I had a great experience at this Vietnamese restaurant! The food tasted authentic, especially the pho—it had a rich, flavorful broth and the perfect balance of herbs and spices. The ingredients were fresh, and the portion was generous. Definitely a spot I’d return to when I’m craving real Vietnamese comfort food.
I can only say great things here. The service awesome. The place is stellar. And the food ridiculously delish. Pho is my go to and dang it was delish every time I’ve gotten it. *My fave aesthetic there is the ‘Nam helmets. At first didn’t know how to feel but at the same time felt good they embraced it …..I’m an army guy
*CASH ONLY* With that said, good spot with fast service and tasty food. The short rib is well worth the extra few bucks, but it isn't very spicey. Calamari was quite good. No alcohol options if you're seeking that.
I had a good time at Phobar! The food was terrific (catfish sandwich), and the calamari was also delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly. I'm looking forward to trying a few other things on their menu.
Maybe the best pho I’ve ever had. The broth was incredibly flavorful, with richness and depth. The brisket was quality and perfectly cooked, not quite falling apart, and the lemon grass grilled chicken was equally divine. The vibe was upbeat, casual, fun. I recommend sitting at the beautifully tiled bar.
Food here is amazing! For $18, a small pho and half a banh mi is great value. Came on a Sunday afternoon and didn’t have any wait - the place, however, is cash only but there is an ATM in the back. Service is a little slow even when not busy.
So flavorful & really affordable. Love the veggie combo!
Best customer service 👌🏽 best soup my 4th sure will continue coming 💙💙💙💙especially the short guy also make sure I am good
Friends from the area recommended this Vietnamese restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised about this small place. I’m generally hard to please so was blown away by the food, service, cleanliness and atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Love this place! Used to go to the Mott st location and so happy it’s now here in Brooklyn :) If you’re veggie, honestly the best broth you can find. So flavorful ❤️
Finally tried this pho spot, and I’m impressed! Ordered takeout and went with the rare beef pho—it was fantastic. The broth was flavorful all on its own. I also tried the fried chicken sandwich, and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!
Vibes all around. Bun Bo Hue is excellent. Friendly staff. Younger crowd. Food tastes authentic and traditional, place feels modern and fun.
Great new spot! I came in for an early dinner and shared the classic Banh Mi and Chicken wings with 1 person - both were delicious, but the wings in particular were delicious! They were crispy and garlicky and the sauce that came with them was the star of the meal. Highly recommend and order extra sauce on the side to add to your Banh mi! Service was fast and friendly!
Nothing to show because it is THAT GOOD. I ate everything and am short of drinking the entire bowl because soup fills you too quickly. One of the best tasting pho I've ever had in my life. And the size is tremendous as well. Love it! It was an unexpected discovery for me so I'm really happy aboit it! ❤️ I rarely post reviews.
We were so excited to learn Phobar was reopening so close to where we live! (Just reopened about two weeks ago.) Portion sizes are better than most pho places in New York, with generous amounts of meat and pho noodles. Pho beef broth is 10/10, not too salty, and full of flavor. I was especially excited to try oxtail pho, as this is probably the only location I've been to that has oxtail pho. (And I've tried many pho places around the country!) My partner and I both preferred the oxtail pho, though he also really enjoyed the spicy short rib pho he had ordered. Excited to try other things on the menu, and whenever they bring back their 24 hour stewed broth! The service is super fast, and the space and ambience of the location is bright, with floor to ceiling windows. New favorite neighborhood pho!
Great they have a set of half bahn mi and half pho!! Amazing food
I got the brisket pho and mango jasmine tea, both delicious. The atmosphere was very nice and the inside was surprisingly spacious. I think the biggest thing that stood out was the customer service, very welcoming and genuine.
I would go here again and again And again !!!!! It’s so good!! I love it! Service is great and quick too! One thing to note is that the space is a bit on the smaller side so if you’re coming with a stroller you might have trouble finding a spot to sit at where it won’t be in the way, even then they’re very accommodating
Cash only spot serving the best pho I’ve had in a long time. The flavor in the broth is otherworldly. Huge portions and the food came out very quickly. Lots of sauce and topping options to customize to your liking, but I didn’t need anything but a squeeze of lime for this to be the perfect bowl. Great service and delicious coffee as well.
Everything I’ve had here is so delicious- pho, banh mi, spring rolls, Vietnamese iced coffee, fried catfish. Casual but with a nice inviting ambiance
The lemongrass chicken pho was so delicious. The broth is rich and flavorful and they don't skimp out on the portion of meat. Sitting here with a happy soup belly!
Broth was incredibly flavorful. I got the half set, which is half a bowl of pho and half a bahn mi sandwich. A genius idea! My wife was having tummy issues and they were able to accommodate a more mild dish with just vegetable broth. The service was attentive & hospitable. I didn’t get the owners/managers name, but she was also a delight. I’m so glad to have found a neighborhood spot.
great local for a drop in meal or take out. They have GF pho! And staff are very attentive
This is a hyper local spot for me and a super frequent lunch/ dinner. Is the pho at 5ive spice, also hyper local, perhaps a tad better? Yes. Why, then do I choose Pho Bar the majority of the time? 1) The portions at pho bar are more reasonable and leave you sated, not roly polying home. There are options to mix and match items/ portions. The lunch special is very good and a great price. 2) The vibes- everybody is having fun at pho bar. Lots of friends but also couples and solo eaters at the bar; I don’t think anybody is having a bad time. I’m not sure why that is. It might be the amount of love and effort given to the decor, which is always cute, always seasonal and homey. It’s colorful and well maintained, inviting. 3) While both spots are cash only, which can be a nuisance (though I get it), pho bar has an atm within. I’m more drawn to this spot because I don’t have to leave the restaurant to get cash. I think that sums it up. Thank you Pho Bar- please never leave!
Great pho service; I’ve come here many times for it. Mon-Fri they offer a $10.95 lunch special that’s more than fair: hot protein or veggie + spring rolls + rice or vermicelli + beverage or cup of broth. The affordable quality and the colorful, clean design of this space are giving love. It feels welcoming, chill, joyful, and I hope they’ll be in the neighborhood for a long time!
This was my first time trying PHO ever ! Might I say that I am in LOVE 😍 I was on lunch break and went to the location with my coworker. I had the spicy short rib pho, sooooo good. The spicy level was not high at all! Very manageable and tasty ! The service was not the best could improve. I will be going back and telling others of course. CASH ONLY BTW.
I can’t even express how much I love the food here, I’ve gone here more than 30 times wirh my friends, the pho here is just amazing , I usually get the chicken pho and I will say the chicken is one a the most flavorful chicken I’ve ever had in pho. I’ve also tried the short rib and definitely recommend but the broth has a different taste but still taste amszing
The Pho Bar knocked it out of the park with their beef short rib pho and spring rolls. The spring rolls were light, refreshing, and the perfect start to the meal. Now focusing on the pho the broth was incredibly aromatic and clearly simmered for hours to perfection. The short rib was the absolute star of the show: it was fall off the bone tender and so rich and flavorful. The noodles were cooked perfectly al dente and the fresh garnishes of Thai basil, scallions and jalapeños added a wonderful crunch and brightness. The service was friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was welcoming and clean. I highly recommend this dish and will definitely be back! 10 out of 10.
i rarely, if ever leave reviews but this one is an exception, the picture speaks for itself. i never usually finish the broth but the Spicy Short Rib Pho was so tasty and and only needed a couple of lime slices to give it a little tang. the beef rib was so tender and cooked perfectly. definitely one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants.
If you're in Park Slope, Pho Bar is a solid choice. Their pho has a flavorful broth, and the service is quick and reliable. The atmosphere is great, too—I like the colorful decor inside, and the fact that they update the mural outside with the seasons is a nice touch. I particularly like the iced Vietnamese coffee. They make it fresh right there, shaking it up in a cocktail shaker. It comes out strong, perfectly chilled, and smooth.
We came here for brunch on a rainy Sunday. We felt that a warm, savory broth of pho was weather-appropriate. We fell in love right away with the restaurant concept. Although there are regular tables, we opted to dine at the pho bar for the experience. We went straight down to business. My partner ordered classic beef pho, and I had the grilled pork chop pho with rice noodles served with cucumbers, lettuce, carrots, daikon, and Vietnamese chili sauce, topped with scallions and fried shallots. It was so hearty, well-portioned, and freshly prepared, perfect for rainy weather. With the good vibe, great price point, and friendly and attentive staff, this place is a must!
This meal hit on so many levels I can’t even begin on how to explain. Soups for me always go down so good on rainy days and that’s how this experience began on a super rainy day. I got lucky and the place wasn’t really too busy like its normally is. The meat falls off the bone the broth is rich in flavor and slightly peppery and the noodles ties the whole thing together!
When I first went there I didn’t know it was a CASH ONLY establishment. Which was disappointing because no one really walks with cash anymore. Let’s get into the service when I got there it wasn’t crowded so we was allowed to sit anywhere we chose. The only server there took her time and explained the menu to me which was popular what should I try. The portion size good for a quick lunch bite they are popular for the pho bowls which is a great portion. They have a wide variety of different options to chose from. If you want rice or vermicelli noodles you can get it as a dinner option that comes with egg rolls.
Very friendly staff, fast service, and a nice atmosphere. The fried kalamari was crunchy and not oily at all, the banh mi was amazing, and the pho was good but the taste of cilantro is a bit overpowering. The portion sizes were great. Definitely try this place!!
The decors are cute tropical vibes. We ordered fried spring rolls and Saigon pho. The spring roll was very hot, steamy, and tasty. As for the pho, I was a little disappointed since the broth was not hot (only warm), and flavor wasn’t too strong. In addition, we waited relatively longer for our food. The waitress was nice, she however was very busy so I guess that was why we waited sometime for services. I would want to come back again and try oxtail pho since I have read some good reviews about it.
I think this place is cute, very spacious, and very well lit. I ordered the spicy braised short rib. It was tasty but I asked if it was tender, the waiter told me it was fall of the bone tender and it was the COMPLETE opposite so that was pretty upsetting. It wasn’t super tough but tough enough that when I’d bit into it it was suck in between my teeth which was pretty disappointing. I love Brussel sprouts and those were absolutely perfect. Also I tried the passion fruit soda, it was okay don’t really suggest it though. Giving this place 4 stars because the service was great and I appreciate kind and attentive servers. Overall I rate this place 7/10
I've had a classic banh mi and classic rice bowl from here. The rice bowl was super generous and pretty delicious! The banh mi bread was fantastic, and tasted good aside from not being very traditional. The seating isn't super cozy but it'll do the job. Overall this place has good value for the area and a great spot for lunch.
Sat at the bar with her friends on a cold Tuesday evening. It was still pretty busy which I was impressed with. As everyone is well aware this is cash only. We tried the chili wonton special appetizer and then we each did the half pho half bahn mi (both beef) classic. It was nice to sample both, the pho was good, as expected, nothing spectacular but solid. Bahn mi had good flavor
Came here on a Friday for lunch. It was not crowded when we came in, but it quickly filled up. The fried spring rolls were very good. Crispy and flavorful with a fresh sauce for dipping. The Pho was very good and a decent size serving. The spicy Pho was delicious. It is cash only. they have an atm, but when i was there someone’s card was stuck in the machine-like in a movie-seriously and they had to scramble to get the customers card out of the ATM. I didn’t stick around to see if they got it out. I gave it 4 stars for slow service. I would have tipped more but did not have time to wait another 10 minutes to get change. I will definitely go back though!!! It was very good and reasonably priced.
Brooklyn Pho Bar is a cozy neighborhood gem. Great vibes, music, and food. The Saigon pho was a strong 8 out of 10 with a rich, fragrant broth, tender meat, and generous portions. The shrimp pho was the same and the broth was especially good. The fresh herbs elevated every bite. Also, the coconut milk Thai tea was solid as well.. creamy, lightly sweet, and the perfect refreshing finish. Definitely will return when the craving hits. FYI this is a cash only establishment
It was okay, idk why they call it Phobar when there's no bar. 😕 A little bummed. The beef pho was good, but they got my order wrong the first time around. The spicy special pho also didn't taste a bit like pho at all. The pho fries tasted more like pho, lol. The place is cute tho and has a lot of cute decor. I really like mini drawers they had filled with lime, jalapeno, and Thai basil.
I’ve been getting more into Viet food and This my first time trying Pho Bar. The atmosphere in here is really nice. I love how they literally have a bar inside. The art on the walls is beautiful. I started with the Brussel sprouts which had a crispy exterior and a good amount of flavor. I need to try the Thai Iced Tea next time but I just got a regular hot tea. For my main dish I had the spicy special Pho. The meat was juicy and tender. As someone who’s not too fond of Pho the sweet flavor in the broth threw me off. I don’t really know how to feel about it. Besides that the service was pretty good. I would love to come back and try the bahn mi.
Came to this neighborhood spot yesterday for the first time. I love pho and am always on the hunt for a gem. The experience at Pho Bar was very mediocre. For cash only I would expect a little better. Soda served lukewarm in a can (fine), my friend ordered a water, and the server forgot to bring it (also got her order wrong and brought chicken instead of veggie broth) & was not very attentive the whole time. I ordered the chicken lemongrass pho. The broth was overly salty and heavy, the chicken was low quality and gristly and there was not even a hint of lemongrass in the bowl. Other than that, it was okay. The noodles were great, and the basil/lime/jalapeno toppings were served 'limitless' style and were all fresh and good. Good atmosphere for chatting, good music at the right volume.
Terible service. Ok food & Racist servers. We waited 30 minutes to be seated despite available booths, then another hour before anyone took our order. My appetizer never arrived, and when I finally found the waiter to explain, she handed me the menu to point at my order—then abruptly snatched it away and walked off before I could speak. I didn’t let it ruin my night, but this place is ridiculously overhyped because of TikTok. There are far better restaurants with much better service.
Was extremely excited to try this new entrant into the Park Slope pho scene, but left underwhelmed. The Bahn Mi was dry. The pho was... subtle - to put it charitably. The stand out was the spring roll appetizer. Service was kind but slow. We waited about 25 min before any food came out. The best thing it has is a nice atmosphere, much nicer to eat in compared to its nearby 5th Ave competition.
Had the lunch special, which sounded like a pretty good deal until I saw that a basic salad was most of the meal. Small portion of vermicelli, good crispy chicken, but the spring rolls were very mediocre lacking flavor. The vietnamese iced coffee was alright! The service was great and the setting is very trendy. Cash only.
I LOVE Pho and I love trying new places to eat… this is very mid. From the food, to the service. I’m sure you can find better pho somewhere else, I’m still on the hunt. If this is your first time having pho, you might be okay with it… if not, and you love pho, like me… you might be disappointed. Spring rolls and Vietnamese coffee wasn’t the best either. Incorporating asking your customers if they need anything else and if everything is okay is a great practice to have, that they don’t have. They were eager to give the check and don’t ask how everything was.. Surely they won’t last in business if they don’t start caring about their customers.
It’s aight! but I’m not coming back again , I went too many places of Vietnamese restaurant but first time in my life they served PHO without bean sprouts. The famous spring roll with Chinese cabbage instead of romaine lol 😆. Bring a cash don’t forget coz they will not accept a card.
It’s a little worse than ok. By that I mean it’s comparatively worse than the average Vietnamese food in the area. With that said it’s “meh” but with the price point I don’t think it’s worth it.
I really don’t like giving bad ratings to restaurants but this place needs to step up its game. The spicy pho I got was super bland and was nearly flavorless. I was surprised at how flavorless it was given how many ingredients go into pho. Visually, it was authentic, but I can’t say the same for the taste. It was also not very spicy either.
The service here was really disappointing. When we walked in, no one greeted us—even as waiters passed by. We weren’t acknowledged or asked to wait, and when we were finally offered a seat, it was at a bar spot still occupied by another customer. I kept watching as new guests came in and were ignored too. At one point, an older Black gentleman was told to sit at a dirty table with plates still on it and then scolded for not sitting—he then sat without water or a menu for about 15 minutes. It was frustrating and uncomfortable to witness. The food didn’t make up for it either. The broth tasted like bland, watered-down soup, with very little flavor compared to places like 5spice nearby. The portioning was off—lots of weak broth, very little meat and noodles—so you’re left unsatisfied. On top of that, the pho fixings are kept in a drawer that all customers share, which felt unsanitary. The atmosphere isn’t great either: the music is too loud and the seating is awkward. Overall, this was one of the worst pho experiences I’ve had in Brooklyn. I wouldn’t recommend it to friends and definitely won’t be coming back.
Place is nice no complaints on it. However the food these past 2 times No thank you… My wife and i have been here lots of times however these last to times… idk if they changed the chef or something but that food was not anything close to tasty. We couldn’t even finish it, taste as if the meat they use is old or something. The noodles were whack idk the pho was just not pho-ing. But on top of all that they raised the prices up!! We paid 50$ for 2 grilled chicken pho and summer rolls !! 50!?!!?!? Normally I would mind if the food was worth it but sadly that was far from worthy of 50
I really like the interior and the vibe of PhoBar but the pho wasn’t great, it’s okay at best. The brisket pho was very overdone where the meat was like leather, I like the original pho a bit more since it cooks in the hot broth and a bit more fresh. Both phos were heavily salted to the point where you really notice it. Prices are decent and cash only but I do think there are better options for pho nearby. Glad I came by and hoping it was an off day just in case I do decide to come back again in the future.
I order their pho lots of times before. Their foods are good before, but I try to order three times in a week, and they cancelled my order two times, and then closed the store. And today, they said they have their own employee to send the delivery, but it's late for an hour. And they just completed the order, but I didn't get the food yet. I will never order again. Same thing for three times, they open at 11, and close at 12:20 for no reason, and I didn't get my food, wasting my one and half hour.
Overall rating: 0.5 I absolutely wish I was able to try the food here but unfortunately the poor service made it impossible. I went on a Friday around 7. I really loved the vibe and was looking to eat something quick before meeting up with a friend. I thought it would be easy because the place wasn’t too crowded (like there were empty seats). The first time I ordered it was super quick once I sat down at the bar with the bartender. Cool. Then a waitress came by asking for what I wanted. I said I ordered with the bartender, so we should be good. She was surprised (which honestly should have been my red flag) & went about her day. She immediately came back & wanted me to confirm my order aka take my order again (which btw was literally spring rolls). Alright, fine. I’m already pressed for time but I was starvingg. So at this point, I’ve accepted I’m going to be a little late to my other appointment because that’s how hungry I was. Whatever. During this time of waiting, another server tries to serve me Pho. I tell her it’s not mine, then she goes to a different person & they’re like “we didn’t order yet” 🙄 Then basically as this waitress squirms trying to find the people, the actual orders had to raise their hand. Why was that hard? Anyway, the bartender comes back is like what would you like to order. I’m not joking! I’m like 1) you took my order when I got here, but then you didn’t put it in so 2) the waitress came and took my order. They were apologetic but just confused. Mind you, at this point it’s been 20+ minutes I still have not gotten 4 Spring Rolls. Given my time constraint, I just asked for the check so I can scarf down these spring rolls when they come. I kid you not, this bartender comes back and says “unfortunately we didn’t get your order, can you tell us what you want?”. HOWWWW?! Please explain this to me!? 4, spring, rolls. I literally said no & that I’m leaving. It hurts me because as an Asian, I want to support other Asian businesses. But broo. Do better. Not sure if this is a new place, but please consider writing orders down so you don’t forget. If you’re pressed for time, do not come here. If you have all the time in the world, you do you. Just don’t sit at the bar.
I ordered food through Uber Eats. I ordered two bowls of noodles. After taking a sip of the noodle soup, I dumped the whole bowl. May I ask if the salt in your restaurant is free? It's so salty, really incredibly salty !!!Moreover, I also asked for tableware. They didn't provide it to me, not even a piece of paper. Am I supposed to eat noodles with my hands?
I recently visited PhoBar with some friends, excited to try pho after seeing it all over TikTok. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant, particularly as first-time diners unfamiliar with Vietnamese cuisine. We started with chicken spring rolls, which took an astonishing 30 minutes to arrive. To our dismay, they contained mushrooms—a detail that was nowhere to be found on the menu. As someone with a mushroom allergy, I was alarmed, especially since the waiter didn't mention this ingredient nor ask about any allergies. Luckily, I had some Benadryl with me, but this could have turned into a serious situation for someone less prepared. When I requested to speak with the manager to address this issue for the sake of future customers, I was met with an attitude. The manager remarked that "all Vietnamese spring rolls have mushrooms," and that “someone with serious allergies as herself always ensures to advise the waiter of their allergies” which struck me as quite arrogant. It’s unrealistic to expect all diners to have this knowledge, especially first-timers. I think the company should revise their menus and list all that’s included in meals. Overall, my experience at PhoBar was disappointing, and I left feeling more frustrated than satisfied. I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their service and ensure the safety of their customers.
The pho sucks and the bro is not strained correctly and is darker than most broths. Don’t come here if you’re Viet you will not be happy and it’s cash only
The hostess is racist…ruined my experience I was so excited to try the pho here after seeing it recommended on social media. Unfortunately, the hostess completely ruined my experience before it even began. She had told us the wait would be about 30 min and we were seated in the awning-covered waiting area. When it came time to call my name for our table, she didn’t even attempt to pronounce it correctly—nor did she say anything resembling it. My name starts with "Z," which would have been obvious to hear if she had tried. To make matters worse, she didn’t call the number I provided either, leaving us waiting outside in 38-degree weather for over 40 minutes. When I went inside to ask if she had called my name, she immediately snapped at me, saying, “They were here before you, so no need to get aggressive,” referring to a party that had just been seated. This was shocking and completely uncalled for—I hadn’t mentioned the other party at all and had asked politely, simply if she had called my name and the wait. Her reaction was an obvious microaggression, rooted in the assumption that I, as a Black woman, was being aggressive when I wasn’t. After I went back outside to wait, I noticed that she continued to call parties that had obviously arrived after us, each time looking directly at us first as if she was trying to make a point. It was clear that we were being singled out and treated disrespectfully. We were finally seated—after about an hour outside (with strangers). To top it off, the restaurant’s policy didn’t allow substitutions, even for people who follow religions or cultural practices that restrict certain foods like pork. This experience left me feeling incredibly disappointed. It was clear that Black customers are not welcome or treated with respect at this establishment. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.
The server was rude and we were seated at the bar on a Saturday at 5pm. It took 20 minutes for our pho bowl to come out, and when it did, the noodles were undercooked and hard. They offered to remake it, but it took another 15 minutes for the new bowl to come out. The brisket was the most tough I've ever had. Bad experience ever. I'm never going back. The service and food quality were both terrible.
The food was a 7/10 however service wise was terrible!!!! I heard about this Pho place through tik tok. The Spicy Short Rib Pho looked so good so I decided to travel all the way from DC to come try it out because im such a pho lover. We had a bad feeling from the start even though I was excited to try it. The first thing that threw us off was that they only accept cash. From the start lady at the bar looked so annoyed when we sat. She gave everyone else water except for us. We had to ask for it. I ordered the summer rolls which are usually my favorite thing at any pho place I go to. Unfortunately I really disliked the ones from here! They tasted really weird. I let them know that unfortunately I did not like them so they could take them off the table/bar. When they brought out the check they were still charging me for it even though I didn’t even eat them. I did not want to say anything because they already had a terrible attitude but when I went to use the restroom my friend asked them why they were still charging us when we said we didn’t like them and didn’t eat them. The lady was really rude and snatched the check off the bar table. My friend was still sitting at the bar waiting for me while I was using the restroom. They decided to sit someone in my seat and we hadn’t even paid yet. HORRIBLE!!! Do not waste your time or money. Im sure there is better pho places out there.
HORRIBLE SERVICE — DO NOT RECOMMEND. From start to finish, this place was a disappointment!!! We had a terrible experience just trying to get seated and once we finally were, the waiter never came back to check on us once we received the food. No follow up, no attention, nothing…. What really ruined it for me though was how incredibly cheap and greedy this establishment is. I ordered a Thai iced tea with no ice because it was freezing outside and I wanted it with my pho. I want to be very clear, my intention was not to get extra tea, I just genuinely did not want ice. The way they served it was honestly embarrassing. It just felt deliberately stingy, like they were measuring every drop. On top of that, they upcharge for everything. The whole experience gives off the vibe that the owners care more about squeezing money out of customers than providing decent service or hospitality. The fact that it’s cash only just adds to that impression. Oh and don't forget, the only time our waiter came to the table was to give us the check. Between the poor service, the nickel-and-diming and the overall lack of care for customer experience, I’d much rather take my business somewhere that values its customers, not just their wallets…
I’m going to keep this short & simple because I don’t think this place deserves anymore of my energy. I never make reviews on places but this needs to be said. To start off, the customer service was HORRIBLE. The staff were rude and standoffish aswell as inattentive and all over the place. On top of that, the food took forever! My group of 5 ordered appetizers, and our pho at the same time and we didn’t get our appetizers until about 20-30 minutes later. When our appetizers did come out, only 2/5 came. The rest of my group had to wait another about another 15-20 minutes for there’s which is insane. Fast forward, we were waiting about another 20-30 minutes for our pho and when it did come, only 3/5 came. About 10 minutes later the fourth came. Our last person still hadn’t received his food while the rest of us had already started eating. We had to contact the waitress to tell her that he hadn’t gotten his food and it took about 15 minutes for him to get it after the interaction. Besides the customer service & wait time, the food was horrible. The meat was rubbery, the broth was bland, and the noodles were soggy and hard to pick up. Overall, nobody from my party enjoyed their food and nobody finished it. A waitress then came and asked how everything was going (finally) and when we voiced our opinions she brushed us off and handed us to-go containers in a very rude manner. We said thank you for the containers and she ignored us. On top of all of this, they had the nerve to have a $35 gratuity included which WAS NOT deserved for the horrible customer service & food. I will not be coming back nor recommending this place to anyone.
