Great neighborhood bar and restaurant with a large back room for special events. Food is delicious and large portions. Well stocked bar with a good selection of draft beers. Entertainment is great, especially on Saturdays with live music. No bar can be successful without a great staff and they definitely have that. Bartenders, barbacks, waiters, and of course the chef. They are all great. Pictures attached to this review are from the website. Was going to take my own but the place was full and didn't want to post pictures of people without permission.

What a magical night. We Danced, we ate, we had a great time. My friends daughter celebrated her 30th birthday there and the decorations were amazing the food was good and the drinks were free until 11pm. The staff was awesome my next event will be here.

Chef Bob in the kitchen and Chuck behind the bar. Batman & Robin weren't this dynamic duo! I almost don't want to review the place so that I can always find a seat. Overall a class operation with good people behind it. Try a Bravest burger & the Guinness is always good! 👍

My brothers and I hosted a luncheon for my parents at Downey's. We were so pleased with their attentiveness to our needs and how comfortable they made us all feel. The service at the event was excellent and everything we ordered for the buffet was perfect. I highly recommend Downey's as a place to host a family event.

Had the Bravest Burger, was pretty good, you could tell it wasn’t frozen. Sat at bar dining area, was middle of the day so really nobody there. Server was good. Would go there again

Nice Irish-themed atmosphere. Pretty typical bar fare and wide selection of on tap beers. Very attentive and accommodating staff.

Food was delicious, service was awesome. At first we ordered 2 Long Island ice tea. It was the strangest tasting LIIT I ever had. It tasted like Scotch or some brown liquor was in it. I tried to put more Coke in to see if that would help but it didn't. Wound up ordering a martini. It was better, not by much though. I would absolutely go back. I've learned my lesson about what not to order

The drink service was a little slow and we were one of the first people there for Saturday brunch. The food was served in decent time although one person in our party didn't get his food on time. Party of less than 10. Will not be returning. Personal choice, not because the food or drink was bad.

This is the first time visiting this place. I haven't been here since it was Kelly Ryan's. We had our Holiday party here because of the location which was close to work. The happy hour specials were good, but I was never told what time it ended. Some of my drinks were half priced then without notice I was charged regular price at 5:30. The bartender must have been just learning how to make certain drinks because he wasn't familiar with making a coworker's bloody mary lol. We had appetizers such as nachos, which could have been better. Wasn't enough cheese on it and had dumps of chili dumped on top. The chicken wings, fries, and mozzarella sticks were fine. I hope their other food items taste better.

Ordered food for takeout but when arrived home the food was soggy. Not the best but decent meal. Chipotle burger was tasteless & onion rings not fully cooked. “Full-done” steak was still bit pink inside. Love the fact they had the Football game on.
