Perfect spot for a Saturday morning coffee. The space is beautiful and my cappuccino was great. This is my new go to coffee spot in the neighborhood.
My Girl Worships this place 👀
Lovely new non-alcoholic bar. I have come a couple times and brought friends. They've recently expanded the drinks menu, added food, and started doing events. Love the complexity and presentation of the mocktails. The day I was there, they had a local singer that was delightful. I can't wait to go back!
Had a really nice time. High class but laid back atmosphere. The cocktails were great. The looked and tasted complex and interesting while still tasting great and being approachable. Super friendly service. If I were single I'd 100% go here for dates. I'll definitely going back.
Went for brunch and was so impressed with both the ambiance and menu! The blueberry waffles and mimosa were amazing, and service was more of the same. Friendly staff helped with my indecisiveness over cocktail options hahah. Will definitely go back for date nights/friend hangouts, good to have an alternative to the endless plethora of boozy bars!
Warm friendly people, great cocktails and tasty bites, and a great selection of NA beers and de alcoholized wines. Really great spot for the neighborhood
Super cute restaurant. Great food, great atmosphere. Miranda was awesome!
Great drinks, very kind and polite stuff, atmosphere is very chill and relaxing! Highly recommended!!
This a great spot with some tasty drinks and food. It's very refreshing to see so many non-alcoholic options in one place!
Great service and atmosphere, impressed with the menu options -- loved the Wild Earth Sour and Vermilion Spritz. Waffles were fluffy and dangerously good - visit on a cheat day.
I had the best evening, I ordered the ember’s flight. The drink was fun and not too sweet, I am definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more
All of the drinks were amazing. Really nice atmosphere as well. Will be back soon!
Mockingbird is a place to get mocktails and other non-alcoholic drinks! I highly suggest it if you are looking for some non-alcoholic drinks.
Congratulations to the owners. Nice to have a non-alcoholic space in town. Looking forward to trying more of the drinks.
This place is so beautiful inside!
Great place for all the right reasons. Just wish there were more food options. Would have stayed longer.
Amazing place highly recommend.
Very cute spot, inventive menu and friendly staff! Will be back.
Janelle was fantastic! Can't wait to come back!
Creative mocktails and great ambiance!
Good people!
Mockingbird is an absolute gem! The drinks are just as creative, thoughtful, and delicious. You can tell there’s real attention to detail in the flavors and presentation. The space itself is cozy, intimate, and beautifully designed—it’s the perfect spot to relax, enjoy a night out, or for a date night. Great spot if you’re looking for something alcohol-free or just a unique experience. Highly recommend!
I got to try their drinks at a private event and they were amazing. Their catering service was top notch, the drinks were very pretty and flavorfully complex, the bartender was very nice and knowledgeable, and overall such a nice thing. I'm excited to be booking them for an upcoming party. For an NA bar service they are definitely experts.
This place nails the balance between aesthetic and service, it’s got the perfect atmosphere with a color palette and design that feels straight out of the movie Her. For someone who doesn’t drink regularly, this zero-proof spot is a game-changer. It’s a calling card for deep conversations, with an engaging and welcoming staff that makes the experience even better. The fact that this place has only been open a month says a lot. How you start is how you finish. DON’T CHANGE ANYTHING.
Very cute spot and concept. I just did dry January and I’m excited to have a NA spot in the neighborhood. I had one drink and got a snack board. Looking forward to coming back and trying other menu items.

Just had my 30th birthday party at Mockingbird with a large group and it was perfect. I’ve tried most of the mocktails on the menu and they’re all incredible, and my partner really enjoyed their NA beers. The service is excellent, the staff are all wonderful, and the vibes are great. Super grateful to the Mockingbird team for making sure we had a fun night, and excited to go back :)
I love this place! They have such a large variety of NA wines and beers and such creative mocktails. The bar tenders and waiters are so kind and knowledgeable. I hosted my birthday party here a few weeks ago and they were so accommodating to my large group and even helped cut up the cake. Highly recommended!
I love this classy non-alcoholic bar in Park Slope! It’s so nice to be able to connect with people sober and feel like I’m at a bar. The partners are so attentive and cool. Had a great conversation with a bartender named Fear. It’s also queer friendly and the drinks are delicious. Great hangout spot to chat and sip with friends or a date. I had a delicious Italian flat bread with Mozzarella and pesto. Was perfectly cooked, and tasty. I highly recommend. Also, since most people are going out to get drunk, it’s more low key. Not as crowded on a Friday, so great to come with a group.
Very cute decor and ambience! Moody color scheme and the cafe curtain style window treatments are a nice touch.
Cannot recommend this place highly enough! The staff were so amazing (shout out Madeline and Elmer!!!), the atmosphere was gorgeous, and the mocktails were the best I’ve ever had. Cannot wait to go again 🥂
An amazing addition to the neighborhood! Perfect for a cozy NA cocktail on a weeknight and my new favorite weekend coffee spot! They spice up the menu with seasonal options to keep it fresh so there's always something new to try. I have never tasted NA cocktails like this before - these guys are truly changing the game ✅
Mockingbird is exactly what Park Slope needed—a sophisticated and welcoming space that stands apart from your typical bar. The owners are focused on creating an experience, and it shows. I found the atmosphere to be both relaxed and vibrant, making it the perfect place to enjoy a night out without the need for alcohol. The drinks are very innovative, capturing familiar flavors without the downside of overindulgence. For me, the Wild Earth Sour was a standout, balancing complexity and depth reminiscent of a high-end cocktail. And the Vermilion Spritz? A must-try for anyone who loves bubbly drinks like me. While some drinks could benefit from bolder flavors, the creativity behind each one is undeniable, and I can’t wait to see how the menu evolves. The staff is warm and friendly, ensuring that everyone—from those celebrating Dry January to those simply looking for a different kind of night out—feels right at home. I love that the owners are clearly passionate about creating a unique and inclusive environment, and I’m excited to see how they continue to refine the experience.
Finally, the weather was nice enough to venture outside and try this place. I have been wanting to visit and try the cocktails. I was not disappointed! The mocktail was awesome! Original in flavor and very well presented. The lentil soup hit the spot and was also very tasty. The staff was nice, friendly and engaging.
This is such a cozy place to work during the day. Outlets everywhere and free WiFi. They have a very high end coffee program and their food is lovely. I personally love the fish on a shingle! Their cocktails are all non alcoholic but also give great exiting experiences that make you really enjoy the drink. I would definitely recommend:)
I hosted my wife’s surprise 40th birthday party at Mockingbird and it worked out great! The Mockingbird team was responsive and accommodating. From creating custom cocktails to event setup and cleanup, every detail was handled thoughtfully.
We ordered mocktails in big batches for our party and had them delivered, and it was a hit. The drinks were so tasty, fresh, and perfectly made. The Spicy margarita was so good! Every guest loved them, and we got compliments all night. Super smooth service too. Very easy to work with Evan. Highly recommend!
I hosted a private event at Mockingbird this week and could not be more pleased with the team and space there! The Mockingbird team was great to work with, from event planning, to menu testing, to event service and execution (huge kudos to Evan, Coulton, Fear, and T!). Everyone there was so helpful, knowledgeable, flexible around our event needs, and they made our event go so smoothly. Furthermore, the space is wonderful - cozy, comfortable, welcoming, and the drinks and food are delicious. I would definitely work with Mockingbird again and would recommend them for any private event needs! :)
Their mocktails are crafted with sooo much care. It’s obvious in how delicious and complex they are. I most recently tried their Hot Toddy from their fall menu. And I am gobsmacked at how they managed to make it taste like it legit had bourbon in it. Like - what?! It’s wonderful to get that warm feeling but without the buzz or hangover. Plus their staff was so friendly and helpful. Great spot!

Cute place/vibes, mocktails were pretty good, service could use some improvements. We had to wave the waitress down multiple times to get her to see us (not sure if she was on her phone or staring off?), and I would have appreciated a bit more knowledge since I asked her about The NA wine/beer list and she didn’t know anything about the taste profiles. Also - It also took like, 15 minutes to get our drinks despite 2/4 of us got either beers/wines (the place wasn’t that full either) Overall a cute place, would come back, and hope they work out the service part!
I love the decor, and the service was great. I had the breakfast tacos which were delicious. My friend had the French toast... I hope that they can kick it up a notch - it was a bit lackluster. Small and sat dryly on the plate. I'll give it another go, the menu looks good.

This is such a pretty place and great idea. Buuuuuutttt, for us, just doesn't deliver. We went recently on Friday night to hear music (on calendar on website), we'd checked in person a few days prior and when we got there - no music. Never planned to have music. Food is just heat up bites, come out one a time, not really dinner. Chips for instance - about 10 chips. Drinks were fine, but nothing special and don't rank as substitutions for us. Very small space meant easy to flag down servers though.
When Park Slope Living teased the opening of this unique spot (and its stunning storefront font!) I bookmarked it immediately for a visit with a dear friend. We stopped by on a late Sunday afternoon, both chilled to the bone. She ordered a hot toddy, hoping to thaw out. The toddy arrived in a miniature teapot, half-filled with tepid water accompanied by an espresso cup. We were deeply disappointed and for $14 each we could have had many cups of equally non alcoholic piping hot tea. While their vision is admirable and service is very friendly, there are lots of kinks to work out still. The aesthetic feels halfhazardly-Wayfair, with a mix of sconce lights, overhead, and electric table lamps brought out in the evening with an unpleasant fluorescent glow. The music was loud techno which wasn’t conducive to the intimate feel my friend and I were hoping for tucked away in a cozy bar. At one point, someone accidentally hit a button that closed the security gate in front of the building and wasn’t sure how to reopen it, so we were locked inside for a bit. Of course every business needs a grace period for the first few months, but for my money I’d rather be in a cafe than a faux bar serving thimble sized drinks.
Love the concept but the execution needs a lot of work. Their sour mocktail had absolutely no citrus flavor or other source of sourness - it was just sweet. Another cocktail was extremely overboard on the egg foam - it was more like eating a pavlova. The egg foam was extremely stiff - I'm guessing from a nitrous foamer like you use for whipped cream. I don't know what atmosphere they were going for, but it's extremely well lit, and with a lot of streetlight coming in. Feels more like a café (you could easily read a book in there), but yet not cozy. Some drapes on the door and window might help. Will definitely come back to try again as they settle in.
Mediocre! Wanted to give this place a shot but probably won’t be back. A few things rubbed me the wrong way when we came in for brunch, around 1:30pm on a Sunday. I got the hasbrowns with avocado and chickpeas which were actually pretty good but the ambience and vibe and service were meh. 1) made a reservation. said 6 people but they insisted it was for 8 people (??) 2) they neglected to mention that there was a large event going on while we’d be there. no issue with it but would’ve liked to know in advance given that it was basically surrounding our table! 3) they were out of multiple items: croissants and overnight oats. fine but maybe tell people when they’re seated so they know? and then even more oddly we saw a croissant at a new table when we were leaving which is just … weird. 4) no drip coffee even though that’s also on the menu ?? 5) waitress seemed totally frazzled and couldn’t keep orders straight — granted they seemed to only have one waitress for the whole place so maybe it’s just a staffing issue
Waited a half hour for drinks after ordering. Had to go up to check on the drinks after no one checked in, when it was clear we had been forgotten. No one on staff offered an apology, and we ended up leaving after 10 more minutes with no update after being told drinks were being made.
One star might seem harsh, but try the lentil flatbread and get back to me. It’s an unseasoned flatbread with no flavor beyond bread, topped with wet, unseasoned lentils, and a few cubes of tomato. I get taking the alcohol out of the drinks, but the flavor from the food, too?! You’ve gone too far now.
I don’t jump on and trash a place for stupid minor stuff so IMO this review is well deserved. It’s a bit lengthy and people might just write me off as a guy with too much time on his hands but believe me, I’m doing a public service to anyone thinking of dropping their hard earned money here. In almost 59 years on this planet in NYC I’ve never experienced this bizarre of a dining experience before. It is almost criminal that they charge you money to eat there and I say almost because some of the food was actually fine so hats off somewhat to whoever cooked it. We came in on a Sunday for brunch (6 of us) and were seated right away. Maybe within 10 minutes we placed our food and drink orders and waited. We had water and 2 lemonades ordered were brought over so we were just talking not really noticing the other drinks (diet cokes) weren’t on the table since we were still waiting for our food. Also mind you since we had no food yet (which wasn’t a complaint at this point) I don’t think we realized (as well as the staff) that we all had no napkins or utensils. After a bit the food started coming out. First 2 people. But only 2. Expecting our waiter to then return with two more and then another 2 (he only has two hands so I’m ok with that) the first 2 people didn’t start to eat. After a few minutes I then realized they (none of us) had no utensils. So I got up and asked one of the staff for utensils which she gladly said she’d get. After 5 minutes I got up again and asked a different person for utensils and he said they were in the dishwasher. Befuddled I sat back down and waited about another 5 minutes and utensils for the 6 of us were brought over. Mind you 2 guests’ food has already been sitting on the table a good 10 minutes and no one else still had food. Then 2 more plates were brought out and now at this point after about 30 minutes have passed since our drink order we were told they don’t serve Coke products. Eventually we all got our food. The salmon and eggs not only looked unappetizing, the guest only ate the bread it was served with. The pancake and French toast options were fine except the side order of bacon (all 3 of them) were literally PULVERIZED to the point that my daughter looked at me and started to laugh. I am by no means a person that creates a scene because of bad food or service. I just will choose to not come back. This was another time I kept quiet but the only reason was because I didn’t want to possibly embarrass my daughter (mid 20’s) in front of 3 of her friends. It was obvious to them that this was absurd. We got our bill which had a 10% discount because of the long wait (which I politely said thank you) and then like an idiot left about a 15% tip which was 15% too much. Take from this what you want. If you read this and still give them a try and experience what we did, then you only have yourself to blame.
I do not recommend anyone visit this place. The service was terrible, the alcohol seemed fake, and I felt very sick after my visit. The coffee was awful, and after drinking the coffee and eating a pastry, I felt unwell for about two more days. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. One star.
I was extremely disappointed by this experience. I’m a Park Slope native and went to brunch here with my parents, and unfortunately it was a letdown from start to finish. First, the food took a very long time to arrive. When it finally did, my dish came out many minutes before either of my parents’ meals. To make matters worse, my pancakes were undercooked and my bacon was completely fatty and underdone. When my dad’s order arrived, it was completely different from what was described on the menu. He ordered sourdough toast with smoked salmon, egg, and spinach. Instead, he was served undercooked scrambled eggs mixed with small pieces of cooked salmon. It looked unappetizing and bore no resemblance to the menu description. When we asked the server about it, she admitted that it was not what was listed and then said the spinach was a “typo,” which made no sense. The dish was missing not only spinach, but also the sourdough toast and proper smoked salmon. The server offered to replace it, and my dad chose the loaded hash browns, which were described as coming with chicken and avocado. When that dish arrived, there was no avocado at all, and it was topped with egg, which wasn’t mentioned in the description. The food was greasy, flavorless, and again did not match what was advertised. Between the slow service, inaccurate menu descriptions, poorly prepared food, and lack of accountability, the entire experience was frustrating. I’m very disappointed and will never be returning.
I am visiting from Minnesota and this was one of my top spots to try once I got here due to the big rave over their Mocktails, which were ok, I've had better. They were beautifully made as far as presentation. Total let down, when it came to the food I ordered ( Bbq pork belly sandwich), for starters I waited almost an hour, the bread was soggy, more than likely because of how long it took to bring it to me, I asked for now coleslaw and received coleslaw..... I HATE COLESLAW. The meat wasn't well done like I requested. I was offered an accommodation but I had other plans and absolutely no time to wait possibly another hr for something else, that I really wasn't interested in after my first meal. There were more excuses given than accountability taken for the poor service. The absolute most disgusting part of the night, before I left I decided to to use the bathroom which is next the kitchen. I literally see a guy digging in his pants, IN THE KITCHEN!! I will never be back, I feel so disgusted that I even drunk a freaking Mocktail.
