They didn’t send my full order. When I called, they told me: “maybe they didn’t have it, that’s why they didn’t send you the bread”. I told them it wasn’t my responsibility and that they should have informed me, but they didn’t know what to say they just told me the price is the same

Please go somewhere else. I work nearby and called for a delivery, a worker picked up the phone and asked for me to hold.....which I did for 6 minutes. While I am on hold, I can hear the workers speaking in their language about a customer on the 5th floor who wanted a sandwich returned. Along with other details which I will not write about. Happened on a Tuesday around 1pm. Also be careful with prices, one day they charge one amount the next they charge more. And of course they tend to mix up the orders. Workers are careless there that is why I do not tip.

Ordered 3 ham egg and cheese on hero and got charged $37.... Called to ask for the price after I left and they said $11 each! I am going back to get my money back and won't be returning. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, CHECK THEIR MATH BEFORE YOU PAY.

This place has decent food however the service is horrible and they make up their own prices on the spot. They messed up my order and then tried to justify it by telling me they charged me less than I should've been charged and never apologized for messing up my order. I will never spend money here again. There's plenty of bagel shops in the area who have better food and service.

I bought a sandwich on a roll ( lettuce, tomato, ham, and cheese), and I was charged $10.00, and the tomato was not included. Also, the men here need customer service training.

Horrible! Haven't been here since the pandemic. Went in today for a quarter pound of egg salad. Got to work and took a bite just to spit it out. Spoiled. Had a coworker double-check for me and the same thing. What a waste of $2.75. Call to let them know what had occurred. Never pickup. Guess quality suffered with the pandemic. Hope I don't get food poisoning. Should have just stuck to Starbucks but I wanted egg salad today. Yuck! It's easy to believe all the other bad reviews.

Buyer beware! This place is charging $9.50 for a chicken salad sandwich. $ 12.50 for a chicken salad sandwich with bacon. I thought this was a mistake so I called for clarification, the clerk told me that the menus online are old and the normal price is $8 for a chicken salad sandwich. I asked to speak to a manager because that is extremely overpriced and on the boundary of price gouging. The clerk hung up on me and before he did so he said “hold on.” The food is not worth the price. We will never be ordering from them again. My next step is to alert the city about this obvious price gouging. How can they take advantage of people during this pandemic?
