Sometimes I work in Bridgeport and of course when you work hard, you might need a nice cup of coffee.. These guys get me in and out of the line pretty fast and they make a good cup of coffee.

Dunkin’ raising its prices post Covid have rendered a lot of the locations in NYC “not worth it.” There, Mom and pop spots reign supreme. But I have to say, at this Dunkin’, everything was fresh, the staff was prompt and fun, and the location was clean. Great experience

Always fresh donuts no matter what time we happen to stop in. Great location. Always a pleasurable experience. Other shops ( Main Street ) don't even serve donuts after a certain hour perhaps because it's not cost effective . But not here. Great location surrounded by many stores , shops , restaurants , diners etc., Once in a blue moon we will get a rude service person that has a bit of an attitude but I get that because I was once young and arrogant . But for the most part you're served with a smile....Assumed this was the Tunxis Hill location . Apologies . Lafayette boulevard by the State Trooper Barracks was " A Walk to Remember " with Brenda , only without Mandy Moore and the good looking young rebellious kid who turned his life around

I've been visiting this Dunkin for 10+ years. The staff are wonderful and the service is very fast. I don't know what happened to other reviewers. I know all of the workers and they're all great. Occasionally a new worker can be a little slow, maybe, but who isn't when training on the job?

Cool place. The ladies that work behind the counter at night are great! Ask for extra seasoning on top of your avocado toast and extra bacon.

I came here in the morning around 7:40’ish the service is so great!Best qualities,very clean,and peaceful and everyone is really polite.I loved my experience here :) The food is also really good,very well cooked and my iced latte was really good as well!

Way better than the Dunkin in Stratford on Honeyspot Road. The staff are lively and make you feel important. The sandwiches are very hot and fresh, the bacon is cooked completely and they don’t have an attitude serving you like the one in Stratford. This is my go to Dunkin no matter if I have to drive 10 minutes to and back.

I have went to the Dunkin' Donuts in the past. But I didn't stay long some years ago a few weeks ago I went to the Dunkin' Donuts with a gift card and I wanted to treat my friends as some coffee. I really, really wanted French cruller donuts 🍩. But it wasn't in my gift card budget.At the time I may come back for those donuts. But anyway the manager was very nice Call a worker at the Cash register was Busy, making sure her draw was straight. I didn't want to bother her. I was waiting for her to look up. The manager gave me the attention. I needed and I help me to get the coffee and lunch that I was able to afford. He was very helpful and gets 5 stars in customer service with me. I will be coming back. When I have time to sit down, drink coffee. And relax and get those donuts that I must thank you to the manager at this particular location. You are awesome. I highly recommend this Dunkin'. Donuts, they are fishing and all. The customers seem to be calm and not anxious about their orders. And the food was. Good. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant with coffee a cappuccino. And hash Browns, everything was delicious and of course, in Dunkin' Donuts style, it came out fast the food. So everything excellent.I will be visiting again in.I highly recommend this duncan donuts in bridgeport! 🍩💭😃💗😋😍🤔❤️

This is by far my favorite DD. I go here 7 days a week. Rena is always happy, upbeat and helpful. The overnight crew seems to change often but the female overnight manager is GREAT!!!

Drive thru available but no outdoor seating, easy_on_easy_off from exit 1 of state route 8/25 connector.This is located in a busy downtown strip mall with plenty of parking.The inside space is spacious, comfy and good for groups or for dining alone. Unisex restroom available inside.

The finest barista’s work here at this establishment. They always greet me with a smile and send me off with delicious coffee.

This DD is pretty good 😊 drive-through moves pretty quickly, and the people on the inside are normally nice, just focus more on your service to the customers, and not holding conversations with their co workers🥴 we shouldn't have to WAIT, for you to complete your conversation; people have things to do & work to head out to( just saying)

Got my order wrong. Ordered thru the App, I picked up, checked receipt - got home opened the bag.. my double bacon egg & cheese texas toast sandwich had turned into an everything bagel with egg and cheese. I was not happy. Also, I wasn't able to go back and fix it.. stuff to do, ya know ?

The cleanliness of this dunkin is terrible. The bathroom sink looks broken and there was gross stuff everywhere, including in the rest of the dunkin. Nothing a little sweeping every so often couldn’t fix 🤷‍♀️

Some days are good, some days are bad. It just depends on what day you go and what staff you get. Most part they've always been nice.

The place has low amount of workers vs the amount of people that comes everyday I will not lie. Its mostly good days for me when I go there, yet the reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is due to the factor this place is known to either give out the wrong food items. I cannot eat Bacon or any red meat food items due to my dieting reasons, and the fact was I order an item to have veggies with egg white, no meat no cheese as stated on my order receipt, since I was in a rush to go to work I didn't have time to pre check my bag this trip. Upon opening the bad I seen that the cooks gave me an item with no veggies, But with meat and cheese. I had to throw out the item and cannot take it back as it stands since I will be busy today (as of writing this email). I am pointing this out since their is alot of office workers that goes to this place and some of which has the same diet as me or allergies and to add something in ones food or drink like this even as a mistake can be harmful depending on the situation. I u derstand this place has low amount of workers but they should hire more people to help out in this dunkin donuts since it is popular especially during weekdays mornings.

I am a everyday customer of dunkin who always gets the same exact drink everytime which is a specific order. A large Iced caramel latte made with whole milk and 10 pumps of caramel light ice. I know how it should not only taste but even look. we origionally went through the drive-through and the order was completely wrong, my husband pulled around parked and went in and asked them to fix it they tried to spruce up the same drink they had originally given us and handed him a side cup of only caramel mind you this is a almost $6 drink. It was still wrong so I went in to have them completely remake it and was given attitude and impatience. This is a location that is located downtown Bridgeport and very high traffic. Needless to say they should be able to follow direction and make a simple drink the 1st time correctly. I will no longer give my money to this location and advise people to go to the downtown location on John street if in the area and in need of a coffee.

I’d give 1 star but one of the drive thru ladies is incredibly polite and helpful. That second star is just for her. Otherwise this place is a dump and the other employees are rude and ignorant.

The coffee is fine but service is always on the slower side, always seems a little hectic behind the counter. I regular have wait times between 10-15 minutes with only four people in line. Staff is always pleasant and seem like they are trying their best. More of a management / staffing issue

Worst customer service I've ever gotten so far from a Dunkin. Some of the employees there are rude, stock up and im sure racist. The way they were towards other customers before me in line was alot kinder "thank you" "how are you" and a smile, the tipical things you expect. This is probably one of the worst DD's I've been to. This may have ruined my DD experience all together. The donuts were semi stale and my coffee tasted like it had been sitting all night and just got warmed up and served. That may not seem like such a big deal to anyone else but I have been a huge DD fan and have never been so dissatisfied until moving to Bridgeport.

Been going here for about a week straight trying to get a vanilla chi but everytime I go they always say the machine is down when I know it's really not and since I go after work which is 11 or 12 midnite there's really no one to complain too I guess it's what they wanna give you not what the paying customer wants

This Has to be the most unprofessional disrespectful Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. They constantly burn the food and as many people that works in there in the morning they’re slow as hell. I purchased a bacon wake up wrap the wrap was burnt. The cashier was upset that I said the it was burnt and start going back-and-forth with another person in the store and then told me with an attitude that the wrap is not burnt it’s because I placed a mobile order that the cheese is melted. I don’t know if she passed or failed chemistry but cheese melting due to heat and cheese being burnt and turning brown are totally different. The tortilla was hard. The cheese was hard and brown burnt to a Crisp Her attitude was so disgusting. I said you know what I’m a come inside. It’s funny how people take your kindness and your soft face for weakness. When I walked inside the Dunkin’ Donuts it was totally different from the male employee who was trying to be hyped up to the lady that was at the drive-through window , don’t judge a book by its cover because everybody is not out here playing .

By far the worst DD I’ve ever been to!!! I now drive an extra 15 mins out of my way just to avoid going to this one. Which is very sad seeing as it’s two blocks away from my home. The staff there, with the exception of maybe 3, are CONSISTENTLY rude and have a nasty tone/disposition when dealing with customers. They get my order wrong 8/10 times a week and you have to ASK for your receipt. If they don’t feel like making substitutions or putting the extra effort into making your order how you want, they’ll tell you that they don’t have the item. They also like to rush you while ordering, so much so that you’re more likely to forget what you wanted in the first place. Very rude to older customers that may need more time to place an order. They’re also very slow both inside and at the drive up window. The younger staff have more customer service skills than the management and I speak from experience!!

This dunkin donuts has no type of management. Went through the drive thru today to place my order this morning and was told they are not able to prep any food because they ran out of gloves. Not sure who’s running the show there but they are obviously not being attentive to the necessary needs of daily items that required to do the job. To add to that the service is quite slow even just to get a coffee you will wait at least 15-20 minutes.

Waited for the drive thru around 3:30 pm ordered an iced latte and an egg and cheese croissant. The employee let out a loud “ughhhh” sound. We apologized for visiting the business and left. Sorry for the inconvenience we went to another location.

Don’t waste your time going here if you want a latte. It’s been three weeks trying to get one and they are constantly complaining that the night shift is not cleaning the machine for the morning shift - therefore, no lattes available. Someone is being lazy and the owner or manager should be paying attention to this, they are going to lose a lot of morning customers including myself. i’ve come every morning for 15 years -no more!! I’m making my colleagues aware of this as well.

Came in to pick up my mobile order and they weren’t busy. Was left standing no one asked me anything for like 5 minutes. Then I tell them I’m there for my order, they start making it. A woman behind the counter starts prepping my bagel and grabs her phone with her gloves on and continues to make the order and other orders. I tell them that I no longer want the bagel and explain why and she yells it’s one less thing to make. It’s disgusting and the attitude isn’t warranted.

Just left the drive thru at this location. Although I had stopped visiting this location due to lack of customer service I was pleasantly surprised by the young lady today. Very courteous and excellent customer service skills! That was my original review but after the lack of professionalism by the manager on today i had to bring it down to a 1 star! Line out the door 7 employees behind the counter and only one register open. When asked why there was only one the manager gave an attitude and replied because there is only one instead of asking other employees to assist the one cashier

Placed a drive thru order in the morning and only 3 cars were in front me, took a while, so I exited the drive thru and came inside to place just for a coffee. Couple of employees are slow and were arguing with manager just to make a coffee!!! I have to say manager was doing as every manager does , being calm and finishing the orders. I live near this dunkin location and have never really had a problem but the service and attitude from the afternoon crew is UNBELIEVABLE. The staff throws out any coffee and so to avoid this I would tell them exactly how to make it. Still it would taste like bitter iced coffee and they would hand it to me with coffee spilled all over the top. I’m not one for confrontation but they get an attitude over doing their jobs even if you ask them to fix a simple mistake politely. A young man who works there was literally talking about me while I was waiting at the window for them to fix my order. It is the afternoon crew that brings down the whole establishment. BEWARE: I had a cup filled with ice and there was black specks floating in the ice and in the bottom of the cup - I think there ice machine is very dirty and this can make people sick

The people are super sweet, but 3 times already, I've ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and only got a croissant. I figured it out after I left and had to drive all the way back to get it fixed today I got a croissant packed full of cheese. 3 times no discount, I'm paying for a sandwich I didn't get and had to drive back to have it replaced. Unfortunately for the owners, this is the worst DD I’ve ever been to. SLOW, unorganized employees. The shorter, older lady usually at the register is always rude and condescending. I don’t understand how you can have 6-7 people behind the counter and still have to wait 10 or more minutes for a coffee and a bagel.??? Also, everyone is always engaging in personal conversations rather than getting the customers orders processed quickly. My lunch break is a half hour, I don’t want to waste half of that waiting for a very simple order with rude, unprofessional and unfriendly staff. The owner should shut it down, hire new people and provide better training.
