The food is absolutely delicious and tasty, the portions are amazing, the drinks are delicious and very reasonable, and the wait time for the food is impressive. The music and atmosphere makes me relaxed, yet makes me want to dance! I’m a regular!! Love it here!!

Just by fluke, we found this place walking 5 Avenue yesterday in Brooklyn. I have to say, what a stroll along 5 Avenue it was. From the various clothing stores and walk up restaurants to the locals on the sidewalk selling various homemade goodies to eat. And then out of nowhere, we found this sit down resturant right on 5 Avenue. It was around 6:30pm and maybe 6-7 tables had customers. Then by 7:30pm this place was jammed packed. The food, the service - all of it was over the top. A work colleague and myself shared a dish, there was enough for 4 people (seriously). Everything was delicious. Great job all, personally I came from Vancouver, BC Canada. And have to say, that was hands down the best Mexican Dish I had ever, ever had. Well done !

Excellent prices great food. I most definitely recommend it! The rice and beans and carne asada plate was delicious!! Comes with 3 tortillas. Had a paloma and margarita .

Truly some of the best burritos in Brooklyn! I was put onto to spot by my boyfriend that has always enjoyed authentic Mexican food. I’ve tried many things on the menu and all have been tasty & rather affordable. I can’t recommend this place enough. I know other reviewers have complained about a language barrier but I’ve never experienced this.

Consistently delicious authentic Mexican food with a very friendly and accommodating wait staff. The inside is fairly large for a Brooklyn restaurant which I really like because there's always plenty of space between you and other diners. I go here a couple of times a month and I never get tired of the food, highly recommended.

Customer service is excellent. The tacos are the best, so good!. Food in general is good and the atmosphere too. Highly recommended. 4 times eating here and the tacos are always amazing. They have consistency. Very good.

$17.00- Red/green marinade 4/10 didn’t really like the sauce, too thick $19.50- Mixed fajitas 8/10 came out great wish  there was more flavor than tomato $5.50 (2)- Horchata is water down, they let us switch drinks and it was water down too Total: $45.75 (included tax)

Sorry for giving you guys 4 out of 5 !!! You guys have some best Mexican dishes we all know that ... But I will suggest to get more good and speak English waitress because you guys don’t have only Mexican people over there ... all kind of people go over there to taste the food ... so people sometimes needs suggestions what they wanna eat from there !!! What’s the best dishes from the restaurant but without this I can say the environment, The food and everything I’m highly recommending this restaurant if you wanna try the Mexican food ... A largest Mexican food menu with fresh shakes and drinks also you can effort it ❤️👌🏻🔥🎉

This restaurant serves its purpose as a quick service Mexican eatery. That said, the quality of the food fluctuates significantly, and the staff is generally inattentive to guest needs. It is a practical choice for a fast meal.

We had breakfast at Restaurante Jalapeños. From the very beginning, the waitress who attended us was not very friendly. We ordered coffee, finished it, and no one ever came by our table to take our order—we had to go ask someone to help us. The food was very good, but the service definitely needs improvement.

Yesterday, I accompanied my parents to the restaurant. Upon ordering salmon with bread, my father encountered a substantial cockroach lodged between the slices as he attempted to take a piece. The insect darted across the table, and we subsequently dislodged it onto the floor. Nearby diners witnessed the incident and expressed disgust. When informed, the waiter displayed a lack of concern, attributing the cockroach's presence to a recent extermination visit and implying that cockroaches frequently fell from the ceiling. This response struck me as insensitive and alarming, given the potential for kitchen contamination. I was dismayed by the waiter's nonchalance and will not patronize the establishment again.

The food is ok. However, do not bring your family here. They start rushing you at the end of your meal so that you’ll leave. Even if you still want to order coffee or drinks to socialize with your family. They want you to eat as fast as you can and leave so that they can offer your table to somebody else.
