I miss this place….the enchiladas are amazing, pairs well with copious amounts of El Yucateco chile habanero (the green stuff)

I order delivery from El Loco probably twice a month, and I have for several years. I've never had a bad experience. The food always gets here fast, I get exactly what I ordered, and the quesadillas are awesome.

Fast delivery and great burrito. The burrito is huge so you can serve up to 3-4 people. It tasted a little bland, but nothing that a pinch of salt wouldn't fix.

The food is actually fabolous and it's Real Authentic mexican. No Chipotle or Taco Bell. Everything says Hencho En Mexico lol. U should try it and they not expensive. I eat there 3-5 times a week. Thanks Loco Burritos 😁😍

We went rather late after an event and were starving, when I noticed that they served nachos, I was sold. The space was set up as either a takeout spot or sit down. The three of us sat down and enjoyed a great meal. The kitchen was fast and the food hit the spot.

For all the people leaving less then 5 stars you can leave the area. This place has been here forever and the locals like it. If you need more flavor it's called hot sauce and they have plenty to chose from. Let's support local.

Very quick and excellent service. Food came out shockingly fast and we'll put together. Authentic and delicious. The fact they have vegan options makes it that much better. The hot sauce is no joke. Just the best soup I think I’ve ever had in my life so it’s such a treat when I get to come back over here and enjoy it. The staff is super friendly. They have great rice pudding. Great Burrito but they delivered to my house 3 weeks ago but now they don't for some reason.

The people in the reviews who give it 1 star for being bland... well that’s not fair. Even if it was bland, it’s $7 for a giant burrito in nyc which is almost unheard of. I can’t speak to their customer service because I haven’t had an issue, which is actually a good thing. Their menu is robust, especially for burritos. My Mexican delivery guy introduced it to me... and well, he’s from Mexico City born and raised. Never heard him complain! Just wanted to show my support. The Tacos are great. I had the chicken chipotle burrito and my wife had the tacos. My burrito was very good but my wife's tacos were much better.

Al pastor taco was great. Flautas had no flavor.

Average Burrito place. They need to do a better job when it comes to maintaining and cleaning the place. It definitely needs some work. Food is average as-well and prices are reasonable.

No flavor to the mole burrito--not sure how they pulled that off. Jerk chicken burrito was just okay. The burritos are huge and the price is right but it's tough to eat them without a ton of hot sauce.

Ordered nachos and soup to take home. Neither had much flavor at all and I ended up putting my own cumin, chili, and other seasonings on to spice things up. Still ate the meal, was full, and didn’t have to pay much, but I don’t plan on going back because I could make my own nachos at this point.

The food is good if YOU EAT THERE! DON'T order delivery. It'll be delivered invariably cold, late with either one of two excuses: 1) The delivery guy speaks no English & can't find you. or 2) Either your phone or credit card number are wrong because the lady who answers the phone & takes orders has the world's worst case of ADD & finds it necessary to blame you for her condition.

the chicken is so bland, needs salt!! And there’s no carne asada (steak) protein option which is loco... I will say that the homemade salsa and hot sauce is really good ! (Try the verde) they also give you a large portion. This place has a lot of potential… just season the meat, add steak option, and don’t be so stingy with the hot sauce, salsa, guacamole.

Even the guacamole somehow lacked the magical bliss that guacamole usually possesses...truly a Herculean feat. Marinated (really?) chicken tacos: bland and soggy. Guacamole: bland and watery. Street corn: utterly drenched in mayo. If you like Mexican food for its flavor and spiciness, you won’t find that here. If you’re starving and drunk and just want to fill your stomach, this is the place for you.

For some reason they always say they're out of sangria. Literally the last 3 times we were there. That's the only reason we go there, so... :/

I ordered two fish tacos and they were not seasoned , fish was overcooked and cold and one taco had two small pieces( no fish) tons of lettuce and white sauce. It was not good at all. I guess I should of ordered something else . I was starving so i ate but I know for next. Time🙁

Ok so I’ve been coming to this resturant for years now and I literally NEVER PROVIDE FEEDBACK BUT LISTEN .... I can honestly say that the food has ultimately changed. It went from AMAZING to WHAT THE HECK IS THIS BLAND UNSEASONED ISH. . like really I had to literally open the burrito and season it myself. My nachos were COMPLETE SLOP... Waste of space in my belly. The crew is very immature and no customer support. They just gang up on the customer instead of resolving anything. Not a single penny will be spent here any longer from me including relatives and friends as well. Super cheap with the suace. You get only one tiny cup of sauce even though you order multiple orders. wants you to pay extra money for a suace that's suppose to come with each order.

Here to confirm that the food is extremely bland. Its missing all the Mexican home cooked notes. Either no one is tasting or everyone in the kitchen smokes so much their taste buds are busted. C'mon beans with no flavor is an automatic fail by Mexican food standards.
