Dunkin'

They always mess up my coffee I have to check it before I leave. I always get a large French vanilla 6 cream 6 sugar and it's never the same and I have to tell them to stir it otherwise the sugar is all at the bottom because they put it in before the coffee. And if you want a plain bagel or a crocaint you have to be there before 8am because they will be sold out. I even tried to order a plain bagel with cream cheese in the middle of the week at 5pm guess what they didn't have any. My two girls are the ones that want them and I love 1 minute away so now I call and ask if they have it before I go

Ordered on Grubhub… somehow the rating for my order was “skipped” so I’m posting it here. They haphazardly threw my sandwich in a bag. I had to reassemble it when my order got here. It wasn’t wrapped, and if you’re trying to save on paper or something that’s fine at least put the sandwich bottom at the bottom of the bag instead of throwing it in on its side so it gets to me in completely separated pieces… still ate it cause food is food… coffee tasted fine so it only gets 3 stars.

Every time my husband and I come here we either are served a wrong drink or cold food. Unimpressed by the quality of the food and beverages for what we pay. We will take our business elsewhere.

Unfortunately yesterday morning around 10:30am i overheard multiple of your female employees giggling about how they like to tell customers they are all out of certain things if they do not feel like making it. Lazy. And the food i was able to get was thrown together carelessly. coffee was good, they didn’t get that wrong ! but will definitely think twice before going to to this location again

Ordered online for pickup. Got a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and everything bagel bites. Arrived about 10 minutes after I ordered, waited in the drive thru line, pulled up for my order and was asked for money for my order which I paid for online. I told her this. She rudely asked her coworkers about it then shoved my order at me. No sorry for my mistake. No have a nice day. I open my order and my sandwich is burned to a crisp and the bagel bites freezing cold as if they weren't even cooked. I will NEVER order from this establishment again. Rude staff. Awful food.

Wake up wraps are burnt 50% of the time. It’s like eating a breakfast sandwich wrapped in tortilla chips.

I ordered a back n egg and cheese sandwich and it was burnt to the point I couldn’t eat it so I asked them to remake it and they gave me one even more burnt. Threw it out and left.

My granddaughter went inside since the drive in was really long. I saw people go in after her, come out and 10 minutes later she still hadn't come out. She ordered a latte and a donut. We waited an additional 5 minutes for her latte. I just don't understand with 5 people behind the counter what took that long. Maybe a manager can figure it out. Coffee and premade donuts should NOT take that long! Won't be back. 😡

Since when do you except tips last I new you guys get paid minimum wage not waitress wage I think that is rediculase. I think then everyone else who makes minimum wage should put a tip jar up there. Coffee there is high enough and now corporate wants the public to pay your salary.

The cashier was not only unfriendly but also gave me a cross contaminated cup. This is how I received it. I can’t drink this. Whats that blue stuff? I ordered a mocha latte last I checked there’s nothing blue in them. Personally this is a hazard and I won’t be returning to this Dunkin. Disgusting.

Just stopped by here today around 12:30. I’m not sure of the employee’s names but the service was terrible. My iced latte wasn’t made correctly and had whole milk when I had asked for skim. Then, I received 2 bagels that were barely toasted and there was some mystery substance in my cream cheese that was clearly not supposed to be there. Won’t be going back.

Honestly, service is pathetic, Tami was extremely rude to us, and when we asked for extra milk in our coffee, she said "WHATS WRONG NOW?!", our food was extremely dry, so we came back to ask for our money back, and she gave us extreme attitude, and screamed at us that she "couldn't give us change, because NO MANAGER WAS PRESENT", And proceeded to talk bad about me and my family, to another customer. She had been rude to me in the past, and most likely will continue to be in the future, she's not a good employee, and should be removed from your staff immediately.
