It probably wasn’t something I’m proud to admit, but somehow in our brief discussion ended up talking about a mutual experience, something I’m dealing with at the moment and her ability to connect and empathize with me really made my day better. Thanks for being so kind, I would highly recommend a promotion for her hard work and dedication to customer service and engagement.

Well, this guy's name is Rich he calls the two clients in front of me by their names and address me by my name after 3 months of absence. He treats every client exceptionally. If I were the owner d promoted him to manager or training for it. It s the first time this happens to me. Exceptional person. Today's review. There is this guy working with immobilized arm and he is calling every client by their names and greeting them as close friends. Impressive!!! This Starbucks has its own soul. Distinctive service, top quality cohesive employee team. Peculiar midtown environment with nice atmosphere and excellent gourmet coffee. Excellent value!.

I love this Starbucks and my drinks always come out superb! While I was not impressed by the brown " iced Dubai chocolate mocha", it was only because it did not resemble dubai chocolate that is green and brown, but the flavor was amazing!!!! I've tried Dubai chocolate and was not impressed. This Starbucks drink, however, great flavor!

Starbucks usually never disappoints. I enjoy their menu very much. I have tried several items off their menu and they are always tasteful. I enjoy their cheese danish, banana bread and chocolate croissants to name a few food items. Their drinks never lack. Would recommend them to anyone who enjoys coffee and breakfast items. Their lunch items are not bad either but I prefer the breakfast.

Why would they close so early while being downtown . After 6 and 7 pm is the busiest time. Stay open untill 9pm and make more money and make more sense

I usually have top notch service here. But one of the night shift baristas, made me very uncomfortable, uneasy, and scared to go back! I'm not sure if they were having a bad day, or had something against us, but their words were very unnecessary and unacceptable. Especially when working in the food industry. I too work in a food/ drink industry so I know first hand. But in this crazy world those words made me suspect foul play with my food order; such as possible contamination may have been done to my food. This alone makes me uneasy to go back to this location- if this is the type of things they allow their staff to get away with and are willing to have on their team.

I am finished going to this location. Every time I come here, they only fill the cup 2/3rds at most. Every time.

I got a venti pink drink with extra strawberries and chocolate cold foam. It was almost 8 dollars. The first time they made it, they failed to call my name and the drink became weird and curdled and had zero strawberries in it. They remade it and it was 75% full and still forgot the strawberries. Just disappointing.
