Great coffee! Varies selection! Tasty pastries. Friendly staff and great vibes to hang out in, indoor and outdoor! Dog-friendly too!
One of my favorite breakfast burritos in the area! So delicious. Wish they offered other protein options but the sauce is very creamy and adds a good flavor. Also love their iced strawberry matcha! The balance of match and sweetness is perfection.
Since there are enough praises for food and drinks here, I’ll talk about the ambiance of the cafe. This place is cool, bright, and tasteful. Really tasteful. There’s a nice backyard with nightlights, giant wooden tables, and enough space to accommodate a community garden. In the front, you’ve got clean and classy modern cafe with high tables and large windows. Furthermore, THEY SUPPORT LOCAL ARTISTS! They’ve got artist’s work displayed on the walls and they cycle through them every 6 months or so. If you’re ever in Bedford, I’d recommend going to this cafe, it’s definitely worth your while if you like set up that they have.
Really cute place that is always hoppin’. I finally tried their lavender latte which was really tasty. I found out they make their lavender syrup in house with natural lavender instead of chemicals. Yay Only wish they didn’t charge for alt milk. Cute seating inside and outside in back/and front. And on the way out I saw they had vegan treats. I’ll have to try next time! Vegetarian/vegan friendly
Stopped in to get some drinks and the apple cider and sunset tonic were refreshing. The employees were all so sweet and the perfect place to get work done or meet up with friends. Plenty of seating and they have a very cute outdoor section that will be perfect for the warmer weather!
A really nice cafe, it fits perfectly into the neighborhood. Very friendly service, this place has something special about it; it's seemingly just an ordinary coffee shop, yet there's something about it that makes me feel happy... The coffee is very good, unfortunately I didn't try the pastries. I highly recommend it.
Stopped by because I needed to use up my ClassPass credits … what a treat and awesome find! I ordered the iced lavender latte and breakfast burrito. Both delicious. Dear owner, as a mug lover, put this design on mugs for purchase. I know I’m not the only one who would buy it. I’ll be taking this plastic one and reusing it at home because it’s so cute. Overall, props to this spot for participating in classpass, being delicious, and a lovely environment for a meet up or getting some work done. I’ll definitely be back with or without classpass credits.
Super cool place. The maple cinnamon latte is crazy good. Nice place to get some work done too. It’s a bit tight (especially during the winter when the outdoor area is limited).
The banana Nutella bread is unreal!!! Totally lives up to the reviews I read on here. The breakfast burrito is also delicious, cheesy, and filling, but that bread is its own tasty little beast. This is an adorable spot to grab a table and meet with a friend, and the owner is thoughtful, checking in and making sure you’re happy with what you’ve got. Recommend to anyone strolling Williamsburg. 5 stars!!!
Such a cute cafe with quality drinks and a cozy atmosphere! We ordered the strawberry matcha and a hot latte. The latte was one of the best I’ve had and not too hot at first sip. The strawberry matcha was not too sweet, though I wish the strawberry flavor was more prominent. Overall great place to stop by!!
4.5 / 5.0 - I stopped by Copper Mug Coffee after a yoga class and it is such a great spot. It is lively and cozy at the same time, with a stylish decor and great playlist. Inside, they have regular tables perfect for working and high tops. They also have outdoor seating--a couple of tables in the front and more and in their backyard area. I ordered the Avocado Toast ($12+) with Egg ($2+). Their avocado toast is: house-made avocado mousse (non-dairy), sliced avocado, Himalayan sea salt, smoked paprika, lemon zest, feta cheese and brown butter served on sourdough bread. The avocado toast was exactly what I needed after yoga. The egg was a little too runny for my taste, but it was very tasty. The sourdough bread was nice and fluffy and the feta complemented avocado so nicely. Looking forward to trying more dishes and sitting outside next time.
Nice spot to chill with a cup of flavored lattes. Stopped in early on a Sunday morning for some lattes. It’s not one of the trendy Brooklyn cafés, but the sign out front advertising specialty drinks pulled me in. With the doors propped open, the tables by the entrance felt like a pseudo-patio (an easy place to hang for a bit). Got their signature lavender latte and the taro matcha latte, and both were decent. I had a lavender lemonade nearby last week that really worked, so I thought this would too. Instead, the scent was faint, and without sweetness or fizz, the finish leaned soapy. As for the taro matcha latte, this combo made sense on paper. Two subtle flavors balancing each other out. But even a few pumps of taro syrup tipped the drink into full-on taro milk mode. Tried real hard to taste the matcha, but it was almost completely lost. Still, it’s one of the larger cafés around, and for Brooklyn that makes it a useful spot if you just need space to relax. Might duck in again if I’m in the area.
Copper Mug Coffee Layout/atmosphere *Coffee shop; tables & high tops; funky portraits on the wall; backyard area with communal picnic tables Food/drink *Maple Cinnamon Latte - solid; just enough sweet *Cheddar Chive Biscuit - good; salted; soft in the middle *Tahini Chocolate Chunk Cookie - good; salted; soft interior
Nice little place we stopped in a week ago. Food and our drinks were good. Atmosphere was a bunch of stone-faced 20 and 30 somethings working on their laptops, and 2 friendly employees who were doing their best, but it was extremely busy and they were struggling to keep up with it all. Got my daughter's food order completely wrong the first time, but quickly fixed it. They just needed a 3rd employee, I think.
I’ve tried a lot of matchas around and this is certainly the worst that I’ve ever had (It’s brown???). Our group tried both the regular and strawberry variant; the puree is maybe sugary frozen jam? You’re paying for the atmosphere at this cafe. The patio at the back is picturesque with beautiful trees. The staff seemed friendly but overtired. I would recommend checking out any of the other cafes in the area over this one.
The coffee is good BUT the staff is very unfriendly and not helpful. Most annoying, I showed them a picture of the avocado toast with salad and said I’d like that. Instead I got the unappealing low quality toast shown in the picture WITHOUT any salad($12 for this?). Upon asking they said they know and I’m not the first customer complaining and they don’t have salad at all. Very disappointed. Lastly, they “pay” for reviews with custard cake only after you leave the review. Here you go, thank you for the pastel de nata in advance. PS: Dear owner, thank you for your comment. I showed your staff the picture and said “I’d like this please”. They said it’s the avocado toast menu item, but there was no comment by them that the salad isn’t included. When I asked for the salad they said I’d not be the first one to complain and they’re aware of the online photo’s mismatch. Given all this I recommend you take out the 2-year old photo(s) if it doesn’t reflect reality, especially since we chose to try out this place just because of the picture. I hope you understand the disappointment. Thank you.
