Aidan was the guy that took my order, absolutely phenomenal customer service. He’s the bulk of the reason I’m posting this review. There was an angry customer that came in pretty hot. Aidan handled it with the grace and professionalism you hope for in an employee. I hope subway values him. The subs are great here, everything is always fresh.
I was in subway in brockport tonight and the rude girl, her name was collide I believe, and couldn’t believe it but she was screaming and throwing things around at her manager, which by the way the manager I believe her name is Jessica was the best one that has been there, I don’t know her but from what I see she is polite and a hard worker. It’s to bad the manager had to walk out. That girl should be fired instantly. I guessed I won’t be coming there anymore unless the owner’s do the right thing. You probably just lost the hardest worker there
I brought in a group of people I support. The ladies were very pleasant and got our food done quickly with a smile. The store was very busy but they worked hard and we're very friendly to all
I have been to this location three times now. The staff is courteous and professional. One thing I appreciate is that I have always received the quality and consistency of product that I would expect at any other location. This is a franchise doing it right. This location has a drive through option. They also have a military discount. I will be going back again.
I have been getting the Ultimate Cheesy Steak & Cheese sub. It was fantastic. We also got a grilled chicken on flat bread. That was very good too. Also the one in Brockport was donating money from the sale of the 12 cookie pack to the Hamlin Dog Shelter. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The service is quick and accurate.
This sweet girl named Ella made my sub amazing! She was so kind and patient with me.
What a strange experience. At the drive-thru II ordered a sub from the picture menu plus two other subs. Then, I got the third degree, on all the components of all the subs, one component at a time, across all three subs. Very strange, I just wanted the one they had in the picture. I don't know what was inside it, I didn't get the bacon, which was part of the Name of that sub.
I always order online so I can just pick it up quick. However, you still have to wait in the long line to pick up your order. The last time I ordered 2 of my 4 subs were messed up (and I actually left a tip!). They also failed to label the subs, which I had included in the special instructions. I ordered again today. Picked it up, literally asked the kid if everything was there ( he said yes), I looked in the bag and a sub was missing. I couldn't tell which one because once again, they were not labeled. For a company that asks you to tip when you order online, you'd think employees would follow very clear instructions to receive a tip.
Said no onions three times and she still put onions on it and did a half effort job picking them off. I would think you'd offer to remake the sub because it still had small bits of onion mixed into the lettuce. I'm not allergic but they do make me sick. Then didn't ask if it was here or to go just whipped into a bag anyways. I sat here and had to pick the bits of onion out. Thanks.
Way to much dressing put on the sandwich. I mean so much the bread fell apart from being so soggy. I also asked for the the sandwich to be toasted, the meat was cold like it came out of the cooler. On a positive note my bottle diet Coke was great!!
I'm a student at a college nearby. Went in and saw that they gave discounts to students. Asked the young ladies behind the counter what was needed for the discounts. I guess because I'm older then the average students they became very argumentative and pretty obnoxious as only teenagers can be. Paid for my sandwich which was mediocre at best. I'm only going to go back and show them my college ID, which I didn't have on me that day, and will never spend my money there again.
Absolutely the worst Subway I've been in. Worker obviously didn't want to be there working, came in at 930pm and she had the worst attitude because she was cleaning and didn't want to make our two subs. Definitely will not be going back to this location ever.
Ordered a tuna sub through doordash. There was barely a teaspoon of tuna on the sub!! That's ridiculous! Paid about $9 for a roll with lettuce. Of course you can't call the store, it rings and rings, and no vm set up. Place has gone way down hill!
2 times in the drive thruway in one week. Waited a goodb10 minutes at the speaker then finally pull up and waited another 3 minutes..UNACCEPTABLE !! The second time it happened I got to the window..waited and waited for someone and once they did come to the window..instead of giving them hell..I drove off !
Have loved Subway for decades. But won’t visit Brockport Subway again. Our subs contained the smallest amount of meat imaginable. Basically eating bread with a hint of ham. My daughter’s sub had almost nothing in it. Actually the little bit that was in it was actually outside the bread laying on the paper. So unfortunate, but when there’s no value can’t continue to waste money.
Waited in the drivethrough for an inordinate amount of time (10 minutes, I figured they might be busy with an inside order) then came into the store only to be snottily asked if I was waiting for something by a girl behind the counter. I mentioned that I was and had indeed been waiting to order for sometime in the drive through and didn't get so much as a "I'm sorry we're a little busy" or any response at all really other than passing me off to her associate (who presumably does all the work anyway)
You know if yall don't have something and someone orders through the app you guys are susspoed to call or have Doordash call to let us know what we would like instead of just picking something assuming we would like. This is the second time we have not gotten any call and got bread we don't like
I know I'm getting old but I'm also getting tired of being ripped off. Last time I came to brockport subway I was told at check out that cheese was extra on a tuna sub. So I paid. Today I asked before I ordered and was told that was untrue. Joy. So as I cash out the price on the menu above the register said 1 thing and the bill was about 2 dollars higher for the 2 subs. Price hike just went into effect. Thanks alot.
We ordered our subs threw Doordash and my sub which was the steak egg and cheese with banana peppers and spinach and some ranch and when I open to eat my sandwich there was no cheese and no steak this is by far the worst experience for subway I have had door dash offered us $2 credit which is a slap in the face and then said I could not get a receiver for the subway employee that messed up the order hopefully they get retrained and needs to be supervised when making sandwiches. No a happy customer.
Every time I go they get something wrong, and this last time there was a HAIR entangled in the meat!! The employees are constantly rude and don’t care about their customers whatsoever. Worth the drive down to Spencerport. UPDATE: They offered a free 6” sub (even though I purchased a foot long). I picked it up, and there was ANOTHER HAIR IN IT!! This has to be a practical joke... nope... just bad service.
