Walked in for a carryout. 😊 the pizza was sooo good. The vegetables were cut into nice size pieces, not like some other places that run the veggies thru a shredder/slicer and the meat was in quanity and recognizable. Sliced ham, pepperoni etc. Crust was great also. Just altogether💯 YUM.

I ordered 5 large pizzas for a wedding party to eat after a long day of getting things ready for rehearsal the next day. The pizzas were hot and ready when I arrived. They were made correctly and the staff were very friendly. I cant say much about the atmosphere because it was a carry-out order and I didn't stay long. I can say from placing the order online to picking it up was just under 20 minutes!! Great job!

We order from here alot. It's usually on a weekly basis. We've had great service and food to eh, not so much. Here lately the service and food have been back up to great. Ordered 11/26/24, there was an issue but it was corrected. We order on the app and pick up using drive through. It's a bit dark and rough, but manageable. Not sure about the dining room, haven't been inside since they shut down inside dining years ago.

Always get great quality pizza from here and they always take care of you if there is an issue with your pizza! They stand behind their food and provide great service! Definitely recommend!

The young ladies operating this location were awesome! They were courteous, even friendly. They were truly concerned that t get exactly what I ordered. The pizza was prepared to perfection. Great appearance. The ingredients were not only attractively arranged, they were delicious! Anytime we are in the Coleman area, we will add this to our list of stopping places.

I ordered ahead and actually arrived a few minutes early. The girl let me know the order was still in the oven. I asked if could pay and she was friendly. She shared a few things about pizza hut with me and I shared how much we love that store with her. It was nice to be treated like we mattered.

I have driven from Fort Worth twice now to dine at this Pizza Hut. I know that sounds silly, but its one of the closest Pizza Hut Classic's to our home. I'm giving it 2/5 because the restaurant itself is still what you'd expect, and looking through the windows, you can clearly tell its a good example of the classic theme. Understand that IF its open, the dining room is dinner service ONLY at this time. Thurs - Sun 5PM to 9PM. I'll try to update the hours on this listing to reflect that. Trip #1 - this is our bad, but we arrived hoping to have lunch... see above the dining room was not open. Our bad for not calling ahead and confirming. Trip #2 - We called ahead to confirm they would be open for dinner service on Saturday (7/12/2025) and they said yes. We drive the 2 hours there (one way) again and its closed. The sign on the door indicated it was due to short staff. It appeared to be open for takeout at a drive-thru window... but that obviously wasn't why we came and returned home. For the record, we arrived a little after 6PM. If you made it this far thanks. I am not upset at the owners or staff, but understand if you intend to drive here for a Pizza Hut Classic experience... big dice roll if the dining room will be open or not, no matter what the person on the phone says or hours posted.

Cashier grabbed a wallet from another employee to try and break change. This same cashier was going back and forth from handling cash/personal wallet and touching food without washing her hands. This woman was an older blonde. When we walked up to the cash register we were not immediately greeted because she was busy handling cash in an employees personal wallet. When we opened our pizza there was a slice upside down where they had thrown it in the box carelessly. I witnessed this same blonde woman handling other pizzas this way. When we received our food there was a large line of people that had formed behind us as well. Aside from the negative the pizza did taste great.

I have lived in Coleman for about 2 years now. When I first moved here the manager that was in charge had the most exceptional customer service skills I have seen in my life. Went above and beyond when my order came back messed up. Now 2 years later not sure if he still works here the service has gone down and it just seems to get worse. I love pizza hut I just think that the employees would try even harder to bring back the customer instead of treating us as the average customer. We are what making your business the oeople Coleman. Remember that your not just selling pizza your selling an experience .

Didn't have the sodas I ordered, pizza was not fully cooked middle was so mushy that it fell apart when I tried to get a slice, wings were cold, only got half of my double order of bread sticks. I want my money back this entire order was garbage Editing to update: they were doing much better for a while, just ordered some pizzas again and clearly skimping on ingredients, very little toppings, cheese and sauce on both pizzas.

This place is lucky to even get a comment from me. You cant dine in , you cant call in they wont answer the phone. I have gone as far as to sit in the parking lot and call and watch them deliberatly let the phone ring and ring and never answer. Whoever owns this franchise is losing a small fortune because their employees wont answer the damn phone. I do not reccomend this place to anyone that expects to eat. If it was mine I would start by firing the entire staff and start over. They all have pissy attitudes and are rude as hell. Then I would reopen the dinning area where people can enjoy a nice lunch heck they are right next to the cattle sale barn they could make a fortune if they would at least let you sit down and eat. I come thru every day at lunch and I have literally called every day for the last 3 weeks trying to get a pizza and have not got 1 yet. I come thru between 10 and 2 every day and cant get anyone to answer the phone. And I refuse to stand in the heat at the window and wait for someone . I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AG AIN... PERIOD By the way this was the Coleman location

If I could give this pizza hut 0 stars I would. My family tried to order pizza today and the "mannager" was very rude and disrespectful. I know when Cory worked there he respected and cared for his customers. The new manager Bell should be ashamed for her actions tonight. All we wanted to do was order pizza for our family not be met with attitude and disrespectful nature. We will never be ordering food form this astablishment. We have called the corporate office to report this as well.

I phone to place an order, was on hold over 20 min. Went to the hut, still on hold. Showed them I was on hold over 20 min. Place my order. Went back 30 min later. No pizza. The ovens had backed up and burned all the pizza. They had a line of people waiting. Got my pizza 20 min later, half the pizza was air bubbles, the crust was tuff and was over all the worst pizza I have had. They did give me a $10.00 credit, wasn't that nice.

I don’t know what has happened to this place. But definitely not coming back, and we would come here at least twice a month. Did our order online. Veggie lovers and supreme, no issue adding to our cart. Drive to pick up our pizzas, get home to supreme just being meat and pepperoni, and my veggie lovers just a crap load of olives. We called on our way back. Lady with her attitude said, it told us when we ordered. No it did not. Let us add the pizza no issues. When we get back up to Pizza Hut. She asked if we saw where it said. We both said no, it let us add our pizza no problem and she proceeded to give an attitude and then just walked off on us, because we were both saying it didn’t show anywhere. Clearly was a fault on her side. Because when we went back to the app to see. Wouldn’t even allow us to add the pizzas on the app to order. Also our pizzas were not even done in the middle. Disgusting and a waste of money.
