What I expect from a B Dubs. They have a large area that seats plenty whether at the bar, bar tops, or typical table top/booth dining. Food and service was good. It was a nice evening to sit on the porch, be careful if it's windy though. Cheese curds are good, but for what you get are a little pricey for me. Wings and fries were as expected, hot and good.

Half the chips in the chicken nachos were stale and there was no chicken. The fried pickles were cold. And the tea was old. To bad because I'm a long time fan of other BBWWs.

We were there the first day of dove season 2025. We waited 20 minutes to place our drink order and several more to place our food order. After an hour and fifteen minutes, a diabetic at our table asked about our food. Fifteen minutes later, we got our food. I ordered tater tots and got fries. The waitress gave me another of our party's tots because they had to take his order back because they gave him the wrong wings. We ended up spending 2 hours for lunch which severely interrupted our hunting schedule. Not a fan now.

So disappointed with our TO-GO visit. Nothing abnormal in picking up our order but in getting to the car to check if everything was there. Our cheese curds were missing. After coming back in it took at least 15 minutes to get the cheese curds after having to remind the hostess/waitstaff. Finally, eating nearly an hour after placing the order, we found a hair in our appetizer.

That bad service of all employees arrives with 20 minutes to close, it is understandable that everyone already wants to go home but it is also understandable that if their closed hours are at 12 they can attend a family that arrives in search of food since we like this place but terrible attention in this place exactly because I do not want to comply with an attention that does not take more than 15 minutes👎🏼

If i could give them negative 5 stars I would and only the Brownwood location. I have given them several chances cause my bf loves this place. However each time the classic wings are petrified and freezing cold. No matter what time of day we have gone always the same results. Bf normally gets boneless but this past time he got traditional Bone in wings cause they were bogo. He has given me and my daughter hell for hating on this place till now. He said its the worst experience hes ever had. Like we told you!!! So now he finally believes us. So if your hoping for bone in wings go to wing stop. Save yourself the trouble. Im surprised more haven't got food poisoning from this place. Dont have this issue anywhere else but at the Buffalo wild wings in Brownwood, Tx.

Gave us 2 napkins for 3 people and initially told us that there are no tables when there were clearly 10+ free tables. Later they let us sit on one of them. I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff weren't welcoming.

Very disappointed with the quality and service during my experience today. I paid extra for onion rings only to be given 6 onion rings, completely not worth the upcharge. Not only that but my burger was extremely squished and shoved to the side like there was no space in the big to go box with the amount of onion rings provided. For something so expensive the quality should be reflective.

I ordered around 9:20 for a pickup at 10:00pm. I figured they’d be slow but I ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes and getting my food at 10:30. I ordered 20 Parmesan garlic wings. But if you look at this picture it’s not even possible to tell. Not only did I wait longer, I also got almost no sauce on my wings. I normally love buffalo but this is just insane.

Giving it one star because I HAD TOO. Spent over $100 on my order and they didn't put any sauce on my wings. Looked at the ticket and it said "sauce on side" didn't get any at all. Called up there to be told "well I just spoke to my manager and they said you're gonna have to come get it" like make it make sense. I have to correct something they messed up! Poor service and the manager is an idiot!
