Thus location always over charges you. They argue, then they realize they are wrong. Last, they give you less than what they should. I will never return there 3 times over the last 2 years I've been there and something is over charged.

99% of the people that work here have terrible attitudes. My order always gets messed up somehow. Just go to a different Dunkin.

I live near this dunkin location and have never really had a problem but the service and attitude from the afternoon crew is UNBELIEVABLE. The staff throws out any coffee and so to avoid this I would tell them exactly how to make it. Still it would taste like bitter iced coffee and they would hand it to me with coffee spilled all over the top. I’m not one for confrontation but they get an attitude over doing their jobs even if you ask them to fix a simple mistake politely. A young man who works there was literally talking about me while I was waiting at the window for them to fix my order. It is the afternoon crew that brings down the whole establishment. BEWARE: I had a cup filled with ice and there was black specks floating in the ice and in the bottom of the cup - I think there ice machine is very dirty and this can make people sick

The staff in this location (except for a few) are super miserable and rude. The place is empty why are you angry? I always say if you hate your job do not work for the public. The food was so burned, I could not eat. I did not bother to go back inside because they were fooling around too much.

Placed a drive thru order in the morning and only 3 cars were in front me, took a while, so I exited the drive thru and came inside to place just for a coffee. Couple of employees are slow and were arguing with manager just to make a coffee!!! I have to say manager was doing as every manager does , being calm and finishing the orders. I missed the train because of this, not every customer has a time to wait!! Will think twice to stop here!!

Workers are incredibly rude. Discriminate against people based on race and gender. Would not let me use the restroom despite being a paying customer simply because I was a man. Saw multiple females use the restroom but they wouldn’t let me have the key,

The WORST Dunkin’ donuts EVER! How is this fast food and cannot pick up the phone. ALSO, the nerve of toasting my bagel WITHOUT adding cream cheese.

The people are super sweet, but 3 times already, I've ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and only got a croissant. I figured it out after I left and had to drive all the way back to get it fixed today I got a croissant packed full of cheese. 3 times no discount, I'm paying for a sandwich I didn't get and had to drive back to have it replaced. I'm getting breakfast elsewhere

We have waited for bagel and cream cheese for 15 minutes in slow time. They forgot to make the order and once we remind them they still took 10 minutes which is awful 😞

Unfortunately for the owners, this is the worst DD I’ve ever been to. SLOW, unorganized employees. The shorter, older lady usually at the register is always rude and condescending. I don’t understand how you can have 6-7 people behind the counter and still have to wait 10 or more minutes for a coffee and a bagel.??? Also, everyone is always engaging in personal conversations rather than getting the customers orders processed quickly. My lunch break is a half hour, I don’t want to waste half of that waiting for a very simple order with rude, unprofessional and unfriendly staff. The owner should shut it down, hire new people and provide better training.
