Fast, friendly, convenient and plenty to choose from. What I like the most is the smell of flame broiled burgers as I walk from the parking lot to the store. I also prefer tomatoes on my burgers which you will never find on a Big Mac. BK's fries are 1000x better than McDonald's. Great customer service at this location.

I never thought a franchise can be different from other branches. This particular BK serves french fries and chicken nuggets with such perfect temperature and crispiness. So good and still wanting to visit again.

Burger king coupons are the bees knees I got a abnormality of bi-weekly mailed burger kings coupons at my house😂. Don't go there unless you have them. PRO TIP: (if you forget them look it up online and say the number on top right THEY DONT CHECK IT) I might get repercussions putting that online but I tried it to be true, Good luck! (Even without coupons your paying 20$ for multiple people better than 50$ at McDonalds!) I feel like I'm buying a steak dinner)

I did online and picked up at the Burger King on Connecticut Avenue. It was fast and great customer service.

My experience here has been great as I got my order almost soon after I had placed it. The prices were also good as it would have costed more in other chains and the food tasted great.

I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food places but I noticed people left reviews that the staff are rude etc. it’s the complete opposite and they’re the nicest people. When my finance and I ordered it was predominantly Latina/Latino staff so I’m assuming either the nasty reviews are people they don’t identify with (if you understand what I mean) or it was different staff on those days. The cashier was a precious younger boy who was just super friendly. The manager came out and pet my dog and was so lovely. Great staffing!

I love almost all items: such as the impossible Burger they have On now, the ice coffee on summer, the fries are awesome.....I can keep going thru the menu but today I got a hot coffee cuz I am feeling cold, but sadly, I regret it, it was burned and tasteless, really made me feel incomplete, throw half and I never do that

Good place to satisfy a quick bite. Can’t give a definite in-store experience because I focus on drive-thru most of the time but it’s just like any other Burger King. Since this particular establishment is a franchise keep in mind of the sauce charges. Overall worth a quick bite!

Have only visited this restaurant one time. Would go there again though. On our visit the food was cooked exactly right, much better than our expectations, not dry or overcooked. Feel the back of house staff had done really well. Beyond that, restaurant is medium size, fairly busy but no problem to get a table, some customers were staff from the other local shops which again suggests they do a consistently good job.

Disregarding the fact that my online order only started being made when I arrived in person, the food actually tasted fresh and delivered on the Whopper craving I get every blue moon. Probably the best Burger King in the state.

It’s fast food, meets expectations. Service is fast and there is always a seat, free refills, fries are amazing as always and the burgers have that burger king special taste to them that’ll never get old. Bathrooms are kept squeaky clean which is always a plus, and the drive through is clear and nice, no rushing or going on and on about “this or that” offer. The place definitely used to have more personality in decor, unfortunately now it’s just like every other modernized spot. But we’re here for the food, not decorations. ESPECIALLY with a coupon, you can’t go wrong.

Like a time capsule that hasn't changed since the first time i stepped inside the store back when Obama was president. Which for me is a good thing. They probably did change stuff but not enough for me to care. The food is correct every time I order it. The employees are always polite. And the drive-thru when I go is either fast or there's no lines at all. It could be because I go at random times but I'm not complaining. The dining room is clean and the bathrooms as well. There were a few times when there was a mess in the soda and ketchup section but that was when it was so busy inside the staff couldn't get away from the front long enough to clean that area. (But people should really not be dirty in the first place anyway) I've never had problems with this place so I'll keep going here. Especially since Wendy's shrinkflation happened.

Not bad for a burger joint. Limited drink selection for those that don't drink soda. Felt the size of the drink was excessive. The fries were definitely a step in the right direction.

Speedy team get your food relatively quickly but I got a love hate relationship with this place free wifi couldn't work for me and my food was Luke warm on more than one occasion stick to the fried food and your fine or order a burger off the grill.

I went in today to purchase food so that I can get the promo for the PlayStation 5. I asked about 5 times to the girl at the Window and she had no idea what I was talking about even though there is a massive promo going on for it. She made me buy a little booklet with coupons for a dollar and I still didn’t get anything to enter in the promo. Epic fail on Burger King, I just wish I could have gotten a chance to get a free PlayStation 5.

I then rushed to the toilet where I proceeded to have green, chunky, liquid diarrhea on the walls and floor. I was immediately kicked out while I was doing some serious wiping, and was sentenced to 4 hours of jailtime. Highly disgusting, the linen from the seats were broken. The restaurant stunk like old oil, and the food wasn't fresh. When my family and I left the place we all smelled like nasty old oil..never again!

Ordered the whopper junior meal for $7.89. Got a hamburger 2.5 inches in diameter, and a bucket of coke. I was actually charged $9.50, with $.60 in tax. I don’t know what kind of common core math is going on behind the counter, but that doesn’t add up.

Customer service stunk! !! I was shamed by the employee for asking for s also for my breakfast burrito. I want what I want, and I paid for it so give it to me without nasty temarks!!!

Made a simple error in my order ( forgot my kids chicken nuggets and a hot dog ) when I returned for the correction only a few minutes later I was given an attitude and made to feel like I was a problem. The desk person was very friendly so I asked to speak to the manager...the angry employee ended up allegedly being the manager and refused to even acknowledge me and would only continue to talk about me to the young lady at the counter!!! I would not recommend this location to anyone especially with a multitude of choices nearby.

At lunchtime. The customer service was curt borderline rude, the onion rings were not only partially undercooked but they were also cold. And the sandwich was lukewarm at best. The fries also tasted like they were missing some seasoning or something.

Staff has an attitude, ordered a whopper meal fresh from the broiler with cheese. Was colder than the soda and I paid for cheese, even came wrapped as with cheese but there wasn't any! Never go to this location again.

Most likely won't go back to this location. Honestly, at the time I didn't realize it was so close to closing, but I knew it was late so I thought I would just wait and give the staff a moment to answer, but nope. I was sitting behind two other cars to place an order, and once it was my turn there was nothing, no response, no "sorry we're closed"..nothing. I get turning stuff off so you can leave sooner... But if you see a someone waiting there at the lit menu... Toss a headset on and let them know that you're closed. Once the other cars left I drove up to the window to ask and the response I received was "Oh..Sorry..ya we're closed." ..Yet you took two orders right before me... I'll still go to a burger king from time to time, but just the disrespect will keep me away from this location. Also, they tried to tell me that if the lights are off that means their closed..but psst... The lights were still on...

If you're not Spanish, you get no service.. I'm waiting at the counter to place my order waiting for the staff to stop running from drive thru to counter, when a young Spanish girl walks up.they immediately stop running to see what she wants and proceeded to go get whatever item she was asking for..then went back to what they were doing.never acknowledged that I was even there...

I witness a customer yelling at While placing her order at the drive through . I was behind her waiting to place my order ,the same way she spoke to the person in front that's how she talked to me. The first shift manager was ignorant. I specifically said, "I want a wopper junior; he didn't put it down. But when I confronted him after I saw he didn't put it in after receiving my receipt, he says "you didn't order a wopper junior" shaking his head looking stupid because i actually did order it. On the commercials Burger King vows for safety for their employees in the public and they say all employees wear gloves and or protective gear and it’s minimum contacts with the customers. If that’s the case the Burger King i’m Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk Connecticut is not following protocol. When I went thru the drive thru the manager who was attending the take out window did not have a mask or gloves on nor did I see him wash his hands between costumers. Safe to say this particular burger kind does not follow rules or regulations and DO NOT CARE FOR THE EMPLOYEES OR PUBLICS SAFETY...
