I love the vibe in this coffee shop, all the baristas are great, ever since they got Daniella the coffee shop has been the best ! Now Its super clean and the coffee is super consistent. One thing i do want to suggest for the owner is that for holidays please dont be selective in decorating and include other communities as well 🤙🏼

Used to get a Red Eye iced every time. This one time they had no iced coffee being the end of the day and this place is busy all the time, Iykyk. Eli suggested me an iced shaken espresso (4 shots) with cream. Never going back. It’s about what you CAN do not what you CANT, thank you Eli🫡🤝

My go to coffee shop and have been going for years and let me tell you, they NEVER disappoint! They use fresh beans and make the best cup of coffee, you can’t go back. They do have seating but it’s limited. Overall the staff is really nice too and they know what they are doing. 10/10 recommend

Coffee is top notch! Love it! They have a large selection of plant-based milks. I order cappuccino with cashew and pistachio milk 👌🏽 Pastry is amazing and delicious! Really good quality! Service is great but there might be a line sometimes:) no wonder Atmosphere is very cute, good for working or just having a coffee break. My favorite coffee shop in Brooklyn 🤍

Maybe it’s because Gus left, but my matcha lattes just haven’t been the same lately. Gus always took his time and really perfected the drink, and now it just doesn’t hit the way it used to. The shop also isn’t as clean or tidy as it once was. It can feel like a bit of a hot mess at times, and the pastries tend to be pretty stale. That said, the coffee itself is still really on point.

Not sure what the hype is all about. I am daily coffee drinker and every time I get coffee from them it has burned taste. I ve heard they have been much better when they open( maybe) but now when comparing to Coffee Spot down the block they like world apart taste wise.

Coffee was ok service was good. Wasn’t the best could have been warmer on a cold day. Rather quality service than fast service wasn’t that many people in the place.

Orso has gone completely downhill. Coming from someone who has spent about $300-$400 a month for the past 3 years. All the old employees have left and the new ones are just careless and it has just changed. Seems like an unmanaged coffee shop now and it is disappointing because Orso has been my first and last stop of the day. Coffee tastes like the machine doesnt get cleaned often. Lattes are all Milk in a cup and Espresso on top instead of mixed all together in the frother. (Maybe its my personal preference)

Horrible service! Do not go! I ordered hot turmeric latte and waited 15 minutes for it. 5 People behind me got their order before me.they started to make my order when I asked about it. Half the cup was foam. Totally overpriced!

Guys, please get it together. This place was always 5⭐️ But lately it’s better to travel 20 minutes to another coffee shop than to come to Orso. The coffee and matcha taste horrible. I used to have issues with just one barista (Tuesday afternoons), but now we avoid the entire place altogether.

I’ve been here before and the coffee is good, but the customer service was absolutely horrible - hence the 1 star. I came in on September 6 around noon. At first, the Asian employee was friendly and helped with my order (one hot caramel latte and one iced drink). However, she handed me two iced drinks. I corrected her and said, “The caramel one was supposed to be hot - if it were just for me, I’d let it go, but it’s for someone else.” She admitted the mistake with, “Oh yeah, oops,” and gave me the hot drink. That’s when I noticed I had been charged $1.50 more. I politely asked if there was a price difference between hot and cold, and she ignored the question. When I asked for a refund of the difference, she flat-out said no. Then she tried to claim I ordered two iced drinks—which wasn’t true, and she had already admitted her mistake. It wasn’t about the money, but the principle, and I even suggested she could refund the difference or offer something equivalent. Instead of resolving it professionally, she made a scene in front of other customers, repeatedly refusing. She tried to process a refund but read out the wrong card digits, which weren’t mine. Finally, another employee (a Spanish woman) had to step in and told her to just give me the $1.50 cash and they’ll deal with it later, which she reluctantly did after causing unnecessary drama. This entire situation could have been handled quickly and respectfully, but instead it was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely avoidable.
