I had high expectations for Bobo's Cafe with its prime location and its friendly ambience. I ordered the Hot Chick sandwich with grilled chicken, and my companions ordered the Tommy Thickles grilled chicken with pickles and The Heritage sandwich with mayo, which was like a club sandwich. We dined outdoors at the tables provided. Fortunately, it wasn't too sunny as there was no umbrella for our table. The Hot Chick arrived with breaded chicken, so I pleasantly reminded the server that I had ordered grilled. A few minutes later, the sandwich arrived with blue cheese and cabbage slaw as promised. I . However, it fell short of my expectations. The chicken patty was near room temperature or maybe a touch cooler, and a bit rubbery. It appeared to have been grilled earlier in the day. The bread was a bit dry. I had asked for the hot honey on the side and frankly, it was much more sweet than hot so I did not put it on the sandwich. So, not exactly what I expected but I did enjoy the flavor of the chicken with the blue cheese. My companion said the turkey sandwich was "OK" and my other companion said the pickles were not really pickles but more like small cucumbers. I might return to try other sandwiches because the location and ambience are so nice and convenient to the train station in Chappaqua.

I love this place! I’ve been to the other locations and the food is fantastic! I love the healthy and gf options. Sadly the Arnold Palmer at this location is WAY too sweet. When I asked for more tea instead of lemonade they dumped it and gave me the exact same thing again and I could t even drink it. It was like pure sugar. Other than that, love the food quality. So happy to have another local location.

I came for a quick coffee meetup. I got the gingerbread latter with oat-milk. It was so creamy. The gingerbread pulled through but wasn’t overpowering. The place is small so be weary about when you come. It can get crowded, quick. Also, the parking is kind of weird. I wasn’t sure if I parked in the correct lot/area. LOL I would love to come back and try their food!

As a resident of Chappaqua, who frequently has to take the early morning train to the city for work, I recently started going to Bobo‘s instead of Starbucks in town, which is interesting since everybody who knows me knows that I am a Starbucks addict! I genuinely like how authentic bobo‘s iced lattes taste! However, the only thing I’m not too fond of is the fact that they charge extra for non-dairy milk. Even Starbucks stopped doing that a minute ago. I think it’s unfair that people who have Dietary restrictions, are lactose intolerant, and/or who are vegan have to pay more for the only milk that they can actually consume. Other than that, no complaints, definitely like how they taste, but would be nice if they could look into that. It’s not our fault we can’t drink regular cow milk!

It’s a very cute place. Love the decor and location near the Chappaqua train station. I came on a Saturday which gets busy since the cafe is also located near the town’s weekly farmer’s market. I still placed and received my order quickly. The reason I’m giving them 3 stars is their matcha latte. It’s made from a concentrate and it’s way too sweet for my taste. I asked if I could switch out my drink, and they were very understanding. The only other drink I would have on their menu was a chai latte, which was also made from a concentrate. I appreciate that they were transparent the second time I ordered, so I asked for less concentrate and more milk. Unfortunately, it was still way too sweet for me. The service was fantastic, but I probably won’t be returning here due to the lack of drink options, unfortunately.

It was a pretty hectic and loud spot, buzzing with people and chatter. The food and drinks were nothing fancy - just your standard grab-and-go kind. Staff would shout out your name as they weaved through tables to drop off orders. Definitely not the kind of place to kick back and savor your breakfast or sip a coffee in peace.

Food was really good. That’s not what I’m going to complain about even thought this employee thought I was complaining so this time I will be actually complaining . My boyfriend and I came in here for the first time. So far it was going good until they were taking long on my boyfriend’s sandwich. 25 minutes has passed I already got my food and he’s still waiting for his. We both come up politely and asked to see how long it was going to take. We didn’t complain at all nor got mad at the employees. They apologized and brought out his food. Another lady with really dyed black hair asked to see if we needed help. I POLITELY declined and said out issue was being taken care of thank you. I then ordered another to go order and sat and we ate while waiting. After they called my name I came up to grab the food. The same black haired girl then yells to the kitchen “ Joe this is the order to the people that were complaining” in front of everyone. I find it very rude and disrespectful. Not once we were complaining about anything. For her to say that out loud and make it seem like I’m an asshole upset me so much. Not once was out husband and I were comparing about this food taking too long. Just wanted to know how much longer it was going to take. Very disappointed in my first experience with you guys. I did really want to enjoy it. I don’t know who Joe is but that’s the only name I heard the girl say. I never caught hers but tomorrow I will come in again and catch her name and leave another review.

Someone needs a proper training. 8 (?) oz cup with macchiato coffee was half way empty without milk! This place is overcrowded. Regret to step in for a cup of coffee and regret to leave a tip.

I was waiting in line to place my order, and the cashier was chatting and laughing with two young women who had already ordered. Meanwhile, two long lines of customers were waiting, including myself and my child. It was frustrating, especially since I was in a bit of a hurry. So I ended up just walking out. I’ve had other experiences there with the staff where they weren’t so friendly so I will not be going back. It’s a shame because I really like their food and drinks.
