Yum definitely one of my top 2 favorite bubble tea places ! And I've tried most ! The mango and strawberry teas with strawberry popping balls are my fav Just wish they had the green apple flavor!

Update: After experiencing a multitude of drinks over the course of our time in Columbus, I emphatically state that they deserve the 5 star rating. Five of us sampled the drink choices across the board, and we all agree that this location has the most extensive choices regarding teas, boba, fruit juices and toppings/add-ins. Plus, they offer a restroom and comfortable albeit small waiting area, as well as a few tables and chairs. (Original review): Our order was correct and prompt. The menu is extensive and we can’t wait to try more items!

Cute bubble tea shop. Very animated and colorful place. The pink interior is very popping. Our first time here. Has a reward card available. Yummy bubble tea spot I'd recommend to anyone.

I will be honest I am not a huge fan of the color pink but I really love how the restaurant is decorated pink down to the seats. I also like how they have board and card games for the customers. I can honestly say that I have never seen that. My friend and I played Uno lol. I will be back.

I came to this lovely boba tea place many times. The place is sort of small with several seats. They have fast WiFi and board games for customers. I like their fruit slushes that taste cool during summer. Their boba tea is a little sweet for me, so I always order 30% sugar.

The mango drinks were always delectable to taste. I get the sea salt foam and it blends right into the mango. The galaxy drinks are pretty but it doesn't taste as good haha

I got their creme brulee taro milk tea at first and could not drink it. I ended up throwing it away it was so awful and I usually don’t waste food. It was gritty and didn’t taste anything like taro and wasn’t the least bit purple (pictured on the right). I’m giving this place 4 stars because I went back in and ordered their normal taro milk tea and loved it (pictured on the left).

We tried Vivi Bubble Tea for the first time on Friday. This location is conveniently located in a little strip on High Street, with clear signage out front. While we did find a menu online, it didn't say what was in every drink. We noticed the same thing when we went into the store, so we just ended up asking the employee what the ingredients were. We got 1 passionfruit tea with mango popping boba and 1 pineapple mango jelly tea. -I got the passionfruit tea with "less ice" and "50% sweet" - and they delivered on both! The tea had good flavor, the boba was fine, and it wasn't too sweet at all. I'd definitely get this one again. -My bf got the pineapple mango tea. I don'y know if it automatically comes like this, but it seemed to be blended ice. Like with mine, this tea was a good sweetness level. The inside of the store was bright and clean, with seating available if you want to drink inside. Overall, my only issue was the lack of a menu that explained what was in each drink, but it was easy enough to resolve. I would come back to this tea spot when I'm in Columbus again!

Very nice tea shop. The place is very cozy and comfortable. There are tables there to sit and play some board games. Bubble tea is good. They have a very long list of flavors and toppings. My only complain is that it is a bit pricier than other similar places. I do recommend this place.

The buddle tea is really good and if you guys come check this place out. You have to try their blue galaxy ! It’s really delicious !! The place is really cheerful and relaxing place to just hang out with your friends. They have park in front of the shop too. Super friendly cashier and excellent customer service. You can pick the level of sweetness and ice to add into you beverage. On top of that there are a lot of different topping you can choose to add in your beverage. Plenty of different choice of bubble tea or milk tea to choice and try out !

Today, I went to ViVi and paid $8 for a Taro Ice Blended drink, but they gave me the wrong one. The drink had absolutely no taste—zero flavor. I asked if I could change it, but they told me I’d have to pay again. So, I paid $7 for a Flamingo Brown Milk Tea instead, hoping it would be better, but it was even worse! Both drinks were so bad I ended up throwing them away. The service was terrible, the drinks were awful, and it was a complete waste of money. Please don’t waste your time or money here—zero service, zero taste, zero effort!
