I have hit Starbucks all over the country but the little lady at the window here this evening made my day with her kind words. She went out of her way and she deserves a little recognition, even if just a Google review. When traveling back through I will definitely stop again!

Emily and the team here are fast, friendly and most importantly know how to pull an espresso so it’s not bitter or watery. This spot is busy for a reason. Be patient. It’s worth the wait. All Starbucks are not created equal. This one is worth the stop.

It’s your typical Starbucks in the best way possible. Very friendly staff and quick service. I will warn that the drive-through can get very busy very quickly as this is located on a major road. Often times it can be quicker to just park up and pop-in to the store to pickup your mobile order. If you do go through the drive-through, please note that there is no left turn out of it. Not only is it not allowed, but it’s incredibly dangerous trying to cross multiple lanes of traffic with very little visibility.

It's the little things sometimes, I swear. Like when I ask "light ice", I actually don't expect my cup to be loaded with ice cubes that my drink can barely find its way through. Also, I know that this is going to sound snobbish, but boy, the quality of their ice is so much better. Size does matter ;) This location, unlike others, has never failed me. It could be because they're not as busy as the spot in Norwalk on CT ave. That might have to do also with the Starbucks street pole that is actually not on the street at all and, by the time you notice it, you've already passed it, so now you're not gonna turn around because the punch'in machine at work doesn't care about your reason to be late. It just marks you mercilessly as tardy. Thing is, for those who are going to sigh and say "Ugh, white people problems" or "Rich folks entitlement" as I see sometimes as a reply to a complaint, I'll tell you this: I'm a blue collar gal :) who works sometimes 60 hours a week and then some. So yeah, if my biggest treat to myself is a (n)ice quad espresso, then so be it: I'll be snooty about it. Life is too short to use flimsy toilet paper.

I walked to this Starbucks while I was waiting for my car to get fixed and ordered a Cafe Mocha. It was pretty busy since it was 8:30am in the morning but the employees were working very hard to get orders out. The coffee was great and was exactly what I needed. Overall, I was very happy with the service and coffee. Giving this Starbucks five out of five stars.

The team at this location are so friendly so welcoming and so fun to visit. They are efficient and professional, and I can’t imagine a better Starbucks. And special shout out to the manager Sabrina who makes this a very fun place to visit all the time.❤️

I believe it was an good experience. However, the menu for drive thru is so small. It's very difficult to be able to read the Starbucks refreshers flavors or any flavor options if you are a new customer.

Every time I go into this location to attempt to sit and enjoy my drink, it’s always so uncomfortably cold at this location that’s why I only gave 2 stars for atmosphere. I have to wear my coat while I have my drink and my drink gets so cold by the time I start to drink it. Also, not sure why my iced drinks always have so much ice even though I indicate “light ice” on my order. Other than these 2 issues, this location has friendly helpful baristas for an inviting atmosphere.

I getting coffee there because it is close to my job, but it is always waiting in line Compare to other Starbucks. People always waiting at the window, it is taking long to get your order. They have nice lady there, I don’t know her name but she is sweetheart, everybody els looks always tired and not happy to be at work. Just because of this lady I gave you 4 starts, I understand not every person have a great day and have problems, but you guys at work and all your problems should stay behind the door. Like today I was thinking to buy a vanilla scone, but girl at the window without even checking said, I think we sold out😒you don’t have to think, just check.

Nice staff, but the same organization issues still persist here for years. I FREQUENTLY have to ask for a MISSING ITEM, regardless if order in-person or via mobile, but the drive-thru has been reliable yet inconvenient because of traffic if you don't leave going towards the 7/i95 connector. Plus they don't always LABEL ITEMS, even when busy, which is annoying.

My order was incorrect the last 3 times I went there. The employees were gossiping with each other and it was easy to see how they were making mistakes. I will go back to using the app instead of ordering over the counter or drive thru as I hadnt had the problem that way.

The orders always come out good, but it always seems to be a long wait: mornings, afternoons, weekdays, weekends - doesn't matter. The issue is that they have a long wait for drive thru orders and cater to order in advance customers making it slower for walk-ins.

Service is usually great but this location always messes up my order. Last time I ordered the new dairy free cookie matcha thing and the whole drink was white with no hint of green, and it tasted like milk and cookie crumbles...they forgot the MATCHA lmao...the time before that I asked for ice and they put it in the hot cup...the label even said ICED...good customer service but please put in more effort to get orders right

The food & drink quality was good. However, the service took a very long time for my breakfast sandwich. And when we asked for napkins, they were out of napkins. They gave us paper towels from the bathroom. The bathroom we used was very dirty and was out of toilet paper.

I usually like this location but I was so disappointed today. The store wasn’t too busy today, and they didn’t have my sandwich for pickup quite ready yet (which is okay i totally understand what it’s like to work in retail and do pickups) I was waiting for a while and the worker making sandwiches puts down one on the pickup tray, so I asked “oh is that one for Emma?” (me) and the worker says to me “No, that’s for me” So rude :(

I come to this location often and am normally happy with the service and drinks, but today was a different today. I went through the drive through and ordered a creme brûlée latte. I came home, took the lid off and realized and my was barely full

Second time in about 6 months I called to have a coffee traveler box ready in advance . Both times, the coffee box was not ready and I had to wait just making my meeting in time. I even stressed that I needed the coffee ready by 3:30 and was assured it would be. The website does not allow for more than a few minutes of of advance ordering that's why I called. Not only that, but the employees all but totally ignore the people who walk into the cafe. Their only priority is the drive up window. Starbucks management should make sure everyone is taken care of properly.

Did the hours change for this location? Online it says 8pm. I go to the drive up at 7:15 and no one responds. I go to the window and the employees keep walking past the window as if Im not there. I finally get there attention, they look at me and continue about their business. Very rude. If they are indeed closed and changed their hours they could have just come to the window and said that instead of being rude.

Ordered the wrong item in the drive through. I went in and told them it was wrong and wanted to give the correct order. The three ladies completely ignored me and when i asked them if i should just cancel they said yes, please do that.. I was shocked. I went to the Stamford location on High Ridge and they were were amazing and provided excellent service. Please send them to Stamford to train them on customer service

Ordered an ice tea with 3 Splenda on the side. Got an ice with the Splenda in it. I told the drive thru cashier. She took it back made me another without shaking it but no biggie. My issue is when she looked at me and said “next time order it like that so we make jt right.” i politely said( life is too short to be a jerk about ice tea) “miss I did order it with the Splenda on the side”. She said well I didn’t hear you. Phew who pissed in her cornflakes.

Waiting in the drive thru for about 10 minutes got to the order mic and no one responded to me for another 10 minutes I got to the window and Ali said to me it’s not my problem your going to have to go around Then I said I’m not waiting another 20 minutes that’s ridiculous he again said not my problem I don’t have to help you I’ve told 3 other people today they have to go around if no one took ur order. Absolutely horrible experience Ali was rude and seemed like enjoyed telling me “not my problem you can go” clearly he’s got an attitude problem And If I’m one of 4 people who didn’t get helped you would think the issue is with staff not with the customer … suffice to say I will never be returning here and encourage others to follow suit. I usually pop into Starbucks to grab a drink and take a meeting, but call me old, but this was the loudest Starbucks I have ever been to. They music was way too loud, and the staff was singing at the top of their lungs? I never heard them call my name when my food was ready, and in the end they were too busy singing and having fun to actually toast my bagel or provide butter. Asked for a napkin, but they never filled the hopper. Must say this was one of the worst examples of a Starbucks crew I have ever seen.

I spend money at this location all year round, and was denied a pup cup for my dog today. They said I had to purchase food or drinks to get a spray of whip cream for my dog. Very very bad business. Not to mention rude, and usually there’s a giant line bc the service is slow. Terrible. Do not recommend.

Came by to this starbucks this morning and parked up while I scrolled the app to see what I wanted . 2 cars pulled in and I decided to get into the line , the cars move up and I am still scrolling the app to see what drink I specially want , I move u up to the speaker and tell the girl I have an order to the app that I am about to place , she tells me I cannot put the order in because they have so many other orders and my order won’t come out in time , she tells me to go inside , loop back around or order thru the speaker with her I tell her I can wait for it and she keeps saying no , to either go inside , loop around the drive way again or order with her because of the other orders they have other orders, at this point I’m so caught off guard so I’m hesitant but as for a sandwich and a matcha latte with oat milk . I get the food the sandwich is cold and the latte was so bitter , I felt so rushed to order with her and didn’t get the time to ask for what I truly wanted specifically the drink . I am so disappointed and upset I waisted almost $13 on this order because unfortunately it had to go in the trash , I have never had any issues with the other Starbucks in Norwalk that I have been to but this one on Main Ave was just disappointing .

Terrible service. I arrived today at around 6:30 in the afternoon with my brother to this place and the people who were there at the checkout didn't even say hello, how can I help you or ask if we were going to order. I was practically standing there watching them say at what time they were going to take my order, but they completely ignored us. They were more like talking, laughing and not doing their job and the place was not busy. They should put more serious people at the Starbucks stands.

Disappointing. Went to this location, September 21 5:13 pm. Ordered Two of the same drinks that are made with cold foam. Once we received the drinks at drive-through, I noticed there wasn’t any cold foam, It looked like bubbly milk at the top of the coffee, and I immediately told the cashier at the window that the drink did not look right and he proceeded to ask me what doesn’t look right about the drink and I said the cold foam and his response was we ran out out of heavy cream so they decided to put milk and attempt to froth The milk Which obviously was not the same texture or consistency, and it changed the taste of the drink. The drink consist of oat milk and a good amount of milk they added diluted the drink and it wasn’t enjoyable very upsetting. If you’re running out of the proper ingredients, that you need to make a signature drink that is on your menu. The proper adequacy would be to tell the Customer so they can decide for themselves how they would like to move forward, especially when spending 7+ dollars on a single drink. We ended up throwing those drinks in the trash and headed to Starbucks on Connecticut Avenue where we had to place a new order and pay for the drinks again and when I spoke to the barista at this location, she said Main Avenue should’ve been very transparent and shouldn’t have made the drink if they didn’t have the proper ingredients Don’t substitute without asking the Customer first I guess this is a lesson.

I usually love coming to Starbucks, the drinks are great and it’s convenient. But lately, the experience has been really disappointing because of the staff. They’re not openly rude, but they have this passive-aggressive, superior attitude that makes the whole place feel uncomfortable. It’s like they think they’re too good to be there, and that energy really shows in the way they interact with customers. What makes it even more awkward is how they gossip and laugh between each other while looking over at guests. It’s hard not to feel self-conscious because it definitely feels that way with the way they keep glancing and cracking up. It creates such an unwelcoming vibe, especially when all you’re trying to do is grab a coffee in peace. And then there’s the tipping issue. I completely understand that tips matter, and I always tip when it’s earned, but when the service is unfriendly or careless, it’s frustrating to feel that expectation. Especially when you’re just picking up a to-go order and they barely acknowledge you. What really crossed the line for me was paying in cash and not getting my change back. The short cashier lady working on the DT 10/31/25 around 7:50am literally kept it without even asking, like it was automatically theirs. It wasn’t about the amount, it’s about the principle. You don’t just take someone’s money because you assume you’re entitled to it. I love the drinks and the brand, but honestly, the attitude and lack of respect from the staff have completely ruined the experience.

I spend money at this location all year round, and was denied a pup cup for my dog today. They said I had to purchase food or drinks to get a spray of whip cream for my dog. Very very bad business. Not to mention rude, and usually there’s a giant line bc the service is slow. Terrible. Do not recommend.

Came by to this starbucks this morning and parked up while I scrolled the app to see what I wanted . 2 cars pulled in and I decided to get into the line , the cars move up and I am still scrolling the app to see what drink I specially want , I move u up to the speaker and tell the girl I have an order to the app that I am about to place , she tells me I cannot put the order in because they have so many other orders and my order won’t come out in time , she tells me to go inside , loop back around or order thru the speaker with her I tell her I can wait for it and she keeps saying no , to either go inside , loop around the drive way again or order with her because of the other orders they have other orders, at this point I’m so caught off guard so I’m hesitant but as for a sandwich and a matcha latte with oat milk . I get the food the sandwich is cold and the latte was so bitter , I felt so rushed to order with her and didn’t get the time to ask for what I truly wanted specifically the drink . I am so disappointed and upset I waisted almost $13 on this order because unfortunately it had to go in the trash , I have never had any issues with the other Starbucks in Norwalk that I have been to but this one on Main Ave was just disappointing .

Terrible service. I arrived today at around 6:30 in the afternoon with my brother to this place and the people who were there at the checkout didn't even say hello, how can I help you or ask if we were going to order. I was practically standing there watching them say at what time they were going to take my order, but they completely ignored us. They were more like talking, laughing and not doing their job and the place was not busy. They should put more serious people at the Starbucks stands.
