Me and the wife went here for lunch. The waitress in the area they sat us in seemed a little overloaded with tables.... the Manager jumped in and took care of our table. Food and Service was Great. Lunch specials were good pricing and we got in and out in one hour.

We had an awesome experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to our server, Hannah! She was absolutely amazing—super patient while we figured out our order and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. She even went out of her way to help us get the TV set up so my daughter could watch the LSU softball game, which meant a lot to us and really made our afternoon better. Just an all-around fantastic server. Thank you, Hannah!

Great selection of wings, of course. I was especially happy with the selection of dry rub wings. We got the bbq dry rub and the wings were delicious. I also got the all-american cheeseburger. Exactly what I wanted. All their burgers are two patties which was nice. It was juicy and delicious. I would say the best burger option in Brownwood/Early in my opinion. Plenty of side options for the burger besides fries. We picked the tots which were nice and crispy on the outside.

I always get wings at B-dubs but I wanted something different this time. So I went with a Bacon smashed hatch chile burger and it didn't disappoint and the potato wedges were crispy and full of flavor.

Sometimes you like to have an atmosphere that allows you to get lost, forget your troubles, BWW does that for me. Multiple screens showing different spots/activities just let's you forget. The bartender was courteous and attentive without being overwhelming. The mushroom Swiss burger was excellent with the substituted tater tots. The tall michelob ultra just made everything go down smoothly. Thanks

A must if you are in Brownwood! This is by far the best B-Dubs I have ever visited. Clean, great service, fantastic food. The only negative (and it is trivial) is that there is not enough hot sauce with the chips. Congratulations to the management and staff for such a Sterling restaurant.

I'm only giving it a 4 🌟 because this is my first time, and I didn't know we were coming here, so I wasn't very hungry. I ordered the cauliflower wings curry flavor. It was pretty spicy, so I didn't make it even halfway through them, but I really liked the flavor! The establishment wasn't very busy, so the atmosphere was pretty clear, TV views were great. The interior of the restaurant was clean, and the bathrooms were clean (women's). Our waiter was pretty spunky, great communicator, great customer service! I haven't bee. To BWW since I deployed back in 2022 and 2019 at Fort Bliss. I would come back to this BWW!

What I expect from a B Dubs. They have a large area that seats plenty whether at the bar, bar tops, or typical table top/booth dining. Food and service was good. It was a nice evening to sit on the porch, be careful if it's windy though. Cheese curds are good, but for what you get are a little pricey for me. Wings and fries were as expected, hot and good.

Half the chips in the chicken nachos were stale and there was no chicken. The fried pickles were cold. And the tea was old. To bad because I'm a long time fan of other BBWWs.

We were there the first day of dove season 2025. We waited 20 minutes to place our drink order and several more to place our food order. After an hour and fifteen minutes, a diabetic at our table asked about our food. Fifteen minutes later, we got our food. I ordered tater tots and got fries. The waitress gave me another of our party's tots because they had to take his order back because they gave him the wrong wings. We ended up spending 2 hours for lunch which severely interrupted our hunting schedule. Not a fan now.

So disappointed with our TO-GO visit. Nothing abnormal in picking up our order but in getting to the car to check if everything was there. Our cheese curds were missing. After coming back in it took at least 15 minutes to get the cheese curds after having to remind the hostess/waitstaff. Finally, eating nearly an hour after placing the order, we found a hair in our appetizer.

That bad service of all employees arrives with 20 minutes to close, it is understandable that everyone already wants to go home but it is also understandable that if their closed hours are at 12 they can attend a family that arrives in search of food since we like this place but terrible attention in this place exactly because I do not want to comply with an attention that does not take more than 15 minutes👎🏼

If i could give them negative 5 stars I would and only the Brownwood location. I have given them several chances cause my bf loves this place. However each time the classic wings are petrified and freezing cold. No matter what time of day we have gone always the same results. Bf normally gets boneless but this past time he got traditional Bone in wings cause they were bogo. He has given me and my daughter hell for hating on this place till now. He said its the worst experience hes ever had. Like we told you!!! So now he finally believes us. So if your hoping for bone in wings go to wing stop. Save yourself the trouble. Im surprised more haven't got food poisoning from this place. Dont have this issue anywhere else but at the Buffalo wild wings in Brownwood, Tx.

Gave us 2 napkins for 3 people and initially told us that there are no tables when there were clearly 10+ free tables. Later they let us sit on one of them. I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff weren't welcoming.

Very disappointed with the quality and service during my experience today. I paid extra for onion rings only to be given 6 onion rings, completely not worth the upcharge. Not only that but my burger was extremely squished and shoved to the side like there was no space in the big to go box with the amount of onion rings provided. For something so expensive the quality should be reflective.

I ordered around 9:20 for a pickup at 10:00pm. I figured they’d be slow but I ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes and getting my food at 10:30. I ordered 20 Parmesan garlic wings. But if you look at this picture it’s not even possible to tell. Not only did I wait longer, I also got almost no sauce on my wings. I normally love buffalo but this is just insane.

Giving it one star because I HAD TOO. Spent over $100 on my order and they didn't put any sauce on my wings. Looked at the ticket and it said "sauce on side" didn't get any at all. Called up there to be told "well I just spoke to my manager and they said you're gonna have to come get it" like make it make sense. I have to correct something they messed up! Poor service and the manager is an idiot!
