The cart has been here for years and still remains my favorite place to get take-out for rice noodles. They are completely made to order and the owners are super friendly, the noodles super delicious and budget friendly. There’s a variety of options/combinations/sauces you can get with your rice noodles and I honestly don’t think you can go wrong with any of them.
Kindest people. Best cheong fun i’ve ever had. One of the best spots generally in all of nyc.
