back. They gave me a refund, but still that is unacceptable. That was so disgusting and spoiled my appetite for the whole day.I’m

Original 2 piece meal. The chickens flavor was excellent. Unfortunately it was not cooked all the way. Much pink meat and not edible. I only ended up eating the small container of mashed potatoes and gravy. I think 5 more minutes cooking would of been perfect. Neither myself and my friend Rusty could eat the chicken. I don't think I will go back even though the chicken taste great. I cant eat raw chicken. $36.00 lost.

My family and I have been going to this KFC on Brentwood Blvd every week for the past 15 years. I know all the ladies who work there and have ordered the same items every week. Eating here was a lovely experience until Feb 3, 2026, when a new young woman at the counter (never seen before) said that the kitchen may have messed up my order and demanded that I check my order before I leave. I did as she asked and discovered there was indeed a mistake to the order, as I ordered an individual side of queso gravy, like I ordered every week for five months before. In this order, instead of an individual side of gravy, I was given a tiny sample of gravy the size of a quarter. When I pointed out that I didn't have the right gravy, the young woman began raising her voice at me and said I did. I went home and brought back the identical size gravy I bought the week before to show the woman, and she told me to eat the old gravy. I then asked for a refund for the mistake, and she laughed at me and said that I would never get a refund or money back from KFC. The manager refused to come over despite seeing me weekly for years and the young woman went to a back storage room not visible to the customers or the kitchen, and she brought me a barely filled individual size gravy that was filled in the back and was the consistency of water. I immediately threw it out because I don't trust what was created in the back, off camera. Someone should tell the young woman that you do NOT purposely mistreat your longtime customers. Never returning here again. Going to Popeyes, Dave's Hot Chicken and Angry Chickz instead.

When I came in I was told that it was a 25 minute wait for Original Chicken, Wings or Breast! I’ve never had to wait so long for food and service and I’ve eaten and ordered for over 50 years, and boy have they changed. Suffice it to say that I’ll never be back!
