I’m writing this review to show appreciation for the staff, who very professionally stopped someone from shoplifting right in front of me while I was trying to pay for a bagel and a coffee. I’ve seen this happen countless times in NYC, where store workers often do nothing (they just shrug and let it happen) while paying customers are left standing there. It always leaves me thinking: if the shoplifter gets it for free, why am I paying? So it was genuinely refreshing to see staff handle the situation calmly and confidently, protecting both the business and the customers who actually follow the rules. The service by both the cashier and the cook was spot on, fast and efficient. I'll definitely be making more pit stops here next time I'm in town!
Honestly they have a gluten free cookie with 16 grams of protein and 140 calories and it’s pretty freakin solid.
Ate the most amazing salmon and cream cheese bagel here! So glad we stumbled in here on the way to the park this morning :)

An always open store to buy a nice sandwich to eat. Also has omelette breakfasts. Nice service. Ideal for a quick bite before you start your day or after you finish it.
First time here, sandwich was pretty good and the fries . I see folks complaining about the prices, but it's the city what do you expect ? Will definitely be returning for a bite

This place is amazing. The sandwiches are excellent! I had the turkey club and my husband the Mexican sandwich. They were so good and not pricey. We're visitors, so we'll be back next time. If you live here, be sure to visit. They have a big menu and nice employee!

Prices are very high & they have a no return policy. I would like this place, if they allowed returns. I bought a closed bottle drink and then saw how high the price was & asked if I could just return it. ( literally within seconds. Didn’t even touch it ) & they said they have a no return policy. Won’t come to this deli ever again!
$5.65 for a single (1) Monster, when all over NYC is about $2.50 to $3 at most. This deli overcharges 100% on prices. What a total disgrace
Worst Acai bowl!!! It was full of ice and completely liquid. Not an Acai bowl at all. Also they didn’t have the toppings.
$8 for a water is crazy, i get that it’s in a tourist location but damn. And the deli food is super expensive too
