Avaliações de Cremini's Brooklyn
I had dinner by myself a few weeks ago (a spur of the moment decision) and was so delighted to have found Cremini’s! The owner was super welcoming, the squid ink pasta was packed with umami and flavor, and La Dolce Vita was playing in the background. It felt super intimate and cozy. I also learned the plants hanging from the ceiling are REAL!! Can’t wait to come back and try other dishes on the menu!
Looks are deceiving This is a low key, neighborhood gem serving these absolutely delicious bite size stuffed olives, like a cousin of arancini, if you will. You will likely not find this elsewhere in NYC. For entree, we ordered the gnocchi and squid ink pasta dishes. The gnocchi was soft and tender and as tasty as I’ve ever had. The squid ink pasta was cooked to perfection with perfect seasoning with just enough anchovies to flavor. If you want fast food/service, this is not the place. If you want to savor your dinner while equally enjoying the company you’re with, Cremini’s this place to be. Fri/Sat Reservations are a must.
Coming from the same little town of the chef Elena, when we came in NY we couldn’t miss this place! The atmosphere was incredible, they are very friendly and the food was absolutely amazing and authentic! If you are looking for a traditional Italian cuisine, you have to try this restaurant. Highly recommend it 😊
I can't say enough about this wonderful restaurant or its lovely owners. Cremini's is the closest I've experienced in New York to feeling like I'm in Italy. Riccardo always warmly welcomes you and handles all of the front of house, while chef Elena does all of the cooking (which I still can't believe). They have a terrific wine selection and cocktails are also available. You have to try the ascolane olives, a specialty of the house — stuffed and fried, they are always a delight. The pastas are made in house and are all excellent! I love the black spaghetti... the pesto is always a favorite... the carbonara... the amatriciana! I could go on… We've never been disappointed here and always look forward to our next visit. Elena and Riccardo truly make every meal feel special! We love them and their terrific place — they make it feel as much like a home as a restaurant. Bravissimo!!
This is my neighborhood regular spot. I love bringing my friends and family here for the food, and for the unique Italian experience. Learning an about the region of Le Marche is a bonus. Must haves: Stuffed olives, zucchini, meatballs, yhr regional pasta specials and Elena’s burger. The owners are the warmest people, they pour their hearts into each meal and each dining experience. I look forward to the greeting and great conversation each visit. This is a special place.
Truly one of the best Italian meals I’ve ever had in NYC. Creminis is authentic and delicious! Elena and Riccardo are some of the nicest people that truly welcome you in as if it’s their home. They offer some great wines from the Marche region that pair really well with their homemade pasta. I’d suggest their fried olives and fried mozzarella bites to start, and as for pasta, I’m a huge fan of the amatriciana (right amount of spiciness) or stuffed gnocchi! Finish off with their tiramisu and you’ve got the perfect meal!
Elena and Riccardo are very welcoming in to their charming atmosphere— projecting classic Italian movies under the warm lights of Italian midcentury fixtures. Love the Pinsa (Mortadella Pesto) and Olive Ascolana (Fried Stuffed Olive style from their hometown region of Le Marche, Italy) for dinner. For brunch they serve Crescia, a flakey bread sandwich, with my choice: arugula, mortadella and a stracchino spread. The restaurant is owned and operated by the pair— Elena as Chef and Riccardo at front of house. Although they opened only in 2020, they have quickly become a neighborhood staple for many!
My husband and I have enjoyed many meals at Cremini’s, a true neighborhood gem. You can’t go wrong with the dishes - olives, seasonal pasta and pinsa are some of our favorites. It is always a delight to dine with them!
A true gem is hidden in Brooklyn, a piece of Italy lives in the Big Apple. Cremini's is a break from everything, just a small trip to the Italian region of Marche. A break from classic Italian restaurants, from the usual Italian dishes that everyone's menus offer. Cremini's is fresh and original, it's cozy real Italian interiors and fresh products served in beautiful Italian plates from the warmth of the two lovely Italian owners. Elena and Riccardo made a spectacular job, creating something not ordinary in the NYC culinary landscape already saturated with Italian clichés. The olive ascolane and the cremini are incredible, and so are the home-made pastas and the saltimbocca alla romana. A real Italian experience, that is what Cremini's is! Bravo!!!
If you want to savor the pride and authenticity of real Italian food from le Marche region, you must go to Cremini's! Elena and Riccardo will welcome you in a warm and cozy space, where everything is curated with dedication and passion for high-quality ingredients and tradition. As an Italian living in NY, this place feels like home!
My absolutely favorite Italian restaurant in New York! Not only is the food at Cremini’s amazing, but the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. You will feel like you’re in someone’s home and be treated like family here. Because they specialize in making dishes from the Le Marche region of Italy, there are dishes on the menu here that you won’t find anywhere else. You MUST try the stuffed olives, the fried custard, the pasta le marche, and the cacio pepe. This is an amazing place to bring a date, friends, or guests. Cremini’s is a gem in Brooklyn!
Cremini’s is my fav go-to restaurant in the neighborhood, a true standout . From the moment you sit down it feels like you are getting a real taste of Italy’s Le Marche region. I always start with the stuffed olives, the Ascolana Olives, perfectly fried and stuffed with flavorful mix— crisp on the outside and unbelievably juicy inside. Then I usually order their cacio Pepe (with white truffle, miam miam miam 🤤) However, honorable mention for their Crescia sandwiches and their pizza, hands-down one of the most memorable sandwiches/pizza I’ve had in Brooklyn. The service is warm and friendly, the vibe is laid-back but lively, and every dish feels thoughtfully prepared. Love their cocktails too!! Cremini’s brings something truly unique to the Brooklyn dining scene — authentic regional Italian cuisine that’s both comforting and exciting. Highly recommend! 🇮🇹✨
I’m a born and raised New Yorker and have had dozens of Italian meals. This is hands down my favorite! I had the stuffed gnocchi and the tiramisu: both stellar, super fresh and high quality ingredients. Absolutely will return!
Cremini's is amazing! Absolutely delicious from start to finish. Honestly, why go to Italy when you can go to Cremini's? I had the pleasure of hosting a small, private, family style dinner here and it was divine. All my guests and I were completely satisfied with the super tasty food, great wine selection, and warm, gracious hospitality. Riccardo was a joy to work with. He helped to coordinate the menu and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. He and Elena made us feel completely at home in the best possible way. Chef Elena, just wow! She cooked up a storm and left us in awe. How did she do it all? This woman is a powerhouse! We had 3 types of signature stuffed olives, eggplant caponata, 3 different salads, 3 pastas, chicken cotoletta, polpette meatballs, and tiramisu for dessert. Every single bite was delicious. I can't wait to come back and try more of Elena's magic. If you like or love olives, Cremini's will be like heaven for you. Personally, I generally avoid olives and yet I still thoroughly enjoyed every single dish. The salads and eggplant caponata all had olives. Normally, I eat around olives or pick them out. But here, they blended seemlesly with the rest of the dish and I actually enjoyed olives for once. The salads were all super fresh and appetizing. The signature olive ascolane were unique and delicious too. The pasta le marche and stuffed gnocchi were unforgettable and unbelievable. Easily the best gnocchi I've ever had. I want more right now. The cacio pepe was solid too, but for me the pasta le marche and gnocchi were just next level because I'd never had anything like them before. The cotoletta Milanese had my guests asking Elena "what's your secret? How did you do this?" Seemingly a simple dish, but she cooked it to perfection. When I say they asked her, they literally asked her, because she came out to our party several times to check in and make sure everything was going well. How cool to be able to connect with and chat with the chef! The polpette were also perfectly tender, rich and flavorful. We took some home and they were still finger licking good the next day. The tiramisu was in a league of it's own. Actually, it was out of this world. This is the tiramisu of the Gods. My chef friend, who is notoriously difficult to imress, proclaimed that it was the best tiramisu he's ever had. It was the perfect grand finale to an already amazing feast. Thank you Elena and Riccardo for a wonderful experience! I'm excited to come back for more and to continue exploring the menu. TLDR: My friends and I have traveled / eaten across Italy as well as our fair share of Italian restaurants around NYC, Cremini's holds it own against any and all of them. Seriously, this place is a gem! Amazing food at reasonable prices, made with love and served with warmth. Don't think twice, do yourself a favor and have a meal at Cremini's.
Cremini’s is my favorite (and in my opinion, the best) Italian restaurant in New York. The whole experience feels like you’re eating at someone’s house - the interior is cozy and the couple that owns it work as the server/bartender and the chef. The pasta is second to none. Pictured is the amatriciana spaghetti, the cacio e Pepe, the pesto gnocchi, and the limone e menta spaghetti. I’ve tried almost every other pasta on the menu and they are all delicious - the only problem you’ll have here is how hard it is to decide what to order! Finally, if you don’t end your meal with the olive oil cake, you are making the biggest mistake of your life. It is out of this world good. The best I’ve ever had. And I know I keep saying that - but there’s just no other way to describe it without underselling it. This place is so good it deserves to have a line out the door every night but I’m selfishly glad it doesn’t.
Ever since I found this lovely place a few years ago, it has been me and my family’s absolute favorite! Ricardo’s special cocktail Rixway is my go-to and Elena’s cooking is just phenomenal. Their food, drinks, and service all together make this restaurant so special. Whenever we go, we can feel their love and dedication in everything they prepare. Love this place, Elena and Ricardo so much!
Cremini’s is hands down one of the best and most authentic italian restaurants you will find in Brooklyn. The restaurant is run by an italian couple, Riccardo and Elena, who brought a corner of Italy in NYC that makes me feel at home every time. They are the only restaurant in NYC who makes the typical stuffed Ascolana Olives with olives coming straight from Italy, housemade stuffing and double breaded for an extra crisp. I also tried their Crescia flatbread sandwich that was so flaky, fresh and delicious that in a second took me back to Marche, Italy. Cannot wait to come back for some of their housemade pasta and their great and clean natural wine selection. Highly highly recommend a visit
We came here for dinner- we live in the area and just kept meaning to check this place out, and are so glad we finally did! Love the cozy ambiance and vibe!! We left our food/drinks up to Ricardo’s recommendations and were so happy with everything he recommended! Everything had beautiful presentation and flavor! He explained to us how they get they best quality ingredients for everything, and you can absolutely tell! They are truly passionate, knowledgeable and genuine. (And so nice!) We loved our entire experience and look forward to coming back, he was telling us that the menus rotate seasonally so we are excited for the upcoming spring menu! Five stars, highly recommend! We visited again the other day and are always so happy with the people, the vibe, and the food! Thank you again!
Dinner at Cremini’s was a true journey throw the flavors of Le Marche. We started with amazing olive all’ascolana, classic and spicy ‘nduja, and a fantastic charcuterie board. The main were just memorable: crispy fried fettuccine balls with beef ragù, rich stuffed gnocchi with truffle and porcini, and a light, flavorful Marche-style risotto with tomato and ricotta. Don’t miss the tiramisu! Unforgettable!! Riccardo and Elena create a warm, authentic atmosphere that makes you feel instantly home. Can’t wait to go back!
TL;DR: One of the best Italian spots in Brooklyn. Gorgonzola-stuffed olives = life-changing. Cocktails, eggplant, dessert—10/10. Perfect for date night or any special night. Cremini’s totally blew me away. The Gorgonzola-stuffed olives were absolutely insane—in the best way. We tried almost every cocktail on the menu and loved them all. The eggplant dish was rich and delicious, and for dessert I had both the affogato and the tiramisu, and I’d order them again in a heartbeat. Everything tasted super authentic, and the owner was really welcoming—we even chatted about Italy. You can feel the love in every detail. Whether it’s a romantic night out or just a dinner to treat yourself, this place is a total gem.
What an incredible restaurant and delightful owners! From the moment you step in, you're greeted with laughter, positive vibes, and exceptional cuisine. Meeting the charming couple behind this establishment is an experience in itself. And of course, the culinary delights they serve will leave you thoroughly satisfied.
