Could not believe I bought a $8 fruit bowl with granola and cream n honey. It was the size of my hand. Never again Popeei Icecream is 3 times more and more delicious. I was extremely upset how small it was for $8.

Last time I'm going to this location. 9/17/25 around 1pm I went drive thru and the gentleman that took my order was so nice. Then comes a girl with a whole attitude and ugly face and shoved my drinks in my hand and was even tilting them. No here you go no nothing, just slammed the window and I honked at her because I wanted straws then she looked at me with another ugly face and ignored me. When she came to the window she goes "yea?" With more attitude and I asked for the straws and when I took them from her she laughed. I complained to the manager and she said she told the supervisor and I guess the main management from this company. She gave me free cookies and a coupon, shout-out to that manager for understanding! If youre having a bad day try to be nice and not take it out on the customers. It's not my fault you don't like your job, maybe you shouldn't even work there! :) that shitty attitude ain't taking you places honey!

I don’t know why but every time I come to this exact tropical smoothie I always expect something different- and by that I mean a better experience than the last. Today I went DT and waited in the long line and the lady repeated my order correctly, but for some reason the guy at the window didn’t receive that I guess? So he had to put it in the system, asked for my order again, and then made it so that when my boyfriend paid, he HAD to leave a tip? I have never seen that happen at any Tropical Smoothie so I find that rude. Might I add, he also didn’t give me my printed receipt. So we leave the DT once I get my order, and as I’m ready to devour my food, I come to see they added ranch in my order. I’m vegan so I don’t eat anything that’s dairy or meat. So unfortunately I have to drive back and get it remade. I go inside, and the energy here is awful. I get the vibe is messing around when the boss isn’t around, and unprofessionalism and impoliteness. They did the bare minimum by getting my order correct- the second time. They handed my food back to me no “thank you, sorry about that” nothing just a blank stare. And I say blank stare because the guy had his mask lowered so that I can see his entire face. I checked my order in the store before I walked out and I said “thank you” with no response back. The amount of effort as a customer it took to get a positive experience and a correct order was way too much apparently and I hope you can understand how upsetting and annoying this made me feel. I expect friendliness, positive attitude, and a correct order. None of this mumbo jumbo of lazy work, apathetic attitude, and stealing money. Once again I didn’t intend to leave a tip I couldn’t consent to giving in the first place.

After waiting in DT for over 30 minutes for a simple chicken quesadilla NO CHICKEN was added and all the interred stuck in the middle. The guy working DT was not professional at all and the other DT employees were walking around slower then a snail. When I called to let the crew manager know she didn’t even Apologize or anything just offered to replace it. By that time I was home and not turning around for 6 bucks. I’m very disappointed at lack of customer service and professionalism from this place. Get it together people it’s not that hard.
