What an amazing place to grab a bagel while visiting Coney Island boardwalk or catching a cyclone’s game, literally steps away from the boardwalk. Wonderful customer service, new and fresh kitchen there, and my favorite part are the creative bagels. We got the seven seed bagel and also mozzarella and Parmesan and they were delightful. Awesome unique bagel spot by the beach with all the classics as well!

Incredible experience from presentation of the bagel to taste. The bagel presentation was reminiscent of an upper east side boutique bagel shop. The taste was fresh and soft. Great shop will be going here regularly.

Sweetest ladies you can meet... great customer service... they were attentive and very accommodating and mind you they were closing when I got there... they even let me finish eating with no rush... I had an iced coffee with oat milk the zaatar bagel with PB&J that's vegan friendly... they had other vegan options so if you're in the area please stop by and say hiiiii! The only thing missing was a restroom other than that 10 out of 10!

Bagels have different flavors jalapeños cheese, Parmesan mozzarella bagel. Those special flavors bagels caught my attention. I bought their daily commuter special a coffee and plain bagel with butter for $3.50 and 7 bagels to go, got to try their special flavors. The atmosphere decor is not the ordinary bagel deli store. It’s somewhere u can sit and have a quick bite in the morning. Highly recommend, will be returning for sure.

Bagels are okay. I went here four times. The first three times was nice. I had good service and food. Last time, I ordered and paid for 6 bagels and only received 5 of them. It also took over 15 minutes to get four bagels toasted with cream cheese and one plain. I noticed the missing bagel after I left because I was in a rush to go to work.

Government sponsored, charity benefited title, "non-for-profit" bagel shop. 2.25 for a regular bagel which tastes souless and just a bit better than a mass produced bagel. The cream cheese here, tastes like a combination of sour cream mixed with cream cheese, the worst cream cheese I have eaten , besides in government sponsored school-cafeteria food. The environment looks nice, but there is a weird odor in the air, just like the food; weird. The only nice thing about this place is the multitude of offers offered, like government coupons . For example, friday; buy anything, get 1 bagel of their choosing for free. Another good example is, $1 small coffee or tea every thursday. Everyday there is a deal, a small coffee and a buttered bagel for 3.50+(plus tax?). Overall, this place is a government community center, employment center and a public store; paid for the taxpayer, first through welfare, then by going to the store and paying again for the product they paid for through taxes. Moreover, for a bagel shop it would never survive in the real world for its poor quality . But in todays world, for now; not only will it survive, but thrive. I would not reccomend this place for a person looking for quality, but for a person who would like to say, I purchased this at the local charity bagel shop- Cyclone bagels- look at me, I support the bottom of society, I am such a good person.

I would never go back here based on how I was treated. I came to buy a bagel and saw a sign on the door saying they were temporarily closed due to a maintenance issue. As I was reading it, one of the workers — a woman wearing a blonde wig and a purple sweater — came to the door, rolled her eyes at me, and locked it. I honestly thought she was coming over to politely explain the situation or let me know when to come back, but instead I was met with pure attitude. It was unnecessary and unprofessional. Customer service here is at its worst.

Bagels are so doughy it’s unbelievable. Ridiculous price for a simple Bagel with Cream Cheese and they NEVER even cut it. I’ve been going here since January and NEVER once have the bagels been cut. Also a 1 ounce orange Juice is over $5 which is beyond a ripoff. No assortment of drinks at all. Just 3 drinks in the fridge. Also the lady that usually there always has an attitude like she is stuck up and doesn’t want to be bothered. I can keep going on and on.

Drove 2 and a 1/2 miles to go to this famous cyclone, bagel, total waste of time and money. It's double the price of cropsy bagel on Bay, 50th and cropsie and their bagels a 100 times better than theirs. Sorry, cyclone, bagels, if I could leave you 0 stars, I would what a waste of my time.
